How do I copy my C&C RA saved-games from steam to my EA account?
I want to copy my C&C RA Remastered saved games from my steam account to my EA account; anybody know what type of file, & where I should be copying it to? My steam version quit working after about a year (failed to start/crashed when I tried to play it). I tried a variety of work-arounds to no avail. In exasperation, I bought a copy from EA for $4.99 - which also failed to work until I disabled the EA game overlay, & entered REDALERT into the properties of the start-up file (I think - or something like that). Anyway, the game works in the EA account & I want to copy my saved games over to finish...the last 2 missions of the allied campaign. Any suggestions? FYI, I did try a number of repairs for my Steam version that were recommended on steam forums, but got nowhere. Too-Many-Alerts
C&C Generals
After a required update for the EA App, I can no longer play the games in full screen mode. As soon as either game starts, it uses a resolution that causes the game to play in a smaller display window. I have tried to change Display Options for the game, and looked for the "Display Settings" or "Resolution Options" in the EA App as directed by the "Help BOT", but they do not exist in my EA App. Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone have a solution?
C&C Collection - Please allow individual downloads
Regarding the issue with Conquering Collection Packages, I hope EA can separate versions and let players download the games they need individually, rather than ordering the forced download of the ontology plus DLC, because I have already purchased Red Alert 3 and started the moment before. I made a collection purchase, but I lost the traditional Chinese game language of Red Alert 3, and forced me to download Uprising Moment when I downloaded Red Alert 3. As a result, the Uprising Moment I purchased separately on Halloween always had conflicting hopes, and it also made it very troublesome for me to install the mod and map of Red Alert 3. EA can let players download and install the games they need before each version is independently restored to download and run, instead of forcing the download of the main body and DLC! Streaming issues Xbox Series X to Discord/Twitch
Hello, long time Command and conquer fan here and I was trying to to steam my game to discord and couldn't do it. For some reason, I keep getting a notification when I start the stream that "This game doesn't allow streaming." I looked to see what the issue why It doesn't allow streaming but it seems I can't find the issue, so I came here for some guidance/clarification/help to get it working or understand why it's not possible. I checked to see if it was a problem with discord so I tried twitch and the same issue persists. To be clear I'm playing the backwards compatible version on 360. Also, when I play red alert 3 there seems to be no issues there. Tiberium wars also has the same problem so I'm assuming it's just TW3 and TW3:KW. Thanks for any insight.
Command and Conquer Zero Hour
It only plays in 800X600 Windows 11 RX7900XTX I tried clearing cache, Repairing game, uninstalling and reinstalling, all updates and drivers are good. When I go to set a different resolution the game freezes. cannot hit any buttons not accept, cancel, nothing. How do I play this game!!C&C Generals Zero Hour
Recently purchased a new computer. all drivers and updates are completed. When i attempt to change the graphics settings in both Generals and Generals Zero hour I am limited and if I choose anything other than the default 800X600, It attempts to change but freezes and you cant click accept or cancel, nothing. I tried repairing the game and clearing the cache to no avail. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. However when I play red Alert 3, All the different graphics display in settings and i can set it to highest with no issues. So what's up with Zero Hour? That's my favorite and its driving me bonkers that i cannot play it!C&C Generals

Redeeming Codes for "Command & Conquer Ultimate Collection (2012).
SUBJECT: Redeeming Codes for "Command & Conquer Ultimate Collection (2012)." I just got this Collection delivered. Went out and bought a new 4 TB External Drive to install the 17 games on. Great start. The problem starts with the info on the "How to Download Your Games" sheet was printed back in 2012, about 12 years old. They keep referring to "Origin," go to Origin.com to get a "desktop client" to use to launch the downloads, create an account at Origin, etc.. What the H!?$ is Origin? You have to start by Redeeming a product code in order to start downloading the 17 games. Problem: I managed to get to an EA site, set up as a New Member, tried to Redeem the codes there, got to a page where it asked me to enter the 20 digit code, then the next page was to start the download. It did not do anything there. It kept going in circles, and reminded me that my codes were already entered, but that was it. The AI Chat-bot was useless. It could not recognize basic questions, not even the questions it said that if you asked them using those words, it would respond with an answer. Then I went to the EA Help section, there a guy asked a question about problems with Redeeming codes, a Volunteer's response was to direct him to an Origin site to get an App from there to use. Problems: Question, and advice was from 2008-ish. But, it gave me the idea of finding the EA App, and setting that up. Well, miracles do happen. The EA App had all the games set up there. The codes were Redeemed, even thought the EA site would show a list of them, but not download them. At the EA App, I moused over a game and it had a Download tab, clicking on that started the game downloading. The games showed up on the left side under "Installed games." I clicked on all the tabs, the games queued up for downloading. Icons for each game set up on the computer, as soon as the last game is downloaded, I will do a Restart to see what happens. Supposedly I log into the EA App, pick a game from the Installed Games list on the Left Side to pick a game to play each time I want to play one. There should be info on the EA page that says Origin does not exist anymore, to go to the EA page to join as a Member, then download the EA App, then Redeem codes there. And, it should be mentioned it is no longer 2012.

Command and Conquer Ultimate. Once again getting the message starting today failed to launch game, an error on our end caused the launch to fail.Try again a little later. This is not the first time this has happened with this game, I do not see why it requires any permissions at all from your servers in the first place, there is no online services used in the game. Why cant you get this sorted out? Would appreciate any quick fix anyone has.
Mobile Version of C&C: Mobile Tiberium Wars
Hello developers! I am from Northern Europe, a fan from 90's of one of your humblest games that is called C&C: Tiberian San. Does anyone know if there be a version of the Tiberium Wars game on a mobile platform? What is currently called C&C:Rivals in Play Market is more of a children's version with a toy design. Perhaps, this is not what fans of 90's expected. I wonder if there are any plans to release a version of the C&C with GDI, NOD and Aliens, and maybe even other competitive sides on Android in the near future; for fans of Tiberian Sun from the 90s? Would it have the same atmosphere with the great music and modern graphics that a medium-power smartphone could handle? Started playing CnC Rivals and love the game. Mobile micromanagement strategy concept is very brilliant I love it. Just want to give some feedback about balance issues and ranked flow I experienced(observed from high rank players). Some units and abilities are less reliable and powerless than others. I know that when balancing you shouldn't look the values on paper and think buffs, debuffs combination with own units and enemies... First of all I love confessors they are really cool guys my favourite units as lorewise an cosmetic but in the gameplay they are very weak and their buff not directly gives 100t value. attack is very weak and dont provide that much utility. very rare situations you can get value from it pairing it with high tech infantry etc. High ranged units and deployed units with 2 and/or many counters (air and armor / inf and armor etc. for example juggernaut, mg squad, specter, scarabs, mlrs) are unstoppable on lower level and hard to deal higher ranks too. As you dont need to micro them only protect them there should be less reward using those units. Most of them only countered by air units which most deck have situational air units and easily defeated by hard counters. Thanks you for developing this beautiful game. Hope to see more cnc strategy games developed. Hello all, I have bought the ultimate collection and was playing both games on windows 11 just fine. However, when i switched to a newly purchased laptop, also running windows 11 (CORE i7, 16GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro), both games started encountering problems. The games don't save, the history and achievements don't show, and the maps don't load. No matter how many times i play. the game still shows 0 as my total games played. Attached is a screenshot of the screen that the game goes back to anytime i either launch the game or after i finish a skirmish game. Can you please let me know how to resolved this issue? Thanks,
