CR7 TOTS card missing from UT squad
I have had this issue today, I played a match at 630, made myself some food and came back to find that my 97 TOTS CR7 had been removed from my team. I spoke to 3 advisors on the chat and quite frankly these people epitomise what can only be described as some sort of DARVO approach to customer service. I've never experienced gaslighting and lying in the way the EA chat agents operate. Agent 1: Claimed the player would be back in my squad with a restart (Wrong) Agent 2: Claimed that there was no hack on my account, but it was a technical glitch and said if he could add the player back he would but unfortunately he can't nothing more he could do but he opened an investigation with "game team" no further explanation of the investigation, when it would conclude or how they would contact me when I asked about this he dropped the call. Agent 3: Said he was looking into logs of packed players, said I didn't pack the player, I gave him the exact time of packing him (my son took a photo at the time to send his mate so I had timestamped evidence) he then said I was lying, so I sent the picture of the card with the digital info w/ date included, he continued to say I was lying and he was looking at the logs, when I asked him to send me the logs he said they are private and for internal use. At this point I assumed what he was doing was looking at players in my club and seeing the acquired date when I challenged him he sent me a link to download basic account info (name, email etc) and dropped the call. Agent 4: Closed the call as soon as it began. I get it with these people that they probably have people trying to scam them constantly however their approach is pretty terrible and I'm genuinely shocked that more isn't made of it, the game being crap can be put down to EA losing their core developers and I sympathise somewhat with that but the customer care team operate in a way that is so far behind the times, a genuinely disgusting front for the companyJimjambam6673 hours agoRising Newcomer18Views0likes0CommentsMissing reward from fut objectives
Can someone help me? I received this as I played a match “fut champion” and it was a hacker. The game wasnt counted and i ended up loosing an objective and i cant claim this reward and i cant find it although they send me this 3 times already. Below is the message from EA We have addressed an issue that was impacting your account. Some Objective Rewards were not received. I've been trying to log in to the FC Ultimate Team Web App and the FC Companion App since yesterday, but I keep receiving the following message: "Login Unavailable We're currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate Team experience." I just started playing yesterday through Game Pass, using cloud gaming to play FC 25. I don’t know if that might be affecting access, but I haven’t played much Ultimate Team yet. When I play rush or drop in my game loses input and I cant control mypro. It causes me to forfeit the match. My player just walks down the field. My keyboard or controller doesnt work. FC companion app login
I am getting the error of "We are currently having troubles with login services" when I try to login to the companion app. I tried clearing cache but that didn't help, and I also tried in multiple times of the day. Im a pc player and ever since ive played ea fc 25, ive been experiencing lag and stuttering non stop on ultimate team. My wifi is fast and stable and i play on a 4060 laptop so it is more than capable of running fifa. Also my ping before matches is alwsys 15-20. I’ve tried lowering graphics settings turning off vsync and many other supposed fixes, but there has been no improvement. After I play 5h in trial mode, i got banned when game came into Game Pass (PC), no info about bug, no info about fixing it, my ban apeal (#213562409) no answer. Does anybody working on it? Besides the fact that you have absolutely neglected the original player base by creating 500k packs etc which have destroyed the market together with evo's, youtubers can't find the fun in it anymore, no content etc, the last good fifa was fifa 18 probably, now i can't even bid anymore on players, the only fun thing to do in this fifa is trading and even that's not possible anymore. Guys, it’s been a week! Ea just acknowledged the issue and did nothing! Entire week went by, ultimate Tots went by, champions finals went by! I do not have my compensation !
