Serious issue on Xbox. The screen freezes in the middle of a game.
I'm playing with a friend via crossplay and, out of nowhere, my game freezes/stuck. I can't press any buttons. I can only move the camera. I have to exit the game and restart it. This has been happening to me all the time since the last update. PLEASE FIX IT OR I WILL STOP PLAYING THE GAME.
Game crashing to desktop after few minutes
Hello, This is an ongoing issue since the film is update. When I launch the game it will always (no matter if I stay in menu or join a game) crash after like 2-5 minutes. There's no error, the game just closes. I have tried many things, downgrade my AMD drivers, update bios, reinstall the game, uninstall and reinstall EAC, install in HDD instead of M2 SSD etc... nothing helped. Before the Goldmud update I was playing since release and had no issues. This is the only game that crashes. Any ideas? I want to play when the new update releases :( It's on Steam btw. System: ASRock B450m Pro4 AMD Ryzen 5600X AMD Radeon 6800XT 16GB RAM Thank you.
Store Bug: Spent 1,500 Coins on Skips, 18 Deleted by Prestige Cap
Hello Community Managers, I am writing to report a serious issue with the in-game storefront regarding how Battle Pass Tier Skips interact with the Season 3 Prestige Path, and a subsequent failure by EA Help to resolve a clear transaction error. The store currently allows a loophole that lets players buy useless items and voids the excess value without warning. WHAT HAPPENED: Today, I was working to finish up the main Battle Pass and had exactly 12 Tiers left. To help finish it off, I purchased a 10-tier skip bundle for 750 Battlefield Coins. The system only applied 2 tiers to finish out the standard pass, which unlocked the Prestige Path. The remaining 8 skips vanished, and the Prestige tiers did not advance. Confused as to why the skips didn't fully register, and assuming it was a visual glitch, I went back into the store and purchased another 10-tier skip bundle for an additional 750 coins. These also did absolutely nothing, and my Prestige Path remained completely unaffected. In total, I spent 1,500 coins for 20 purchased tier skips, but only received 2 tiers of actual value. 18 paid-for skips were completely deleted into a digital void. EA HELP RESPONSE: I contacted EA Help chat to resolve this, and the support team told me they couldn’t do anything for me because "all purchases are final." They stated that Tier Skips cannot be used on the "Prestige" tiers and that they do not carry over to Season 4 tomorrow. Effectively, I was told I am just out of luck. THE CORE ISSUE AND UI FLAW: Nowhere in the store UI or the immediate text where these skips are purchased does it explicitly warn players that skips are hard-capped and cannot be used on the Prestige Path. Furthermore, the storefront fails to dynamically block or gray-out the purchase once a player hits that threshold. Allowing a player to buy consecutive 10-tier bundles when the backend is hard-coded to reject them is fundamentally broken. DICE needs to fix the UI and storefront immediately to prevent players from being trapped by this. REQUESTED RESOLUTION: I am a dedicated player, but losing 1,500 coins due to an interface oversight is incredibly unfair. I am asking a Community Manager to look into my account and provide a fair resolution: Manually credit the 1,500 BFC back to my account (or a prorated amount for the 18 missing skips). Alternatively, roll over the 18 unused, paid-for skips to my Season 4 Battle Pass when it launches tomorrow. Thank you for your time, and I appreciate your help in making this right. Shader download freezing at 25.44% (Steam copy)
I have tried clearing every cache, every shader cache, I've tried reinstalling my drivers and the game, numerous integrity verification yet nothing seems to help the game get passed 25.44% on my shader download. I have never had this issue or anything similar occur from when I played the game at launch to roughly last month. First time booting the game since ~June and I got the issue for the first time. Hello, To whom it may concern, The matchmaking has been brutal over the last month. I wish EA/DICE would seriously look at removing SBMM and go to a random round robin lobby fill system as it was implemented in previous Battlefields. The use of SPM, KD, or other metrics ruin the experience and lead to lopsided lobbies in most games. Please consider these changes if you wish to retain a large portion of the fanbase.
