Coliseum, not getting tier rewards at each first battle of bosses
Hi, I would line to report a bug I,ve been experiencing in the Coliseum since at least last tuesday ( January 13th 2026). Previously, fot the first batlle a boss eachday, I would recieve all tier rewards unlocked (10% + 20% + 30% etc.). However, since tuesday - seemingly coinciding with the release of Barriss- I no longer receive any rewards at all (except rank daily reward). As a result, I’m currently stuck, unable to upgrade any of my Coliseum characters and my daily ranking is decling rapidly (already lost on on tier the second day since having this bug). Is this a known issu and is there any fix for it?Charged for LSB but got crystals.
Hey. I tried to log a ticket in game when this happened but the Ai told me I had to wait 24 hours and then just closed the chat 🙃 so now I'm here. I bought the versio LSB through the webstore. Got charged but said there was an error. I opened the game and somehow got crystals but not the LSB stuff. Any help or advice would be amazing. Thank you!Bane vs The Stranger GAC issue
I did a battle with Bane with Dooku vs The Stranger in GAC and encountered a bug. Upon Dooku dying, I did my second round of the 2nd special, killed The Stranger and Maul, they both were just laying there (as in the photo) Bane just died all the sudden and it didn’t count any kills. I hit submit and it says the timer has expired and didn’t preload or anything. Anyone else encounter anything like this?Claiming error - Injector and Salvage Ascension
I bought the $9.99 Injector and salvage ascension bundle because it had 3 free rewards that I could use. It took half the day for my payment to be accepted, and now I can’t even claim the free rewards by tapping on them. It is trying to make me pay the next $14.99 skipping the free rewards I payed for.*Still not receiving my Sit triumphant LSB*
I wrote an email a little over a week ago about how a purchased the Sith triumphant LSB and never received my characters, and I have still received nothing. I’ve noticed other peoples issues have been solved, and was wondering if my post was missed. I would like if this got resolved, and maybe made up for, or I don’t really see myself continuing to make purchases on this game. Order #: 1006142142090 Ally Code: 518-317-213Geo LSB issue
I purchased the geo lsb bundle around an hour ago, but in the game it said “there was in un issue processing your order”. I contacted the game support and they said I need to go to the Restore Purchases tab and they “would look into it”. I appreciate the recent rewards that were granted to all players, especially the datacron mats, but from player’s perspective throwing money in the drain is not the most player friendly thing. FIX GAC MATCHUPS
The last 20 rounds (it's probably more, I stopped counting) of GAC have paired me up against people who either have a higher GP, or more Galactic Legends, usually both. Winning rounds is pretty much decided by whether my opponent decides to play or not--Relic Delta has destroyed my chances of punching up against practically anyone who's spent money on the game. This is supposed to be the main mode, right? Aside from reversing Relic Delta, fixing GAC is the one thing this game needs, that everyone can agree on. There's no way the current "matchmaking" system is supposed to be this way. I refuse to believe it's not bugged.
Old Android account not loading in iOS
I am trying to recover my old account when I had an Android but now have an iPhone. I have linked my EA account to my Google Play but it won’t load my old account. I have tried signing out of Game Center as well. Had so much progress and $ spent. I have my ally code and can send screenshots of Google Play purchases! Please help!
