Payment failing
Hi I seem to have bug where my purchases are not going thought on the game. I have added the money on to steam and is visible on steam but when i authorise to buy packs it try's to load the currency but stop and don't do nothing else. It also doesn't take the money from steam. Ant one else have this issue and is there a fix? Hello, knowledgeable Apex players! I was charged for Apex coins this time, but then EA told me that I hadn't been charged and banned me permanently. First, I paid for the coins via bank debit on July 9th at around 11:57 a.m. The money was debited immediately, and I received an email from EA confirming the payment. However, on July 10, I received an email saying that suspicious activity had been detected, followed by an email saying that the payment was unsuccessful. By the time I found out on July 11, I had already been permanently banned. Error code: EC-10901 EA also told me that there was a possibility of fraudulent activity on my account and that I should check back in 72 hours for more details. I've sent numerous emails and chats to EA Help before writing this, but I haven't received a response, nor has EA Help explained why. It shouldn't be so difficult to get my account unbanned for making a charge. The money is still being withdrawn from my bank account. Has anyone else been in a similar situation and recovered? If there's anyone who knows about this, I'd love to hear from you. I'm going to do everything I can to help. I definitely want my account back. I apologize if my writing seems strange because I'm using a translation. The pictures are in my language, so I think it's hard to understand. I got the corrupt game files pop up. Click okay. Try to repair. The repair doesn’t work. I’ve restarted my pc. uninstalled and reinstalled apex twice. Which is the most miserably slow process imaginable. ive reached out to ea help multiple times and they just give me the same copy and paste reply tellingme to go to the connection issue page and go through there when ive done that same thing 4 times over and the ban has no status on it so will it ever end? I got my first heirloom 2 days before getting that sanction ban and just want to use it. Hello, after 2 years I got my account back from the support, which I lost for no reason from the email I guess because of inactivity I guess, There is a ban on the account for something I don't know what, of course it's not my fault if my account was stolen, you can easily trace it by the IP address where the account was everywhere, I would like to ask you if it could be cancelled. I am the true founder of this account and I put a lot of money into it and I don't want to lose it because someone stole it from my email without me knowing about it. I have received a temporary ban for inappropriate name. I do not want to break rules so I’m happy to change it. I am unable to change it and reached out to EA multiple times who just send a generic reply saying my ban was actioned correctly.
