Unable to Complete Purchases via Web Store (Payment Error)
Hello, I am able to make purchases using regular currency from the in-game store without any issues. However, I am unable to complete purchases through the web store. There are no problems with the KESSEL ROUTE rewards on the web store; that section works correctly. I am also able to claim free packages and calendar rewards from the web store without any issues. As shown in the image I shared, I receive an error at the payment step. I can successfully make purchases using the same card in the in-game store. However, the same card does not work on the web store. I have also tried other cards, but none of them work for web purchases either. All the cards I use are fully authorized for international online transactions and are actively used for such purchases. Could you please assist me with this issue? Kind regards,
Bought R2-D2 LSB got crystals instead
I am writing to report an issue with a recent purchase in SWGOH. I purchased the R2-D2 Lightspeed Bundle II on January 10, 2026 for CHF 20.00, but I did not receive the advertised character upgrades. Order Number: 1005606428553 Ally-Code: 458-848-511 After the purchase, I only received crystals, and no characters or relic upgrades were applied. I have checked my inbox and restarted the game, but the issue remains. Please help grant the missing bundle contents or issue a refund. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
Still no LSB fix and useless support
11 hours ago, I already posted about wanting to buy a LSB, the C3PO one, and it not being available for me due to a technical issue, for which I contacted the support. Now I waited for the support to answer me and their solution was: “just wait until the next promotion to get it”… I did that the last time, this IS the next promotion! How can you call yourself support and literally do nothing? If I worked like your support does, I wouldn’t have a job.Ongoing issue with the 3CPO LSB
A few months ago, I already opened a thread, not being able to buy the LSB for C3PO due to a technical issue, since then I’ve been unable to purchase it. I even tried having a gifted to me, which is also not possible, so far support wasn’t able to help me, I please need to fix for this.Bought GL kylo ren Ls bundel and got nothing
Maybe the payment didn't work but I bought this bundel last night still havent got anything support is not helping in the application and keeps saying to refresh and that just isn't helping I want to receive my characters so I can do the journey guide this has taken me so much time and energy I don't get how you can have such a bad support team I am very disappointed and expect I won't be helped with this message but im just getting so mad at this game I spend a lot of time and money and get **bleep** support just help me get my bundel please this is the bundle im talking about
