Still Receiving Ban Message After Unban – Need Urgent Help
Title: Still Receiving Ban Message After Unban – Need Urgent Help Hi EA Support, My Apex Legends account (EA ID: [wolfalony1]) was recently unbanned, but I’m still seeing the “banned” message in-game and can’t access anything. I’ve contacted support three times already, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. It seems like the unban hasn’t fully gone through on the backend, or something’s not syncing properly. I’d really appreciate it if this could be escalated to someone who can look deeper into the technical side. Thanks in advance for any help.
Unavailable Chat Support
I was being helped through the EA support chat about having to unlink my Xbox from a previous email account when the chat stopped. Upon going to my cases to resume the issue the Chat feature is unavailable. I tried opening an incognito window and it still isn't popping up. Not sure what else I can do to resume the feature to get help?
Apex Legends lost files now level 1
I have login to my steam account and my ea account which is the oldest origin account, I found my apex account became a level 1 account, and I lost all of my skin and legends, so, is there any one can help me get back my account datas, I have login to both of my linked steam account and EA account, still show me a new level 1 players.Can’t complete beginner pass
So my beginner pass has been stuck on level 39 with 8/10 challenges complete for the last 5 months. I can not complete it because I have done all of the challenges and there is no way for me to complete it. I’ve tried getting help with this in the past but it’s legit been months and at this point I don’t even care about the last reward I just want it completed so it goes away and stops telling me to do these challenges that are already marked as complete.White screen when launching apex legends on PSN
Hey, I have never written one of these before. I’ve been having this problem since yesterday- I believe the EA servers crashed at some point. It wasn’t just me who is experiencing this. The Problem comes in where now I am the only one experiencing it still. I was told to reset apex (which I did) where I would be promoted to re-sign into EA Account, (I have not received that message) I reset my PlayStation, Switched my DSN, Unplugged the PlayStation, reset my modem, updated my apex legends, signed out of my PSN signed back in, uninstalled the game reinstalled, and even logging in on a different PSN. Nothing worked- someone please help! I really miss playing apex and don’t know what else to do to fix this!I got hacked and ea chat could not restore my account.
I am so frustrated with the fact that a resource at ea could not escalate my ticket to assist me further. I provided them proof that my account was now level 1 and I was not the day before. Is there any senior resource at EA that could potentially be able to ask me questions / receive screenshots so I can prove that my account was hacked? Any information would be greatly appreciatedUnable to access my legend, Store, Or battle pass tabs
Seems like same with a few other people when i’m in the lobby I can't access anything except the game modes. This has been going on for a few days and i’ve tried every solution support offered. When I went on a different account I could access everything. Any suggestions?
Comeback pass disappeared
I was near finishing my comeback pass with only 2 half-done challanges remaining, but it disappeared after a round of Battle Royale. I started to play again and received my comeback pass on 21st March 2025, so I believe I should still have plenty of time to finish it. I tried clearing my cache by the recommendation of someone from EA live support but it didn’t work.
Unable to get into a game, stuck on matchmaking
I have an issue on specifically the us-west-2 server, and i've never had this issue until the migration to AWS. I am unable to enter a trios/duos/ranked game with my game being stuck on matchmaking perpetually. It will start at ~5 players in queue, then increase to ~30 players in queue within 30 or so seconds, then reset back to ~1. Rinse, repeat. What's interesting is I'm able to queue into LTM modes with issue issue whatsoever. I am also able to queue into matches normally if I play on any other server such as us-east. I've already tried verifying files, and reinstalling. FWIW, seems to be a Hawaii related issue? Multiple people I know also from Hawaii are having the same issue.Insane Packet Loss When not hosting
My fiancee and I play on Xbox, myself on Xbox series X and her on Xbox series S. Ever since the server updates, anytime we play, the person not hosting suffers crazy packet loss to the point where you play for one second and Rubberband backwards for 3. We both play in the same house on the same Wifi, both Xbox have ethernet plugged in, and we both have run network test with 0% packet loss showing on either. We also play other games like Marvel Rivals and Fortnite with no issues, only seems to be this game. Any help would be appreciated, we miss playing everyday lol
Lag due to Server Selector Changes
Good day , Since the recent season launched of Apex during the Second Split there was a change made to the Apex Server Selector - which is nice , but now we are forced into servers way outside of our geological regions forcing us into game lobby's with much higher ping/latency and lag - creating a very unplayable experience particularly those of us from Africa. already we play on 180ms - 220ms on a daily average on London / Frankfurt which is simply due to lack of servers within Africa Region. Dubai UAE servers are 120ms from us in South Africa , Zimbabwe , Botswana ect.. but now we are being forced into USA and other lobby servers that are way too laggy creating a very bad experience for gameplay whether its Pubs or Ranked. -can u please introduce a toggle or option to simply lock you into a single specific server region EG: UK Amsterdam ect.. Luxembourg, Luxembourg, LU, AS7979 Servers.com, Inc. Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, AS13213 UK-2 Limited i dont want to be moved to Germany or USA servers. i only want to play in London. N.B.. can u please release a server(s) in Capetown - ZA SA region on AWS. the game has been released for way too long COD , Valorant , Battlefield and other AAA titles have got servers running in EC2 on AWS in South Africa. Please open some servers for us here.game loads and then just closes on its own.
I have a problem with apex legends, i have tried multiple thing. I tried reinstalling it, i tried downloading it on EA, i even restarted my whole PC, and its always the same it just loads and automatically closes, I tried verifying the files multiple times already, also my EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup doesnt even wanna open when i run it as an admin. I have tried multiple things already, if anyone has a fix lmk.
