I was just playing the and never had an issue with it ruining my screen for a short period of time. Even on PlayStation, the only thing I see on both is I start a game and it boots me out to the main menu. Well today just few mins ago I left a rank match on my seriesx, started up another match and looked at my phone for a few seconds and look up and my whole screen is pixelated. I couldn’t see anything. Looked like I got hacked or something. I closed the app and the screen was all jammed on Home Screen too. I shut my game down on the console, that was unexpected so I wrote this. No game ever did that and I’m not even good at the game lol. My game is crusing without any errors
My game is crusing without any errors, 2-3 times a day and i don't know what to do and how to play with this. My screen just freezing for a second and game is crushing. I'm playing from steam, i have all settings on low PC: AMD 7500x3d GTX 1650 32 RAM Game on ssd, all drivers are updated. Since the last updates, my game has been freezing in a random manner (could be once in 15 or once in 120 minutes). It results in me getting 2 bans and ranked penalties. I am playing on high FPS, I have enough RAM, and still the game freezes. When it happens only ambient sound is heard but the video stops at the last frame frame. No buttons are responsive. The game does not try to exit itself, windows sees it as fully responsive. After waiting I dont get a "disconnected" or "error" dialog box or whatever. The closing of the game takes a lot of time and I have to use task manager. I also get the same style of freeze quite often for only 3-5 seconds and then everything continues. Windows 10 Pro, 10.0.19045 build 19045 GTX 1070Ti, updated drivers 3 times, still seen on 581.29, Game Ready Driver. I have an issue with joining into a game, whenever we start a game with friends or alone after it find a match it always give me an error. Unable to ocnnect to EA servers, but servers seems okey and my friend normally join into a game. I did all solutions i found on a internet, but no one of these works. Please tell me what to do. Ever since about 2 months ago i started getting random unbreakable packet loss spikes for entirety of ranked games, at first i thought it was servers but i played on nonetheless. This season though? Its been a different story. Ever since hitting plat 1-diamond ive been hopping on with the squad, winning a game, then immediately start losing packets. Ive been eyeing it for a week now and after every win, my game becomes unplayable the next couple of games. I tried everything to unplugging the router, restarting the game, deleting it and reinstalling it, etc. so i know its something nit on my end. Feels like im being bugged by a possible hack. Hello, yesterday i redeem the lifeline edition of apex which i had for a while and i still haven’t received none of my items in-game (the items im talking about are a Lifeline skin, badge and a banner frame with also 1,000 apex coins). I contacted support yesterday which I was told to wait 24 hours and if i still dont receive the items to contact support again. Good afternoon, My EA case Case #221212588 has been marked resolved but I still have my Playstation account linked to my ea. Ive put in SEVERAL case tickets to have this taken care of. I have $hundreds of dollars and time spent on Apex Legends. My time is over 2000 hours on Apex according to playstation. But all of stats are reset and my stuff are gone. I suspect I never had an ea account linked and Iinked it to my latest personal email, forgetting I had another one. This is really troublesome. Is their anyone at EA or Respawn that could actually resolve this for me. Thank you. Haven't been able to play for nearly a year
Unresolved Account Issue Since Ban Removal Dear EA I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my account issue, which has now persisted for nearly a year. In November last year, my account was suddenly banned without explanation. I immediately raised this issue, and while the ban was promptly removed, no reason was ever given. Since then, I have been completely unable to play the game properly. Specifically: 1.I am permanently stuck in the “matching” screen. 2.The system always shows only one player. 3.I cannot even access the practice range. I have already tried every possible troubleshooting step, including reinstalling the game and even reinstalling my entire operating system. The issue is clearly not on my side. I have reported this problem multiple times, yet I have received no meaningful response or solution from your team. This level of support is unacceptable. If this problem is not properly addressed soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further, including making this situation public and seeking external assistance. I finally got my 20 kills in one game, actually 21 in wildcard, and have yet to receive my badge! I have waited serveral hours now and have reset and re logged.
