Apex Legends 2,000 damage badge not received
I've achieved over 2.000 damage in Apex Legends standard battle royale trios. My badge hasn't been obtained. I've been advised that I have to wait for the game to close and download to servers, but the game has closed. Anyone else had this and did you eventually get your badge?
apex legends crashing just after drop ship phase
Good day, On my second game or the next, the game crashes after dropping off the ship while in the sky. I even tried directX11(its laggy when I'm the jumpmaster and upon landing. also crashes later on and in mid game). My only fix right now is to restart the whole game every match. I saw a similar post 5 years ago saying about setting audio to screen then putting it back to headset after landing works for him. will try it now. This is so frustrating back on the season we had a problem on the loading screen and the fix was turning on shadows. Happy Lunar New Year please send help.
Since last update apex wont start
since the last update the game does not start. Like the Title says, I was trying to link my Steam Account to my EA Account and it wouldn't let me, saying that since it was linked to my past account, which I deleted a while ago, so now I have no way to play Apex on Steam since I can't link it. My past Steam Account was deleted Months Ago, so I don't know what to do. If I could get any assistance that would be great.
I get an error 0x887A0005 while playing Apex Legends.
While playing Apex Legends, an engine error occurred and the game was forced to close. The error occurs about 2-3 hours after launch. If you restart Apex, you can connect to the match again. (So I think this is a little different from the existing problem) 【error message】 commandline: "D:\ProgramFileX64\EA Games\Apex\r5apex_dx12.exe" -ranLauncher -game R2 title: Fatal Error - Engine Error error: [DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED] : 0x887A0005 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED The video card has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred. The application should destroy and recreate the device.
Banned Apex Legends Account.
Could someone please explain why EA decided to ban my brother's EA & Apex Account for "Violated our User Agreement". How EA? How did he violate it when he only plays with myself and another player? He is consistently a diamond 3 player. plays the game every day, bought your kramabit last Christmas and everything. How could he violate your user agreement when you wont even tell us what went wrong huh? Your reply email that you send back seems so AI and fake that it gives us the players the feeling that you don't care about a regular everyday player. you don't care when someone gets wrongfully banned unless it's some top streamer or player, only then something gets done. It is frustrating to know that even when doing everything right, you're still wrong and getting banned for no reason. A concerned Brother & Frustrated player.Account
When the merge started I had an Xbox account that had all my main cosmetics and everything and it merged with my switch account and when I logged on all my progress and cosmetics from my Xbox account was gone and I can't get EA to respond and they close my chat and now I don't have the option.
Linking EA to new Psn
Hi! I’ve been playing Apex for 5 years and have a TON of progress on it. Due to unforeseen and personal reasons, my EA was unlinked from the PSN I had the progress on. I made a new PSN and wanted to link my one and only EA, but it gives the ‘one in a lifetime’ notification. I’m so disappointed this is how it works. Playing apex on Sydney severs on PlayStation I can easily find games and matching doesn’t take long at all, recently switched to pc running apex through steam and now cannot find any games even when I’m playing crossplatform with friends on ps4 we cannot seem to find games when I’m in the lobby on pc. Any help with this thanksApex doesn't want to start
Apex: legends does not want to open by any means, I already installed and uninstalled it once and still nothing. I get the following message: "Connection to Xbox Live and EA servers has been lost. Please check your Internet connection. Visit ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information." But going to that page doesn't give me any solution, and no, I'm not even banned; I have never made any mistakes and when I check my status I don't have anything banned. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I can play normally other games like Fortnite or Marvel rivals, and I don't know what else to do