Stornvme crash or BSOD when trying to play
At an unknown point, my Battlefield 6 started crashing with an error from "stornvme" "Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort1, was issued." in event viewer. After that error, I cannot do any operation on the drive, and the event viewer is flooded with disk errors "error occurred during paging operation" or "specified device does not exist". Restarting PC also either causes a BSOD or goes through normally, and after restart, everything is as it was. The game is on an M.2 NVME SAMSUNG PM9A1 1TB drive, with plenty of space(100gb+) and a 32-48000mb pagefile. No RAID or other M.2 drives, I am also running Windows 10 with all the last updates, and an AMD 6600M GPU, last drivers (I am NOT on a laptop, despite the GPU). Basically, what happens is after I launch the game or go into a match, the disk basically stops existing until I restart the PC. This only started happening recently and never happens in any other games (EFT, Arma...) I've looked everywhere now, but found no fix. I reinstalled the game, updated my BIOS, chipset, M.2 firmware, other drivers... I also ran DISM health check, CHKDSK, Victoria HDD - nothing has found any errors during normal operation, even passed read and write tests. Only thing I haven't done yet was reinstalling Windows< which I'm hoping I could avoid. I also believe that this might be an issue with the EA anti-cheat, as there is no way a game can have permissions like this - to just make a whole drive disappear from the system. This might also be a coincidence, but reinstalling EA anti-cheat fixed the issue for some time, but now it is back, and reinstalling does not help. If anyone has had a similar issue or has any fixes, I would be more than happy to talk with you here or share more data, as I've been combating this issue for almost a week now, with no progress.error (7) (1) help me lol

The issue Battlefield 6 will not launch and immediately fails with: EA Javelin AntiCheat Error (7)(1) My system Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (Build 26200.8894) AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-F Gaming WiFi 32GB RAM NVIDIA RTX 4080 What I've already tried Fresh installation of Windows 11 Reinstalled Battlefield 6 Repaired and reinstalled EA Javelin AntiCheat multiple times Verified game files Updated Windows Updated NVIDIA drivers Updated AMD chipset drivers Confirmed Secure Boot is enabled Confirmed TPM 2.0 is enabled Confirmed UEFI boot mode Tested Memory Integrity both ON and OFF Tested Virtualisation-Based Security both enabled and disabled Repaired the Windows Time service Removed possible conflicting software and drivers None of the above changed anything. What I've found The EA AntiCheat installer always reports: RegistryWrite success DirectoryCreate success FileCopy success ResourceExtract success ServiceInstall success CertificateInstall success Install success Windows also reports: Event ID 7045 which confirms the EAAntiCheatService installs successfully. However, Battlefield still fails with EA Javelin AntiCheat (7)(1). After attempting to launch the game, querying the service returns: OpenService FAILED 1060 The specified service does not exist as an installed service. There are no Application Error events, no Windows Error Reporting events, and no Service Control Manager errors explaining why this happens. The EA AntiCheat executables are present in: C:\Program Files\EA\AC\ and all have valid Electronic Arts digital signatures. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone else had EA Javelin AntiCheat Error (7)(1) with the service apparently installing successfully but then disappearing afterwards? If anyone from EA is reading this, I'd really appreciate this being passed on to the Javelin AntiCheat engineering team, as I've completed all of the standard troubleshooting and the issue appears to be deeper than a normal installation problem. BF6 will still not launch through the EA App. I have gone through every trouble shooting step posted both by EA and the community and nothing has helped. The only hint of what the issue might be is when I run the EA Javelin Anti-Cheat as and Administrator. This is the only time an error will populate in the event log. The event log reads the following: "The description for Event ID 1 from source Application cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was included with the event: EAAntiCheatService The game bf6.