Unable to Appeal / Ban Lifted but Apex Still Blocked
Hello EA Community / Support Team, My Apex Legends ban was lifted and no longer appears in my ban history, but I still cannot log in. Each time I try, I am asked to link my account and then told I violated the rules, which is incorrect since there is no active ban. I also cannot find the appeal entry anymore. The website does not show where to appeal, and live chat cannot handle ban/suspension issues. This has been ongoing for over 60 days. I get code:House every time i start up the game. I have tried clearing cache, repairing files, reinstalling and nothing works. I just have to restart my PC every time & pray that it loads next time. Without fail my game is freezing, then crashing either every 45 min to 90 min. I can run any benchmark test for any system component with all passing, ive ran 3dmark benchmarks/stress tests for my cpu/gpu and never crash, memtest86 passed as well. I can play any other game with no issues for 4+ hours, but somehow I always have an issue with apex! sfc/scannow all good, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth shows no issues. I just reinstalled windows specifically to try to fix this issue with apex when I last reinstalled windows in May of this year, I installed directx from Microsofts website, visual c++ redistributables from microsoft, went to my motherboards website and downloaded all of the up to date drivers/bios/microcode, I have done a clean boot, I have disconnected all unnecessary usb devices, i have lowered my clock speed in bios, I have tried with virtualization off and on in bios with no difference, I have fully uninstalled apex and EAC from steam, firewall connections, and registry, Launched Steam as admin, gave the r5apex/EAC.exe's full admin privilege's, I have hw info open when playing and when crashing nothin is out of the ordinary and my fps doesnt dip below 220 unless jumping from the ship, I have deleted my saved games/apex folder, And NOTHING has fixed the issue of it crashing nearly every hour. Previous version of windows was win 10 22h2 and fresh installed the same win10 22h2, (created a bootable iso, deleted all previous partitions of my old os drive, and reinstalled windows that way) Newest versions of win11 24h2 seem to have issues with EAC where they blue screen on launch so i dont see win 11 doing any better and that would be my 3rd OS reinstall this year if i do that, just to fix apex when I have no issues with any other games! My previous OS had all available updates and this new OS also has all available updates. My system is an i9-14900k (already rma'd the cpu earlier in the year and set lowered clocks/max vid so cpu is good), 3080 12gb, 2x32gb 6400Mhz ram, EK 360 AIO, 10x 120mm case fans, samsung 970 evo(Boot drive), 2tb Samsung 980 pro (storage), 1tb Samsung 980 pro(storage). I have spent well over 24 hours on researching a solution and testing different configurations to see what the issue might be, but not a single thing has fixed this issue, I previously posted about an LSASS crash, and found a solution for that, and i was able to play for like 2 hours that night, but then the next day i was back to the same problem and that fix didnt really seem to actually fix the problem for me. Ive just wanted to play apex and try to stream it too, but crashing every hour is killing/has killed my love for the game, its been going on for months now and I dont recall when it ever didnt happen. If i can play any other game for hours on end and also stress test my cpu/gpu/ram with all passes, i dont see it being a HW issue, I dont know what to do to fix it at this point and I just want to hop into a call with a dev or someone to help me diagnose this issue. I was just playing the and never had an issue with it ruining my screen for a short period of time. Even on PlayStation, the only thing I see on both is I start a game and it boots me out to the main menu. Well today just few mins ago I left a rank match on my seriesx, started up another match and looked at my phone for a few seconds and look up and my whole screen is pixelated. I couldn’t see anything. Looked like I got hacked or something. I closed the app and the screen was all jammed on Home Screen too. I shut my game down on the console, that was unexpected so I wrote this. No game ever did that and I’m not even good at the game lol. My game is crusing without any errors
My game is crusing without any errors, 2-3 times a day and i don't know what to do and how to play with this. My screen just freezing for a second and game is crushing. I'm playing from steam, i have all settings on low PC: AMD 7500x3d GTX 1650 32 RAM Game on ssd, all drivers are updated. Since the last updates, my game has been freezing in a random manner (could be once in 15 or once in 120 minutes). It results in me getting 2 bans and ranked penalties. I am playing on high FPS, I have enough RAM, and still the game freezes. When it happens only ambient sound is heard but the video stops at the last frame frame. No buttons are responsive. The game does not try to exit itself, windows sees it as fully responsive. After waiting I dont get a "disconnected" or "error" dialog box or whatever. The closing of the game takes a lot of time and I have to use task manager. I also get the same style of freeze quite often for only 3-5 seconds and then everything continues. Windows 10 Pro, 10.0.19045 build 19045 GTX 1070Ti, updated drivers 3 times, still seen on 581.29, Game Ready Driver. Good afternoon, My EA case Case #221212588 has been marked resolved but I still have my Playstation account linked to my ea. Ive put in SEVERAL case tickets to have this taken care of. I have $hundreds of dollars and time spent on Apex Legends. My time is over 2000 hours on Apex according to playstation. But all of stats are reset and my stuff are gone. I suspect I never had an ea account linked and Iinked it to my latest personal email, forgetting I had another one. This is really troublesome. Is their anyone at EA or Respawn that could actually resolve this for me. Thank you. I've been trying to contact EA help for 2 months now and I've send the message trying to dispute my ban for quite a few times now. So the story is, most of my accounts related to my email was hacked including my EA account. The only reason i use my EA account is mostly for Apex Legends and the last I was online was on 13 October. I got an email in chinese from EA which I dont understand. I managed to log into my ea account back and change my email. But when trying to dispute the ban, I can see that the email is still not my email its this weird email(attached below) which isn't mine. I tried sending the dispute still but I haven't received a reply for weeks or months now. I think it could be the email problem. I have an issue with joining into a game, whenever we start a game with friends or alone after it find a match it always give me an error. Unable to ocnnect to EA servers, but servers seems okey and my friend normally join into a game. I did all solutions i found on a internet, but no one of these works. Please tell me what to do.
