Cross progression prompt still hasn't appeared
I've had a PS4 account since 2017 and a steam account since 2022, both are linked to this EA account, and I'm yet to recieve a prompt about cross progression. I haven't played the game for a good while now but I still don't understand if I'm doing anything wrong or if I can't even get cross progression?
About children's accounts(Japan)
I would like to know if my child's EA account created in 2022 is valid. My child is 12 years old now. The platform is a Nintendo Switch. On February 4th, on the APEX title screen domain:eadp::ServerError, code:102122 I can no longer play the game because of the indication. According to the email I received from EA on December 22, 2024, "Please follow the steps to continue using your child's EA account. If authentication is not completed by January 2025, access to your child's EA account will be disabled." it said. However, I didn't notice the email, so I clicked the "Yes, I'm an adult" button on February 4, 2025. From Electronic Arts, Hello, parents, the adult certification has been successfully completed I received an e-mail saying, and after a while I was able to play the game. However, a few hours later, the same error code 102122 appeared on the title screen, and I couldn't play it anymore. I was able to change my 12-year-old child's account password yesterday. So I think the account itself is alive. However, there is a fact that I couldn't press the parent authentication button by the end of January. Please solve the problem so that the game can continue with the same account.
Problems with Joining a match.
I don't know if this is a common issue right now or not but ill ask anyway, i was recently banned (due to my account getting hacked) and after a month was finally fully successfully unbanned, yet i cannot join any matches, firing range and Bot royal are both stock on "matchmaking 1 in que" and ranked/quick match is stuck on "matchmaking..."I did not recieve my first purchase bonus
Today i purchased the 500 apex coins pack for 4.99€ because with the 250 apex coins bonus i would be able to unlock new legend but i have not recieved the additional 250 apex coins, while in apex coins purchasing menu it did say that i have a first time purchase available and it still says that now
Complete freezing of PC when starting the game with AntiCheat
Hello, I have a problem with entering the game when changing the processor and motherboard. When I enter the game and the window about EasyAC start appears, my computer and sound completely freezes, I can fix it only by restarting the computer. This phenomenon occurs not only in Apex Legends, but also in other games with this anticheat, as well as BattleEye.Net (Rainbow Six Siege, Unturned). At the same time I can safely play RDR 2, Death Stranding, CS 2, DOTA 2, TES V: Skyrim. The problem is in games with anti-cheat. PC components: GPU: Geforce GTX 1060 6GB CPU: Intel Xeon E5 2650 V4 RAM: 32GB MotherBoard: Huananzhi x99 P4F Power supply: Coolmaster V750 All drivers and anticheat are updated, all components have been checked for efficiency through software, the only thing I am suspicious of is "updated" BIOS, but it wasn't me who updated it and many people write that it may help to solve the problem. При заходе в игру и появлении окошечка о запуске EasyAC, у меня полностью зависает компьютер и звук, пофиксить это можно только дальнейшим перезапуском компьютера. Данное явление происходит не только в Apex Legends, но и в других играх с данным античитом, а также BattleEye.Net (Rainbow Six Siege, Unturned). При этом я могу спокойно играть в РДР 2, Death Stranding, CS 2, DOTA 2, TES V: Skyrim. Проблема именно в играх с античитами. a friends account lost all his progression over a year ago and we cant find it
This thread is not about me, but about my friend who I had been playing apex with since season 2, Alexmansan was his psn profile and he had 2 heirlooms + most battle passes bought from season 5 to season 12 as well as some event skins, when we both switched to PC around season 13, we waited for cross progression to happen to get all of our cosmetics on Steam (where both of us played), and when the CrossProg wave reached us around december 2023, I got all of my cosmetics and everything was smooth, but my friend had issues linking the (f2p) account he already had on pc with his (around 100 euros spent) ps4 one, something went wrong, and he never got his weapon and legend skins back, just the name of the account and 4000 apex coins for whatever reason, this demotivated him completely from coming back to a game he once couldnt stop playing for how much fun he had, because all of his progress from the past 4+ years was seemingly gone. We both took a hiatus from playing, but I still played and