lost everything after being falsely baned
i lost everything on my account after i got unbanned, heirlooms, currency, skins. everything. my level stayed tho. so whoever unbanned me probably unlinked my account and now i lost hundreds of dollars of content. this is scammy and not okay someone help please.Please help me I cant play apex. Only able to play on eu servers and im in asia
Why am I experienced packetloss at my servers? My internet is fine my console is connected to the modem directly all of my servers has packetloss except eu servers which has a very high ping I’ve already contacted my isp and said that our connection is fine. The servers that are only working on my end is eu-central-1, me-south-1 and ap-east-1 (which has no players) I need help working on this Edit: Removed all caps. I'm an Apex enthusiast. I've been playing this game since Season 1 and have invested a lot of time and effort into it. I love the community and the changes each season brings. However, this season my account was banned because my computer was infected with malware while browsing other online game playthroughs. I cleaned the malware with standard firewall software, restarted my computer, logged into Apex to check my Battle Pass level, planned how long it would take to complete the pass, and then logged out without playing any games. Notably, I hadn't played for almost half a month. But when I logged back in the next day, I received a ban from the team. After researching and discussing with many other players on social media, I discovered that we all share a similar story: the malware on our computers triggered the game's anti-cheat system, resulting in our accounts being banned. There are nearly 30 people in our victim contact group who have lost their accounts for this reason, and many more we haven't reached yet. We're all loyal fans of the game, and losing us won't benefit Apex Legends. I hope the team can review our accounts again, especially considering our combat records, and not lose a group of dedicated players due to external factors. We've all appealed, but most appeals have been dismissed. I ask the admins not to give generic responses and to consider the passionate players who love this game. So I've played this game for a while and one random day i try to join and get hit with an error Integrity error 0x8000002 Ive tried every possible fix from uninstalling apps, updating drivers, to messing with bios settings and i would like to get some help as i want to play apex legends again. It would be nice to have a form to look at the logs and know what is causing the disturbance not letting the game start up.If thats possible by forwarding you a file i would be happy to do soApex keeps doing this when I try to click 'continue'
I just had one of my best games this season and right after the match ended, it froze completely until i forced it to quit. When I launched apex again, it kept doing this whenever I click 'continue'. I thought my steam account got hacked but it wasn't. Network is fine too.Can't queue or enter firing range
A while ago, my account was hacked and cheats were used on it. As a result, I got banned and couldn't play anymore. Later, EA acknowledged that my account had been compromised and helped me recover it and lift the ban. However, ever since then, I haven't been able to find any matches in any game mode, including the firing range. It always shows just one person in the queue (myself), and it never progresses. I contacted EA Support, and they said it’s a connection issue. They sent me a guide on how to troubleshoot network problems on Windows, but nothing worked so far. Any idea how to fix it?

hello,when i start apex i get into lobby and than it freeze,its very laggy,and than drop with the error masage, i was playing apex fine,i played with my friend all good,than we quit and wanted to play in evning and i got this massage, just very randomly i use discord and logitech GHUB but,i tried reinstal everything,i even tried factory reset pc and tried instal OLD logitech drivers. this issue started happing since wendsday,11.06.2025. and on 2.06.2025 i brand new pc I play on STEAM SPECS : CPU AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 6core GPU:nvidia 5070 TI Phonix 1TB space i tried every fix i could find online,nothing fixed itIs it possible I'm being matchmade with players using unfair tools?
Hello, I’ve recently noticed strange matchmaking patterns. Even though I play completely fair and always report suspicious players, I feel like I’m getting into lobbies full of players with odd movement or unnatural aim. I’ve heard that some online games place people using unauthorized input devices or suspicious methods into a separate matchmaking group, instead of banning them outright. If such a system exists in this game, is it possible someone like me could be placed there by mistake? I truly dislike people who use any form of cheating or unfair advantage — it ruins the experience for everyone. That’s why I’m asking: is there a way to confirm if my account is marked incorrectly, and possibly request a review? I’m just a legit player who wants fair games and to avoid being surrounded by people using questionable methods. Any information or help would be appreciated. Thank you.BSOD, Disables my ethernet
It starting with BSOD Then i thought i got a problem with my hardware or something but it only appears when im playing apex . in other cases it disables my ethernet and i can only restore it by restarting my pc, It only happens when im playing apex, is this all about the anti cheat?Getting into the Game
I’m stuck on the loading screen where it won’t let me hit any buttons it tells me to hit X to continue, but I can’t even hit X to continue. None of my buttons have any issues it’s just when I get into the game that it won’t let me hit anything. I have a PlayStation 5 by the way. I have no issues signing into my PSN and everything is up-to-date and updated and I’ve restarted my PlayStation a handful of times and I’ve even deleted the game and reinstalled it
