Infinite Loading Loop when purchasing in-game (PC Client)
I can do purchases just fine on the webstore, but when I try to purchase something like the SLKR Bundle for example, my game is stuck in an infinite loop of loading. My game did this once before back when Phoenix got their LSTs, but it seems to have rectified itself. Problem is, I have no idea how to fix this problem with the loading. I've tried waiting it out, repairing, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game all to no avail. I genuinely have no idea why this happens, let alone how to fix it. Help would be greatly appreicated.
Missing Millenium Falcon Shards
This is a repost of an issue I posted about 6 months ago since it was never addressed. Hi I completed the millennium falcon event about 5 years ago and never got around to posting about this issue but am currently getting blocked for the JKL event. I’m missing 25 shards preventing me from 7* on the ship and have attached a screenshot of what I’m seeing below. My ally code is 764-588-123. I am playing on IOS if that helps at all.My purchase didn't go through.
Hello! My purchase didn't go through. Good afternoon, I made two purchases on January 24, 2026. The money was withdrawn, but I only made one purchase. I am unable to log into my SWGoH account on Android using google play games and on iOS/Android using an EA account. When I try to log in, I constantly get error code 9, which indicates that the Internet connection is bad, although it is not. The EA account I'm trying to log into right now is not the account I'm writing fromConquest disappearing units
I have an issue with conquest in sector 4 on the 2nd to last node. When the battle starts, everything works fine, but once the enemy R2-D2 takes his second turn he disappears from the screen and the battle cannot continue as there is no turns taken since game is waiting for R2. I was looking to inquire about the tier 7 light speed Token in the store and clicked on "Tap for Price". It gave me a message that the purchase was taking too long and that if I am charged then the item would appear in my inbox. The token did not appear so I checked the store again and it told me that the "amount received limit has already been reached." I tried restarting the game, that particular light speed token is gone from the store now, I do not have a light speed token and I was not charged. Not a huge deal as nothing was lost and nothing was gained but definitely frustrating as the only other light speed token for purchase now is a lower tierSWGoH account connection to EA
Hi all, first time poster on this forum. Having an issue with account connections. In short, when I got my new device and downloaded SWGoH for the first time, the game gave me a brand new account and I thought my old one was lost. Fast forward a few days and after linking to Google Play, my original account was back. However, due to this I had linked the new account to EA. That said, I am now unable to connect my desired account to my EA account as it is already linked to a SWGoH profile (new, unused account). So I am left with this: Original SWGoH profile linked to Google Play -> unable to connect to EA account due to EA Account already having a linked SWGoH account. What are the resolution steps for this? I was unable to find a method to unlink my EA Account from the undesired SWGoH account. MY desired resolution is to link my old, active account to EA and unlink the new, inactive account that I do not use. Thank you! Edit: if this is the incorrect place to post this, where is the correct landing spot?
