Origin error (pls help)
While I was playing EA FC 24, the power went out and my game was interrupted. When the electricity came back and I tried to launch the game, I was met with a black screen instead of the main menu. After that, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but this time I was asked to log in with Origin. I do not have an Origin account, and Origin has already been shut down. I had previously experienced the same issue in Battlefield 1, but unfortunately I cannot remember how I solved it at that time. I also do not know what solution I should apply for EA FC 24 now. I kindly ask for support and help from valuable forum members. I am in the Elite Division, and this issue seriously affects my enjoyment of the game. Please help.BUGS AND FIXES SEASONS
this game is so unplayable that i almost shot myself on new year’s day because it’s been a week since i been having problems playing seasons. players won’t run move or anything. i have a 1000mbs internet. if this game is going to slow down because of the new ones. i’ll kill my self to avoid buying future games. please fix!! omg
EA Sports FC 24 closes silently at main menu – Secure Boot & TPM enabled
Hello, I am reporting a persistent crash issue with EA Sports FC 24 on PC using the Steam version. The game launches correctly, EA AntiCheat initializes without visible errors, the splash screen completes, and the game reaches the main menu, but after a short moment in the menu the game closes silently with no error message or crash dialog. This happens on every launch. My system is correctly configured with Secure Boot enabled, TPM 2.0 enabled and ready, Windows running in UEFI mode on a GPT disk, and the game installed on an NVMe M.2 SSD. EA AntiCheat is installed correctly, the service exists, and it loads during startup. All local troubleshooting has been fully completed including full game reinstall via Steam, EA App reinstall and recovery, EA App cache reset, complete EA AntiCheat uninstall and reinstall, reset of the local Documents profile folder, verification of correct Steam to EA App launch order, clean system restarts, BIOS verification with CSM disabled and Secure Boot enabled, and TPM verification via tpm.msc. The issue persists exactly the same after all of the above. The crash occurs only after AntiCheat initialization and after reaching the main menu, which strongly suggests a server-side or EA account cloud profile issue rather than a local configuration problem. EA Support has indicated that the game behavior is server automated and that further local troubleshooting is not applicable. If other players are experiencing similar silent menu shutdowns on PC, especially with Secure Boot and TPM enabled, please reply or upvote so this can be linked to an existing internal issue. I purchased FC24 licence for EA app to play it with my son on the lounge TV via Steam Link. and whatever I tried, I can't make Xbox controllers working there. It works locally with XBox controller, but not remotely via Steam Link. There is this article saying the jawelin has support for Steam client, so I assume Steam Link too. Every time I've tried to open career mode or ultimate team the last few weeks it locks it on an ad for FC26 and the only thing I can do is close the game. I've already tried reinstalling the game, restarting the game and console and unplugging the console to let the static out. I want to create many players for a tournament but without a glitch or game crash. I've done this on Fifa 22 created 200+ players but sometimes my matches would glitch and crash. I have heard from others that I can even create more than 200 players without there being a crash/glitch so I'm thinking that any of yall are the best source to know about this stuff.Persist technical issue
The game launches and runs smoothly, but the moment I enter a match, the game fails to accurately register or execute controller commands, leading to severe gameplay issues. Passes often go in entirely incorrect directions or are heavily under-powered, regardless of how I charge the power bar. Shots are inaccurate, weak, or completely unresponsive when attempting a quick shot. I have tested the controller extensively in other games and system menus, and it functions perfectly without any drift or delay. I have also tried an alternative controller with the same result this is not limited to a single game version. I first experienced this with EA Sports FC 25 and purchased EA Sports FC 26 hoping for a resolution, but the issue is identical and persists in the new title..
Wrong Data Center Selected Automatically (High Ping in Turkey)
Hello EA Team, I am experiencing a serious matchmaking issue in EA Sports FC 26. Even though I am located in Turkey, the game automatically connects me to a distant data center (NFS / 159.153.71.17) instead of the correct regional servers (e.g., Frankfurt, Milan, or Middle East). What happens The game always forces me onto a far data center Ping is around 130–140 ms instead of the usual 35–45 ms Matchmaking never switches to the correct region Multiple players in Turkey are reporting the same issue recently Technical details My tracert to easo.ea.com consistently routes to: 159.153.71.17 (NFS Data Center) → ~135 ms ping This should NOT be the default server for players in Turkey. What support told me Live chat support confirmed: Multiple players are affected This is a server-side issue My case has been escalated to the specialist team What I already tried (did not fix) DNS reset Router reset NAT Type OK No VPN Clean reinstall Game settings reset What we need Please review the routing / data center assignment for Turkey. Before this issue, matchmaking always connected to closer EU servers (35–45 ms). Now it connects to a distant region with 130+ ms constantly. This is a major gameplay problem and makes competitive modes unplayable. Thank you.
Cannot connect to EA server, XBox X, BF 4
I played Battlefield 4 (downloaded) on an Xbox One S for years without issues. I just got an Xbox X and installed Battlefield 6 (disk) on the new Xbox and it works fine. I deleted Battlefield 4 from the old Xbox One S, turned it off, and downloaded it onto the Xbox X and it worked sporadically for a bit, but now it will not connect to the EA servers. I’ve tried both restarting and shutting the console down and bringing it back up, and that does not fix it. I’m using the same wired network I’ve always used and have made no network changes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Getting kicked out of EA server when doing team changes.
Right after the last update I noticed getting kicked out of the EA FC 26 server on PS5 when trying to change fixtures and players in Ultimate team. This is becoming ridicoulus at this point. And if not thats a problem, i get korean or chinese info with the joga bonito patch. Now, wtf is going on with EA? Do they even have any fkn clue to the extent of issues they have with this game? What a farse.
