Fc mobile realism
I feel the game can be more realistic if the players facial characteristics are in motion like the eyes blinking, the player’s emotion when they missed a chance or when they scored . I also feel we should be able to pick our celebrations and see replays for fouls and missed chances. Sorry it’s coming late though
Hacked account and email changed
Just as a heads up, If your account is hacked by an Iran or Israeli hacker (Somewhere where EA is forbidden) and you have sms verification active, EA auto disables it due to not being available in their country, be warned about this. Been trying to use the SMS function to recover a password but due to the hacker being in another country the SMS system disables itself, ive already tried talking to help about it and they are trying to say it is send out limitations but you cant have a limitation if nothing is received. Ive also tried email recovery but naturally they have already changed that as well.Someone made an account under the email I'm using for said account?
So I got an email saying someone had made, and verified, this account using my current email address, naturally I made sure to change the password to this account and all its information, but... I don't understand the motive? Were they waiting for me to log in so they could get my details on the off chance I didn't change the password? To be clear, I did not make this account, it was made using my email and I'm just trying to stay logged in till I know what's going on. I'm not sure what to do about it, are there any other security measures I should be taking here? It's not like they had access to my payment methods or anything, I'm really baffled and concerned. I also changed the password for my email of course, it did scare me that they managed to verify the account somehow, but there's no new logins detected on gmail so I have no idea what's going on. Also if it matters, the email address I received all this info from was mailto:EA@e.ea.com, I wasn't sure if it was legit so I made sure to only log into the website itself, wasn't gonna risk falling for a phishing scam. So yeah, any advice? Should I be worried, should I be doing something else? I appreciate any and all help.Unable to unlink Steam account from EA account
My EA account is currently linked to an old Steam account that I no longer use. I would like to unlink this Stam account and connect a new Steam account instead. When I try to link the new one, I get the error message; "This EA account is already linked to another Steam account." Could you plase help me unlink the old Steam account or let me know if there is a way to change it?EA app not locate my game folder
I already installed battlefield 1 on my external drive and playing for a while, but now ea app not locate bf1's game directory. in EA app it said to download but it not allow because my hard does not have full space. if i remember right ea app had repair or scan option. but i cant find it in the EA appOnside Kicks in Online Gameplay
When reaching the All-American level in Road to CFP; is when the game becomes about how good you are kicking an onside kick instead of playing a well-rounded game. Numerous times I take my user-player over the football lying on the field and the player doesn’t pick it up. The Kicking team normally receives the football back. So I raise the question, how patient do you expect us to be playing online under these circumstances? I have played my last game. It’s a shame that it took less than 2 years to learn this game is better non-existent.
EA ID scrambled to random numbers
I have seen this somewhere but there has been no real fix as the people that reported it had a different issue. I dont have a problem accessing my EA account, I have never changed email address but it seems like after some research EA just likes to scramble the IDs if the accounts aren't in used for a while? And that is what is being used in all the games. Also kicker is if i look at my linked account, it has zero problem seeing my steam account using the same name, or under my game personas (in the edit account page), it can see all my other EA games using the same name. only difference is battlefield where it also had my old clan tag. In my EA app, my nickname is set to my ID. If i login to my account and try to edit the ID to match the nickname it tells me that is is already in use. How does one go about fixing that?
I can't add a phone number to my account.
I have been trying to add a phone number to my account for the past week or so since setting up and every time it says "Something went wrong. Try again later.". I have opened support requests with advisors who only offer generic advice and claim they can't add one on their end. Is this a rate limit?
EA account linking to Steam
My EA account has previously been linked to a steam account that has not and has never been owned by me, I have unlinked that account however, I am now unable to link to my actual steam account as "An EA account can only be linked to one steam account in its lifetime.". I suspect this came from when my EA account got hacked last Jan and EA support rectified my access but I guess didn't check to see if any random accounts got linked during the period I lost access. I also never got an answer as to how they got it when I have 2fa enabled but that's a different issue we're unlikely to get to the bottom of. So far I have raised 6 support cases about this all have keep getting closed and marked as resolved with no notes, no email and no interaction from any live support or email. I have no idea where to go now for help on this.
How do I get in contact with EA with no live chat option?
EA live chat support was telling me that The Sims Medieval was not linked to my account despite my having purchased it in 2015. They requested an invoice for a purchase I made a decade ago as "proof", which I've finally found. However, they seem to have locked my ability to use the live chat function and there is seemingly no way to contact them via phone or email. How in the world do I contact this company to regain access to a game I bought and paid for???
