Hi, I’m a little stuck as my primary email on my EA account I can no longer access and sign in now using one of my linked platforms. I cannot change any info on my personal profile as it says it will send verification to my old email so I can make changes which makes sense. I do not have a secondary email or phone number, however I do have answers to security questions and also know my password I used to log in. Can you please advise on how I can change my old primary email to my current one? I am aware EA answers HQ don’t too much go into this query but could you then please advise where on EA help I can chat to as detailed in the instructions attached as it doesn’t specify this particular query as even with the instructions on the site it doesn’t specify where I can “start a chat” or “chat with us” as all I want to do is start a chat window etc?Solved454Views0likes1CommentHaving 2 different accounts have the same apex items
An account was made Thu my steam with it's own EA ID and that account was hacked, since I only launched the game (apex) from steam and never opened the account I didn't notice the email change, it used hacks and got me banned but since my Main EA account is linked with steam I'm also banned on EA from apex, contacting support didn't help much and I only have an email added to that second account and even that email isn't mine, no phone number, no extra info to prove ownership, anyone got into a similar situation? And how did y'all solve it? Worst part is that I can't transfer my skins, heirloom, and a buncha other stuff I had to a new account since apex doesn't let that, I'm unbanned from my main account but not from the steam side mini account which stops me from actually being unbanned since it realizes I have a ban on the mini account too.Solved484Views0likes5CommentsRegarding the major issue of my Apex game account being wrongly banned
My name is [Edit] and I'm a Chinese player. I'm really fond of the game Apex and cherish my account very much. Due to the nature of my work, I haven't played for about a month. Recently, after the game was updated, I learned from video websites that some of my favorite powerful weapons were back, so I wanted to give it a try. However, after just playing one 12 - player battle and taking a short rest in the waiting lobby, I received a notice that my game account was banned, which made me quite annoyed. So, I searched everywhere online for solutions and finally sent this email to your official team. I sincerely hope that the official team can handle this issue as soon as possible. Here, I'd like to mention that although my game account doesn't have all those fancy heirlooms and prop skins like professional players, I still treasure it a great deal. I've painstakingly built it up bit by bit. I hope the official side can give me an explanation as to why my game account was banned. My in - game ID is MainGod. I've been trying to be patient with the current cross progression integrated system, but i'm starting to think it's hopeless for me. I switched to PC during season 5, and I think I have everything linked properly. However the only thing to come from my Xbox account is my two pred charms from season 2 and 3. I don't have the trails, or any of my cosmetics. I personally don't care about stats or the trails, but I'd really appreciate help retrieving my battlepass cosmetics if at all possible. The PeaceKeeper skins from season 3 might be forever my favorite skins in the entire game. If I can only get those 2 skins, I literally wouldn't care about anything else. Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice regarding a ban on my Apex Legends account, which is unfair due to my account being hacked. Suspicious activity was detected on my account, confirmed by EA Support, and my account progress was erased. A support agent later verified the hack and restored account, but i got banned in Apex Legends because the hacker violated the rules during unauthorized access. I’ve invested over 2’500 hours and over 500$ in the game, of which i provided the receipts and I’ve provided evidence of the hack (support chats, timelines, and case details). Despite this, the responses from support and the forms they recommend haven’t resolved the issue or addressed my specific case. My Question: Is there a way to escalate this further, beyond the standard forms and support channels? On the evening of January 14th, I logged into the Steam platform to play Apex Legends. I was prompted to re-login to my EA account. After consecutively entering incorrect passwords, EA notified me that my account had been banned. Subsequently, I changed my password and logged back in, but discovered that my account had been downgraded to level 1 and my Apex Legends progress had been reset. Hello EA, I would like to know why has my Apex Legends account gotten disabled?? my last interaction from the game was getting stuck inside of the Firing Range. This caused me to force shut down the game through Task Manager and also spamming the Alt+F4 keys. Maybe because of this your system thought I was trying to do something in Firing Range?? I didn't, I was simply stuck and force my way out to close the game. I did not do anything wrong nor have I tried to hack the game with any such software hence I did not violate EA's User Agreement. You may have made a mistake here, please I've invested too many hours of time and effort to this game for years and this is my only account. I would not come and appeal like this trying to explain myself if I did do something wrong which I didn't. Please EA, hope you can see that it was just a small mistake upon doing this because I really did nothing wrong. I'll say it once more, my last interaction from the game was getting stuck in the Firing Range which only led me to force shut down back to back because the screen froze and I waited way too long for it to load back in. Hello, my ea account got hacked on December 1st 2024 and now I got access to my account back. But now when I start the game, all my progress is gone, all my skins, all my stats, levels and badges. I only played on playstation and I have never used cross-progression. Maybe the hacker did, but I am 100% sure I did not. One of your agent on live chat support told, that I should try writing here and the in-game team can restore my progress. If you help me with that, I will start buying from in-game store frequently. Hello everyone, I am Regan. I searched my EA account through an EA consultant in August 2022. When I checked the account ban, I found that my APEX was banned, but when I appealed to me, my APEX was banned. The TOS team has rejected my appeal ten times. I have appealed to EA consultants ten times, but the TOS team still rejected me after receiving the case. My EA account name is RegaNC. Due to my email address being hacked during EA registration, I retrieved my email address in August 2022. There are many people on my EA account that I don't know. In EA's personal center data, I found that many IPs come from Vietnam. But I have never been to Vietnam.