enjoyed the game from time to time by myself, until around a week ago, when Alexmansan was playing need for speed 2015, he realized he was using his old ea account linked to his mothers email, which was the same that contained his apex account with cosmetics back in his ps4 (btw he recently tried to log in to his ps4 account and it also had nothing). With hope, yesterday he reinstalled the game just to find a level 4 account with 0 skins or currency this time around, which made him officially give up on getting everything back, which was painful for me to see, since he really wanted to get back to playing the game regularly with all the changes implemented in the last 3 years and he meant it, so im begging for you guys at ea/respawn to help me find out if that account still exists or if I should give apex up as well. I will attach screenshots from both of his new empty accounts and a screenshot of the one we are looking for from a third party tracking website where it still exists. Im contacting you for him because hes not motivated to do anything about it, so I want to help him try to recover it as a friend even if he does not play afterwards. Hopefully someone who can help us sees this post and we can try to see what happened and hopefully find a solution. If so, reply to this if you need any of his data, such as his email, a way to contact him, or further proof of his old account and its contents, I will provide you with it as soon as I get it
game is constantly lagging and getting red symbols
im playing on pc. i have been playing since season 3 and this issue started to happen one year ago. the errors that im constantly getting are the red symbols for starvation, latency and sometimes packet loss. is more frequent in battle royale mode, however in mixtapes modes it also happen every 3-4 mins. i already tried everything, restarting my router, changing the DNS to google, changing my mouse polling rate settings, uninstalling EA app and the game, talking to my internet provider and everything is okay, then putting all my game settings on low. then for last i donwloaded other free to play games and i didnt get this problems. rogue company, call of duty warzone and fortnite. so my guess is something wrong with the game itself or their servers. so i dont know, im hoping that they can help me here and solve it from their servers or tell me what is the problem with my game.CONNECTION TO SERVER
So I load the game play ranked except sometime is doesnt allow me in the match and will bring me to main menu saying something wrong with my server connection, ive tried other servers restarting my computer running admin. downloading and redownloading and still nothing, anybody know anything.
Stuck at loading screen
Hi. I'm writing this because my game had been stuck at loading screen and cannot get to the continue page. I already reinstalled the game, change DNS servers, reverify the game files and others. But still can't seem to get through the loading screen page. I'm currently on pc and steam. I didn't get this problem yesterday and it started happening since this morning when I try to launch the game. Please advise what should I do. Thank you. I'll attach the screenshot of the loading screen as well.
Audio Direction Bug – voice lines are too quiet unless facing the source
I discovered an odd bug. I have to face the direction where the sound is coming from in order to hear it properly. So, I have to look directly at my ally to clearly hear what the legend is saying. If I’m not facing that direction, the voice line becomes really quiet. I played yesterday, and everything was fine, but today, I have no idea what happened. I didn’t change anything in the game settings or my PC settings. I tried repairing the game, but it didn’t help. I’m attaching a screen-recorded video from Outplay as proof. Can anyone help me solve this problem? I would be really grateful!
apex wont launch at all
hi i play apex legends on steam , for sometime i have problem getting in the game idk its about link between my steam with ea or soemthing else i wanted to buy battle pass on steam and the coin section was completely empty and other thing i have to say is when i launched apex on steam my ea app would open please help me fix this , i cant play the game for 2 or 3 month now and season is ending , please helpIn game problem... getting logged out
Ok so when I join a game in apex it could be any mode ranked, duos, etc. Within a certain time period my game will freeze, and it will put me in the loading screen then from there I click continue and it will bring me back in the game, but sometimes it doesn't. This happens on pc, Xbox and as long as it's signed into that account. Apex can you please help me I want to be able to play my first full game...??
