No online features - EA account is restricted
Hi, everyone. Everytime that I try to go online in Command and Conquer Remastered, I receive this message saying that my EA account is restricted from accessing any online features, as seen in the attachment. Already went through all EA Support procedures given by EA Help staff, with no luck until now. From 24 games in my EA library, this is the only one that is blocking me from playing online. No account bans (ever!), Windows 11 PC completely updated , as the drivers, no issues with my EA account regarding any other game, game uninstalled/reinstalled, as well the EA App. Any further help? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Subject: Request for a Mobile Version of Red Alert Message: As a long-time fan of Command & Conquer: Red Alert, I’d love to see an official version released for iOS and Android. The RTS genre has great potential on mobile, and I believe Red Alert could be a huge success with its nostalgic value and gameplay depth. Please consider developing a mobile adaptation or remaster. Red Alert 3 Bug and Version Problem
I bought the The Ultimate Collection to get RA3 from Origin, and my little brother just simply bought the RA3 himself from Origin too, we play together without any problem, but some recent update make things change. Now my RA3 become version1.13 automatically, even uninstall and install it again won't change anything, and with this my RA3's little loading page never display normally. Each time after I install the RA3 and first time open it, a window asking me to log into my EA account, even I had already open the EA APP and keep it log in, it's annoying but not big deal. And the worst is, since my RA3 become version 1.13, I could never play with my little brother again, the reason is that my little brother's RA3 is still version 1.12, and it even working without any problem and could play with others through it's version is not the latest. I'm really love RA3 and the time playing with my little brother, but I just can't solve the problem even I try my hardest, please, somebody help me.

so Command & Conquer ultimate edition bundle was purchased over 10 years ago the ea store saying i own the bundle but im missing about 8 cnc games from that bundle it can be seen in the atachments i own the ultimate edition but im missing the gamesCommand & Conquer Remastered Edition (Steam Version)
Hi, I just purchased and installed the above but after I installed on my PC and started the game, there is a hissing background noise coming from the game. Would appreciate if someone could share the solution if he faced same issue before. Appreciate.Command & Conquer Generals
Hi I found my old games I played years ago (Now 58 Years old) I lost disk 1 of my Command & Conquer Generals . I have my original cases and disk 2 With disk 1 and 2 of Zero hour. The license or purchase key is still attached to my cd covers. How can I install or where do I get disk 1.Please reply wally style as simple as you can. Thanks
Has anyone else had this problem with Red Alert 3?
Hi all, I re-installed RA3 and it won't launch, only showing the following message. I've tried repairing, re-installing again, restarting my pc and I've reach the point that I have no idea why this has happened. All my other CnC games are working 100% expect Red Alert 3. Any help would be appreciated in trying to solve this.

When I purchased the cnc games I was Not informed internet access was mandatory to play any of these games campaigns, skirmish requires no internet online or other features that don’t require online access. This is EA security measures stopping these old games working correctly but they can just blame uses pc and keep the money well those with no connection to internet no longer have access to games they paid for. Most of these cnc games do not require internet connection. Iv followed ever path to try get original cnc working with zero success. Tiberian war/firestorm doesn’t work. Ut add a patch and it does st& , generals/zero hour require online access to start. Should have kept all my cd versions at least then I could call them my games All these downloads are not uses games even if you paid full price EA APP own them and we pay for that.!!!C&C 3: Tiberium Wars map "Tiber River Valley" crashes the game
I'm writing here because https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-problems-with-games-or-ea-account/ said to write it on the forum. I hope it's the right place. I installed C&C 3: Tiberium Wars through steam. I'm using Windows 10. Trying to play a skirmish on the map "Tiber River Valley" crashes the game once it tries to start (after the load screen). Whenever i try to load into a skirmish game from the main menu, the game immediately crashes. It says it is generating a crash report, but that doesn't seem to appear either (see image). I can play campaign mode fine and can play all modes including Skirmish on Command and Conquer, but for some reason Red Alert Skirmish doesn't load. Has anyone else experienced this? I've try to reinstall, delete roaming files, sign in as administrator and run compatibility but none seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also should mention I bought/download via Steam if that makes a difference
Command & Conquer Renegade
I wish EA Could remake Command & Conquer Renegade For Playstation, Xbox Consoles. Update the Same Characters instead of the crappy graphics they had back in 2002. Bring back Havoc,Sakura,Medonza,Raveshaw,Gunner,Deadeye,and all the rest of the gang. Have the old maps and all brand new Maps. I'm Telling you if this happen,this game would be a hit more than back in 2002. You would sell more ,if it was done on a console instead of PC. I miss playing Renegade,it was the best first player game.
Red Alert 1 original game is stuck on the menu screen. No selection's
Hello, Red Alert 1 the original game is not able tos tart on windows 11. I own both games on EA App, Origin, and Steam. But for now, the version from EA app stops at the red alert screen. No intro, no cutscenes. Just right into the red alert menu where you are suppose to select, new mission, counterstrike and aftermath, are no where to see. It's almost like the background is only a picture. I will attach a picture. Is there any solution for this. I am running on windows 11 at the moment.
