Hello, After 6 years of playing, last month I was suddenly banned midgame. I thought it must be a mistake so I appealed it, yet it said I was cheating. I appealed again and again but it did not work. I want to appeal again, but now it does not even show a penalty on my profile, yet in-game it still says I am banned I was banned falsely, is there a way to prove I did not cheat? Apex banned for no reason
My account was first shown as banned on August 13th. I only learned of this when I tried to log in again on August 15th. I appealed about ten times, but to no avail. I've been playing Apex since Season 0 and have about 1,200 hours of gameplay (APEX isn't available on Steam in Mainland China, so I initially played on Origin). I stopped playing for about a year or two because my friends stopped playing, but I got back into it this year because a good friend's new boyfriend also plays Apex. I was banned once in June, but I still don't know why I was banned because EA Help doesn't provide specific details. I appealed and got my account back that time. Apex often freezes when I start, but I'm in Mainland China and need a accelerator to play, so I guess that's normal. After returning this time, I even bought two new Prestige skins and the Scepter Heirloom, and then my account was banned. I've already purchased the new season pass and can't even finish it. Also, EA Help was redesigned during this time. I don't know if that's related, but EA Help shows no penalties for me. I thought a consultant had already resolved the issue, but when I log in, I still get the ban message. I'm feeling really desperate because I haven't played any games lately except APEX and League of Legends' Arena. I've already mastered every strategy in Arena, leaving APEX as the only game I never tire of. Hopefully, someone from EA will notice this message and contact me to help resolve the issue. My account was suspended at Apex and I had to file an appeal with the Tos team, but after several appeals in a short period of time, I would get a reply within an hour or so that it would not be overturned. Today, i logged into my steam account to play apex legends and noticed that i needed to re-login to my Ea account. I have two email addresses, and unfortunately, i couldn't remember which one was my main apex account. To resolve this i decided to unlink my account and then re-link it. Game Logic Error – Account-Specific Crash
Hello, I am experiencing a recurring "There was a problem processing game logic" error when trying to log into Apex Legends on Steam PC. The error messages include: sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331 [UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool and sh_grx.gnut #1555 [UI] The index "10169" does not exist. This issue happens only with my account. If I log in with another account on the same PC, the game works fine. I also tested on another PC with my account, and the same error happens. I have already tried verifying game files on Steam, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and changing Data Centers but nothing worked. Perma-BAN on my apex account for little to no reason
You may read the title and think there has to be a reason, but here I will explain the situation and feel free to reply with any suggestions. I haven't played apex since AUG 24th and I logged in on the 29th to find my account permanently suspended. I do not/have never cheated on apex neither have I been complicit in any malicious activity nor broken rules using voice chat. I suspected that It would be because I have other apex accounts linked to my pc for when my brothers would come home every so often to log onto their accounts through steam and play from there. So, I logged onto all their accounts to find that we have all been permanently suspended from apex! I understand this may have been flagged for account sharing but in no way shape or form is this a malicious way of it we are simply owners of our individual accounts playing on it on one device every few weeks. I have submitted an appeal however it has been 3 days, no response. Can anyone help me in my situation because now three heavily stacked accounts costing over £1000 have now been perished because of the aggressive automated ban system EA have clearly implemented. Forgot Email to EA Account
recently i got back into apex on PC after being on xbox for awhile. I noticed i had to link my steam to my EA to play on steam, so i did sign in using the xbox sign in feature instead of using my email (which i dont know it for it being an old account). i went to go connect my steam account and it sent a verifivation code to the email i dont remember at all. it gives me a couple of characters for me to recognize the account but i just cant remember. Is there any way i can update the email on the EA account.
