Unable to Connect to Battlefield 6 Servers. Possibly ISP Related (Ukraine)
Hello everyone. I need help with a connection issue in Battlefield 6. I cannot connect to the BF6 servers at all. The beta worked perfectly for me, but the full release gives me the error code 1:86001S:51002S:57019S every time. I play on Steam.I live in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, and my ISP is Intelekt. My friends in Ukraine using different providers can connect without any problems. Because of this, I think the issue might be related to my ISP’s routing. As a test, I tried using a different DNS via Cloudflare 1111 app(which is not a VPN, just replace DNS with his own), and the game was finally able to connect, but the connection becomes almost unplayable due to heavy packet loss. This makes me think the default routing path from my ISP to EA servers might be the cause. Battlefield 6 beta worked fine, Battlefield 2042 is working fine too, but release version for some reasons doesn't... Help please. I want to mention that I pre-ordered the game in the highest edition available, because I really enjoy Battlefield 6 and was excited to play it from day one. I truly hope someone from the team can help me find a solution, because right now I can’t play at all. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
Getting kicked from matches for inactivity
This is a constant thing for me playing on PS5 from Australia i know my location isn't the greatest but seriously there is not a match where I'm kicked for inactivity yet I'm running around the map getting kills and capping points then players and bots start floating in the air and/or i hear machinegun fire constantly going then i know I'm about to be kicked from the game sometimes i get into a match and 40secs later i get kicked it is extremely frustrating and its a everyday occurrence for me, the mornings for me seem to be the more stable time to be playing BF6 because when i play in the afternoons and at night i get kicked alot quicker. please find a way to improve the connection to the servers for players like myself thanks. shown below are a few screenshots of my error messages including the first pic which shows me in the lobby after getting kicked from the match and showing that i'm in a match as well.
Network disconnected
I keep trying to load onto battlefield 6 and it keeps saying network disconnected as soon as the game loads. It says to make sure I have internet and my console is online. I don’t have Xbox live but I want to play the campaign. My internet is fine and I’ve reloaded the game loads
Party matchmaking issue
Hi All, Been Having the same issue since launch, I play on Pc through the EA App and a friend plays on xbox, every time we start a party its always hit and miss whether we both make it into the same game or not (more often not) It's concerning nobody from dice/ea has even acknowledged this issue as i know there are a lot of people with the same problem, Fingers crossed they get it sorted soon otherwise i don't think its worth the stress of trying to play the gameBattlefield crashes without any errors
Hello! I have constant crashes in Battlefield 6, and I'm asking for help to figure out the reason.I downloaded the game on steam. The game crashes steadily 2-3 minutes after launch, without any specific action. The game just closes without any error. I've already tried different ways: updating drivers, checking game files(i have 3 corrupted files) reducing graphics settings — the problem remains. My device Specifications: Device: HP Victus laptop Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 (8 GB) RAM: 16 GB DDR4 Storage: 512 GB SSD Operating System: Windows 11 Screen resolution: standard for HP Victus (I will specify if necessary) What I have already done: Updated NVIDIA drivers to the latest version Updated Windows 11 I started the game as an administrator I checked the game files — 3 corrupted files were found, but even after recovery, crashes persist. Reduced graphics settings, including DLSS The temperature of the graphics card is about 80°C Problem: Departures continue regardless of settings. Please tell me how to solve this problem or what additional data you need (logs, dxdiag, error reports). Thanks!Next game won't load
I am using xbox series x and since Redsec drop i am having issues with BF6 loading next game after completing a match. It just crashes saying next game ready in the box that shows who is in my squad. Seems to be whether I use cross play or not. Have unistalled HD files and redsec but still no joy. The game is now getting unplayable. This really needs sorting as it seems to be happening to more and more people!Season + Event rewards missing
Decided to hang fire on buying the battlefield Pro but ended up buying it however I came to find that anything which was "unlocked" but required pass prior to buying including the event was not given and still locked even though it says its unlocked , anyone aware of a way to fix thisTimes out bug
Hi, does anyone know how to fix the problem of the timed out session? I explain, I got the ps5 and buy battlefield 6, install it, and then started playing, within the first a got kicked out of the game with a timed out out message, my internet work very well, I tried everything I could read in forums and the problem seems to continue, does anyone know about this ?[BF6] All progress lost on account
I booted BF6 from Steam today. It came up with a login screen for me to reconnect my Steam account. I went ahead and linked my account without hesitating (why would you). Once I'd logged in, my heart dropped as I saw my level was now Level 1 and I had no unlocks. I reached out to the EA support and they said that it was because I'd relinked my account (which I had no option but to do) and that there was no way to get my progress back. This has extremely put me off wanting to play knowing there's a fairly big risk it could just happen again. Anyone experienced the same?
