Hello, I have been completely unable to log into the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes Webstore since the evening of 16 August 2026. What happens: I enter my email → receive the verification code → enter the code → get a blank white page → redirected back to the login screen with “Retry”. This happens every time. Account details: Ally Code: 386-729-384 Email: [edit: email address removed] Platform: iOS (iPhone 13, iOS 26.6) Important findings from EA Help: Support confirmed that another EA account is currently linked to my SWGOH account. They also stated this is a known issue that the development team is working on. My previous support chat was then closed. What I have already tried: Password reset Multiple devices and browsers (including Incognito) Different networks Game Center sign-out / sign-in Attempting to link/unlink on a second device Logging in with a secondary Apple ID email None of these resolved the Retry loop. I can successfully log into the Webstore with other EA accounts linked to different SWGOH accounts — the problem is isolated to this specific account. Impact: I have already missed well over 750 crystals plus a significant amount of energy from the daily reward crates and the Coaxium Heist. I have opened multiple support tickets/chats. The latest one is under “Missing Items – Can’t access the store”. Could a community manager or higher-tier agent please look into forcing a clear of the conflicting EA link so I can access the Webstore again? I would also like to request compensation for the free rewards missed during this multi-day lockout. Thank you.
Error Code 9.0 when trying to import account
Hello, been trying to login to my old SWGOH account after a very long time, save device I previously used. When I try to import and login to my EA account I get error code 9.0. Have tried in game support chat and other methods, but nobody is very helpful, hopefully someone knows what the issue is here. Ally code is 854-891-889 Thanks.Game Crashing Suddenly on PC
I keep having sudden crashes on PC app, sometimes in the middle of CMs for TB, sometimes during conquest, and even just looking through the inventory. Seems to be very sporadic, but has increased in volume in the last couple of days so that it's essentially impossible to reliably play any gamemode which isn't replayable after crash.Login issue
I'm having an issue that has only started the last few days, maybe a week ago. My game will only login when I'm connected my home wifi. If I'm on other wifi or network 5g it will not load. I have tried everything I can think of including: uninstalling reinstalling, clear cache, clear data, restart phone, reset network settings, toggle airplane mode on/off, all several times and still won't work. Anyone have other suggestions or insight? This is clearly a swgoh only issue because everything else on my phone work perfectly fine on my network 5g. Ive added an attachment to what happens, there aren't even any words where it should say the standard connection issue errorBought and paid for Jawa Merchant bundle 2. Did not get it.

I might have messed up but you took my mo ey from both the app in store and the web store and I did not receive either purchase. Please give me my money back or my stuff. My 'Claim a monthly login reward' renewal quest was bugged, like a few others I have seen here. Although it is now fixed, I was wondering if there was any chance of compensation for the missing Lightspeed Tokens I was unable to receive? Hi, I am having issues with my account and EA Connect. I saw there were rewards in the webstore and went to go log in to claim them, but was unable to repeatedly. I went in-game to settings and checked my links, and saw that my account was already linked to EA. I tried unlinking so that I could re-linking it to fix the webstore issue, but that did not work since the game crashed and gave me Error Code 9. My ally code is 931-492-358. Thanks!
