I play on PC and yse wired conection. i have big latency, even on shooting range(on screenshots) .1 of 5games is like this, friends in party dont have this problem. Write please what info do you need more.

Community ManagerI'm seeing packet loss and very high worst ping times well before you reach our test server. The connection to your router looks fine. That's normally an indication that there is an issue with your ISP. What country are you in and do you use a wired or wireless connection?

Why is there an issue with his isp i don t understand?! can you explain ?
Like we all have different isps and we all are in different countires but we all have same problem and that is the connection to ea servers! how is that an isp problem and not a ea servers problem ?! There are literally thousands of post here reporting connection problem!
I am from Ukraine, wired conection to router.
my ISP have some problems with ddos attack last month, now they fixed it. dont know may be problem appeared after they fixed it
Community ManagerIt looks like an ISP issue because the high pings and packet loss are occurring before our test server and the connection to the router is fine.
Invest in better infrastructure and stop pretending "everything is looking good on our side" there are thousand of comments/post here with people having connection problem!
Played 2hours with dns like in descriprion, have the same problem in few games. so it did not help. What can i try more?
What i need to try to say to my ISP , maybe they need to ublock something or somethething esle. What can i ask them if its they problem
Community ManagerYou can let show them the results of your UO Trace. That should give them some good information to start investigating.

Then why i have packet loss and high ping IN GAME with A+ grade connection while the DATA CENTER screen says 14ms ping 0 packet loss?!
There is packetloss on all of EA's IP range... the ones that say "100%" prior to that are not legitimate packetloss, obviously. The ping also looks to go up when it hits EA's ip range or maybe 1 hop before it?

That ip server address is not even used by apex legends
But EA cant tell they ip server addres, so i can test them what can i do.

install wireshark and see there the server ips
I have already tried a lot of things, and I think that the only correct solution to the problem is to delete this game and forget about it as a bad dream.

i ve changed 2 pcs and 3 isps, nothing has made this game runs better because is not on our side!
Community ManagerYour most recent trace doesn't show any packet loss. Can you run another one to see if we get similar results?