Battlefield 6 Battle Royale – Dog Tag Kill Tracking Bug
I am writing to report a bug I encountered in Battlefield 6 Battle Royale related to the Grim Reaper Dog Tag challenge. The requirement is to achieve 20 kills in a single match. Despite successfully reaching 20 eliminations, the end‑of‑match stats consistently display only 19 kills, preventing proper completion of the challenge. This issue appears to be a tracking error, as the in‑game performance clearly meets the requirement but the backend does not register it correctly. I have reproduced this problem multiple times, and it persists regardless of weapon choice or match conditions. Any chance this can be updated and be provided with the dog tag as I do not think I’ll be able to get this anytime soon…
TN over 600 ms
Hi all, Since the launch of the game I've been suffering horrible lag when playing big game modes (32vs32), but smaller ones (16vs16 or 8vs8) were working fine. Today I decided to activate all network graphics to try and see what was going on. In the match I could see that I had no packet loss at all, but I saw two things My latency variation was 7-8 ms, which is not fine but I don't think is the issue My TN was way over 600 when the game was lagging. I have no idea what is this TN but I'm quite positive that's the problem. How can I fix this? My specs: CPU: i7-11700F @ 2.5GHZ RAM: 16GB GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 II have 100 Mbps via cable from Estonia. The game is optimized using Nvidia app If you could help me I would really appreciate it, as I love the game but I can't play it.
Lag / Slow-Mo / Stutter on 60hz servers
I have been talking about this in various threads, but decided to make new post for visibility and this NOT to be confused with network issues. Problem is on EA servers, especially in conquest or escalation modes and in point where is lots of players. I get laggy and slow-mo like movement, just like with internet issues, but there is no problem with ping or connection etc. I get two yellow warning on upper left on screen (see attachment). I have tried every bit of advice or tip what i could find on this forum, and nothing works. I also attach my specs on HWiNFO and one other screenshot showing fps etc. I also noticed last time i tried to mess with settings, that when i am in point that makes game laggy, i cannot get my cpu fps to raise over 70 even if i put gfx settings from high to low. it only makes ~5fps difference. I also updated my CPU cooler from stock to Noctua NH-D15 G2 but temp throttling was not the issue. (rip additional 150€) On portal servers (30hz) everything seems to be fine. and cpu fps is good and everything runs smooth. I have had this issue (not this badly) since beta, and still have. I have read multiple similar issues and after 2 months, this needs serious investigation and fix so we can start enjoying this game we paid.Crashing to Desktop after 5 mins in a match
I have tried pretty much everything, even updating BIOS, I scoured the internet for solutions, and I am still getting crashes to desktop like 4-5 minutes into a match. I am convinced that this is a game issue and not my computer issue, because it was working fine for a while and after a certain update I can't play a full round.. Nothing is being done about it, and I'm getting sick of EA making excuses and not solving the glaring bugs and problems this game has.
Audio issues
Lately, my audio has been having major issues. Some things like reloading, vehicles, defibs, voicelines, etc., seem to trigger really late or sometimes not at all, while other things like gunshots and hitmarkers consistently play on time. So far, I have tried verifying files, different output devices, all sorts of Windows and BF6 audio settings, checked drivers, checked Windows updates, deleted and redownloaded the game, and even did a hard reset of my pc. Redownloading the game seems to be a somewhat unreliable temporary fix, where after redownloading, all audio plays on time without cutting out for a while, and it sounds great. But without fail, it always starts bugging out again eventually. Sometimes after just a few matches, sometimes hours of playtime, but redownloading is the only thing I've found to "reset" it. My PC more than meets the game's recommended specs and doesn't have any issues keeping high framerates without any performance drops at high and ultra settings. The game doesn't seem to be using too much RAM, CPU, or GPU when checking it through taskmanager so I'm just at an absolute loss. If anyone else has experienced this or has found a fix, PLEASE let me know. It is extremely annoying and really takes a lot of fun out of the game, constantly ruining any sort of immersion.Audio choppy, sometimes cuts out entirely
Title. I can run the game, i've changed every audio setting i can find, i've updated my audio drivers, my BIOS, verified game files, updated graphics drivers, set graphics to low. Audio is really choppy, especially during explosions and such, and sometimes the audio just disappears entirely, and the only way to get it back is to restart the game. it's only the game audio that cuts out. my discord and even youtube videos will play fine when this is happening. Core i7 9700k, 3080TI FTW, 64GB RAM, M.2 storage My CPU/Ram/GPU are not capping. FPS is mostly fine.
