10169 Issue
My fiancé and I were about to play Apex when he went to log in and was unable. It’s the same issue from about a week ago where it says there’s a problem processing game logic and says the index “10169” does not exist. It popped up last time the Ranked Ladder was open and kept him from being able to play and get Ladder Champion last weekend. He’s trying to accomplish the Ranked challenge before the season is up and if this doesn’t get fixed soon he can’t. We can’t play together tonight either. I’m going to be very upset if we can’t even attempt the challenge he most wants to beat when we already spent money on the battle pass.
4k badge not earned
Hi EA, a friend of mine received over 4k damage in wildcard however the badge and damage was not registered on her account. She has been left rather upset about this having tried grinded for hours on end. Any chance y'all can confirm if 4k's are still earnable through the event still or have they been removed. And if not is there a way to help her. She has pictures of the damage done as proof if required.Anti cheat error

*Note: Steam overlay is already off. PC Steam version of APEX. After a solo rank game, the game window freezes, but I still hear teammates' in-game voice chat. When I try to quit to the lobby, this error message occurs. I alt + f4 quit the game, and reboot the game. However, the error still insists.
Grand Slam heirloom in mythic shop but not available
the Galactic Games Event is over now and the Grand Slam heirloom is vaulted in the mythic shop but it's not available since it seems the event was just reset. It is still an event item and not attainable with heirloom shards. Is this intentional or did they just make a mistake?Code: House
I get code:House every time i start up the game. I have tried clearing cache, repairing files, reinstalling and nothing works. I just have to restart my PC every time & pray that it loads next time. EA app is always unplayable, and EA continues to do nothing. Sell the game rights to developers that care.potential wooting keyboard ban
i cant find anything about if wooting keyboards, even with all the software disabled, are banned. i can find a couple people who got banned, who also used them, but one of them had like 3 accounts so im not sure whether it was the wooting and if he used the software or not, or if it was for an unrelated issue.
Cross progression issues
So i started playing apex when the game first came out in 2019 i started on PS5 and did not have an ea account when i got a PC i created an EA account and went ahead and linked my PS5 account to it to start playing PC but non of my content is their should i unlink the account and see if my content is still on my ps5 or what do i do to get all my content backApex legends
I was just playing the and never had an issue with it ruining my screen for a short period of time. Even on PlayStation, the only thing I see on both is I start a game and it boots me out to the main menu. Well today just few mins ago I left a rank match on my seriesx, started up another match and looked at my phone for a few seconds and look up and my whole screen is pixelated. I couldn’t see anything. Looked like I got hacked or something. I closed the app and the screen was all jammed on Home Screen too. I shut my game down on the console, that was unexpected so I wrote this. No game ever did that and I’m not even good at the game lol. My game is crusing without any errors, 2-3 times a day and i don't know what to do and how to play with this. My screen just freezing for a second and game is crushing. I'm playing from steam, i have all settings on low PC: AMD 7500x3d GTX 1650 32 RAM Game on ssd, all drivers are updated. I'd appriciate for any help because i really don't know what's the problem
Apex suddenly freezing
Since the last updates, my game has been freezing in a random manner (could be once in 15 or once in 120 minutes). It results in me getting 2 bans and ranked penalties. I am playing on high FPS, I have enough RAM, and still the game freezes. When it happens only ambient sound is heard but the video stops at the last frame frame. No buttons are responsive. The game does not try to exit itself, windows sees it as fully responsive. After waiting I dont get a "disconnected" or "error" dialog box or whatever. The closing of the game takes a lot of time and I have to use task manager. I also get the same style of freeze quite often for only 3-5 seconds and then everything continues. Windows 10 Pro, 10.0.19045 build 19045 GTX 1070Ti, updated drivers 3 times, still seen on 581.29, Game Ready Driver. (Up to date, from today's release) 16 GB RAM, no other programs running at the time except Steam, Discord and FLUX (blue light filter) intel-core i5-7400
