TheRedLion93 Yes, but there is an issue: if you have attempted to dispute your ban 3 times, then upon receiving a negative response, the TOS team forwards your appeals to a bot, which automatically sends you a message stating that the ban will not be Overturned, and the appeal will not be considered.
This is what happened in my case. When I tried to find out why I was banned essentially and asked 3 times by different words, "Why the ban?" and 3 times I was told that "They consider this measure justified because you violated section 6 of the rules, and they do not intend to provide specific explanations regarding their punishment policy."So the Live Chat with support said quote unquote that they would have loved to escalate my case to the TOS team and get this ban removed, but they cannot do so because it has been declined for the third time, and there is no option to escalate it further.
So yeah, In no way I can appeal the sanctions imposed on my account; even when unbanned, they consider me banned. Neither I nor the online chat have the right or the ability to contact the TOS team by the words of the EA HELP chat.btw I am grateful to the EA HELP chat for the friendly communication and explanation and still the problem is not solved.

I understand. I'm not sure if there is a limitation on how many times you can dispute your ban, but try emailing them and see if you can get a definitive answer as to why this is happening

- LootGoob2 years agoNew Rookie@TheRedLion93 I have, they've told me that there is nothing that they can do on their end due to my last 3 disputes from a month ago being denied. They are unable to escalate my case or connect me to anyone that can help me with the situation. I've also tried via email, to which they are all automatically denied.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. But if there’s no other way to overturn your ban, there’s nothing else we can do.
But I do believe you can creat another account if I’m not mistaken. (Not sure if you can use the same email) But once, I do apologize that there’s no other alternative for you.

My issue is that when I try to play Apex it still says that I am banned in the game. I really don't want to create a new account, because I've put time and money on this account I'm trying to dispute.

Currently, we are dealing with a kinda similar situation with @LootGoob regarding an issue on the "Infraction History" page.The APEX_LEGENDS Ban Status is marked as "Overturned," but there seems to be an error or some other reason preventing access to play online.
And scripted bot messages on emails about the cases were declined even though the account was already unbanned, as indicated in Infraction History.
I've been playing since the early seasons and have participated in almost all events. A significant amount of limited cosmetics and badges that can no longer be obtained has been accumulated. This is important. Battle passes and skins were purchased, and a lot of time, money, and effort were invested into the game. The goal is not to lose an account that, according to the information on the EA profile, is unbanned.
I've reached out on Twitter, and if there are any updates, the information will be shared here. It might be useful for other players in the future.
- LootGoob2 years agoNew Rookie@timdaniyarov Same dude, glad i’m not alone in this. Our situation seem to be exactly the same. I finally got my first heirloom right before the ban and have been playing since season 7. Lots of time and money put into this game as it’s the only game I actually play and try to improve at.
Yeah if you get any updates, I’d really appreciate it if you share the information here - @LootGoob literally my exact same situation if everything for you falls through id try the ea help on twitter.

I’ve tried EA help on twitter, but it just redirects me back to the EAhelp website to file a case which I’ve already done multiple times prior. What options do you get when trying to contact them through twitter? Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue, I'm part of the Linux Banwave from some months ago, but I never got unbanned and all my cases got rejected (until now)
My ban appears as overturned, but I still can't play, any chance of a CM answering to this maybe? Could be some type of error in the EA servers?
- LootGoob2 years agoNew Rookie@timdaniyarov UPDATE 10/28/2023: After making this post and still not being able to load into a game on my account, I went and checked my ban history to where there is a brand new ban that was issued today. No idea why I have a new ban when I haven't even been able to play the game. The ban was issued when I was in the middle of a live support chat trying to figure out this current situation. Just about ready to give up honestly

@TheRedLion93I can't there is no explanation just a brand new ban. I am currently waiting for the email which might take a day because it took a while last time. Live support after I explained the situation I made this post about just said that there is a ban on my account and he is going to elevate my case to the concern team. At first I thought he was talking about the one that got overturned so after I ended the chat with live support I went and refreshed my ban history to find that brand new ban. I have no clue why there is a brand new ban I haven't even been able to play the game. This is frustrating, feels like they're playing with my emotions

Well, I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through this “goose chase” with your ban and can’t get a straight answer. Must be frustrating!
I would discuss this with EA about this new ban you received.
My theory is that this entire time you’ve been wondering why you’ve been banned, I believe that it’s because of this new one you received hence why you are still banned and can’t play Apex Legends.- LootGoob2 years agoNew Rookie@TheRedLion93 I haven't even tried logging into my account since I saw my ban was overturned. Where this new ban is coming from I have no clue at all, I haven't played on my account in about 2 months from when the first ban was issued. I'm not even going to try to dispute it yet until I get a reply about the case that the live chat rep elevated. I don't want to waste my 3 attempts on this new ban. I'm really baffled as to what this new ban is for when I've legitimately done nothing

I understand that you want an explanation and hope that a Community Manager and/or EA Support will come into light about your situation.
I do however, apologize that I haven’t been much help in assisting your ban issue and obviously don’t have access to this kind of information. Same goes for everyone who posted with the same issue.
I hope that you find the answers you’re looking for and just know that they wouldn’t ban you for no reason. There’s a reason for everything.

I'm sure they have a reason, but they have to be wrong, my first ban was for cheating when I've never cheated. I have over 2700 hours playing and a 1.05 kd, I've also been playing for the last 2 years. I've read that there's been issues with AMD drivers and that's where I think the first ban came from.

i got a new bannedExperiencing the same, got a new ban with literally no explanation of why, this looks like a joke at this point.

Dispute already made, just waiting for the answer that should come next week.
For now is good to talk about the situation in other places, we know that EA support kinda sucks and lacks from real answer after 3 tickets.

EDIT: I've actually seen you on the one I've been posting on about the Linux users. I see the mods removed your post smh what are we supposed to do if they won't even let us voice our problems
The same thing occurred. A re-ban was received upon entering the firing range after observing the ban status was "Overturned."
Still no response is received on Twitter from Hideouts or through the case of the Overturned ban. A new ban case hasn't been initiated yet, as it doesn't seem worthwhile without obtaining a live response to prior inquiries.
Moreover, on the three previous disputes regarding the old ban (which was overturned), I didn't get a live response. So the best option would be to contact the TOS team through an EA live support agent.
I don't have time for this circus, and it seems they don't either. I don’t get paid for this, but they do receive a salary from this “work”, donations, and even payment for issuing bans to new "waves of cheaters" in reports. Meanwhile, some players have been achieving Predator ranks and boosting accounts for years or was literally a cheaters in the early seasons.
Let them handle their responsibilities and do their job.
Let’s see after weekends or after the time it takes them to respond.
