Is there a way to actually contact EA Support and not rely on this forum?
I've been having an issue with my EA account linking and waiting 3 days just for a follow up is some crazy work.... like what even happened to live chat? or contacting actual support? And as I said on my original post, there's NO WAY the EA account linked to my Xbox account is disabled. I've owned this account since 2010, never had and never linked any other EA account to my Xbox account. EA library empty.
EA library empty. I used account about 3 weeks ago to play Battlefield 1. Logged in today (11 April 2025) for a few quick games and nothing is there. Also it appears as if it's now pay to play??? Problem with different steam accounts with same email
So i have a steam account that was under one email that linked to an ea account. Need Help Unlinking Steam from Banned EA Account (Appeal Denied)
Hello, My EA account (lucasfrancox) was banned from EA SPORTS FC 25. I submitted a ban appeal and it was denied — I fully accept the decision and I'm not asking for a ban reversal. My problem is that my Steam account (xlucasfranco) is still linked to this banned EA account, and I’m being told by support that there’s no way to unlink it manually. I’ve tried multiple chats with EA Advisors and they all give me the same response: that it’s impossible due to the ban. However, I’ve seen cases here on the forums where users were helped manually. I legally purchased the game on Steam and I just want to unlink my Steam account from the banned EA account so I can use it with my new EA account (xlucasfranco) and play again. Hello. I have tired the case method already and it closed my case with nothing being done at all. I am just wanting to know why everything I try to connect my account it says there is a account already connect that I never connected. I have connect playsation and it is a EA made issue. My steam account was stolen I noticed it soon after and recovered it. But my stolen account was probably linked to an EA account from disposable emails. When I wrote to EA support they asked for the information of the account I already used I shared it with them but akash was no help at all telling me what to do he kept asking long copy and paste verification questions. The steam account belongs to me I also told them I played apex for 150 hours I did not make a purchase from EA I played the game which was free. He asked me for my IP address but he did not help because I think he wanted me to provide him with the stolen Russian email address ending in .ru and the IP address of the person who stole my account. EA accounts cannot be authenticated to log in
This is my friend's request, he can't log in to his account because Google's email is blocked, the account can't be verified, and I don't know if the EA rules have been updated and the password can't be verified. Hi everyone! I had an EA account that had some games on it. I have not used it for some time. I recently tried to log on to it but I could not as I was told that the password was wrong but it wasn't. I then tried to reset the password but realized that the verification code was being sent to an email that was not mine. This made me realize that the account email had been changed to another one. I have been hacked essentially. I think I then used information that was saved on my browser to log in to EA Help and saw my games there. This gave me a glimmer of hope that I can get them back. However, in the process of troubleshooting, I thought that creating a new account with this old email address would somehow return things back to normal. Needless to say, I was rather shocked to find a spanking new account with nothing at all. I have tried creating cases with EA support to solve this but they mark the cases as resolved without doing anything. I don't know what to do now. Any hep will be appreciated. hi I just created an EA account and when i try to link it to my PSN it says there’s already an address associated with it (da*****@disabled.ea.com) .. this obviously isn’t my email address, and i’ve never been banned. The only thing i can think of is the Madden game i bought was second hand , and it gave me a QR code to scan to log back in, which i tried … maybe it associated the previous owners? How do i fix this?