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0x186AA The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table" I have uninstalled/re-installed both the Javelin Anti-Cheat as well as the entire games multiple times hoping to fix this issue with no results. I pre-ordered the game through Steam, however I had the same issues and so I refunded the game. I bought the game through the EA App thinking that would solve the issue, however it did not. The game has been out for 6 days now and this is still an issue. I have not been able to play the game. This has been extremely frustrating. I've been playing Bf6 since the release of the game with no issues, but ever since the latest update for season 3, I'd say 2-3 weeks ago, I've been experiencing game crashes. whether it be in the Main menu, in the middle of a game or the lobby screen, It will always crash randomly. I tried doing some research online to try and get to the root of the issue, I've seen videos explaining the possible issues that could be the reason why it crashes but none of the solutions I've come across have helped so far i thought it was an issue with my console, a console i bought mid 2025 until i noticed most of my friends that i play with (Xbox) are also experiencing the same thing I slowly got used to it because it would only happen once or twice in a day but it would still be annoying but I've finally reached a breaking point now as of the 20th of July 2026 because it has crashed more than 7 times in the last hour alone. playing with 3 other friends in a party, I've had to restart in the middle of multiple Battle Royale games, not even finishing a single game today. I really love this game but im now considering moving to other fps games because i can't even enjoy BF6 anymore. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the current state of matchmaking and gameplay integrity on European servers. Lately, the game has become increasingly unplayable due to a massive influx of players from CHINESE regions actively playing on European servers. While everyone should be able to enjoy the game, the current netcode and lag compensation system heavily favor players with high latency instead of penalizing them. This creates an extremely unfair and frustrating experience for local European players who invest in low-latency connections. We are constantly facing severe desynchronization, getting shot well behind solid cover, and dealing with broken hit registration because the game's netcode is trying to accommodate players with 150/200+ ms ping. To restore competitive integrity and save the player base from driving away, I strongly request the development team to implement the following measures: Strict Ping Locks: Introduce a reasonable ping limit for regional matchmaking to prevent cross-region abuse. Netcode Adjustments: Rework the lag compensation mechanics so that high latency no longer grants a peekers' advantage or broken hitboxes. Server Authentication: Implement better region-locking or matchmaking filters to ensure players are routed to their closest data centers. I love the Battlefield franchise and want the game to thrive, but the current server environment on EU servers is unsustainable. I hope this feedback reaches the engineering team and is taken into serious consideration for future updates. Thank you
Driver Crashes
I've been having multiple crashes with every session of playing Battlefield 6. The frequecy is random, sometimes I can get through a whole match, sometimes I'm crashing multiple times every 30 minutes. What I originally thought was an issue with DLSS has moved into a multi-day attempt to fix this. This only occurs with Battlefield 6, I've played other games for hours without issue. It's been 3 weeks since this has started, and the game is UNPLAYABLE for everyone I know that plays on Xbox and party's together for multiplayer and red sec. I keep coming back to only get lagged out, frozen, black screened all during gameplay mid game. It's a party issue between players. Sometimes I can play with certain players and sometimes I lag out every game with certain players. Ranked mode with this issue caused players to uninstall the game because they were losing RP every game after lagging out and their team would end up winning without them. I've had multiple friends that are all top players in red sec that have uninstalled the game. This has nothing to do with In game chat, we have done Xbox party chat and discord and it still persists. It has nothing to do with clearing a cache or re downloading the game. It has nothing to do with cleaning your vents with a Qtip. Why aren't we getting an official statement from the developers regarding this issue? The online multiplayer is unplayable! How are we not getting a statement???Contaminated domination matchmaking
So I use custom search for dom so i play a game it starts matchmaking after the match says hagental base then contaminated pops up on the screen and then throws me in the lobby its constantly happening now then I start match making and it puts my party in a game and leaves me in the lobby which that parts not new but I figured yall could fix that in the 6 months people have said the xbox players are being left behind are we just not worth your attention because it seems like xbox gets all the problems that never get attention at all
BF6 breaking AMD drivers
I have AMD RX7900 GRE I can play other games no issues and when launching BF6 it crashes and breaks my drivers so bad my other games don't load. This started 2 updates back on bf where at first going into the map caused it to lag and now I can't even play anymore. I have to reinstall drivers and my other games will work but as soon as it launches and enters BF6 somewhere along the loading the cache to waiting or a game and it crashes. I have to uninstall my drivers reinstall it and my other games will work but bf will kill my GPU. Please fix it, if I cant play a game that I payed a lot of money for then it is useless.
