EA Javelin Anticheat. Event ID: 1000 FC 25 Crashing During Gameplay
I just installed this game and ever since I've been unable to finish a single match. Keeps crashing mid game. The Event viewer says the source is EA Javelin Anticheat. Event ID is 1000. I tried various solutions I've read and seen online, nothing seems to be working. It's very frustrating. Please pay attention to this EA.
Stuck in trail not showing career mode but rather showing "upgrade"
I’m hoping someone can help me out because I’ve hit a dead end with standard support. I purchased the full version of EA Sports FC 25 (Standard Edition) on my Xbox Series s but my game menu is permanently stuck in the "Trial" version (showing only Kick Off, Clubs, etc., with Career Mode locked). I have already tried all the standard troubleshooting: I’ve cleared the "Reserved Space" and my console’s cache. I’ve performed multiple hard power cycles ( 10 Second hold). I’ve removed and re-added my Xbox profile to force a license sync. I’ve verified my Microsoft Order History, which shows the purchase as "Completed." The issue is that I have a strict data limit, so I cannot uninstall and re-download the full 50 GB game again. It seems like my EA account is still holding onto a "Trial" entitlement flag from a previous subscription (or EA Play trial), which is overriding my full-game license. Could someone please check my account entitlements and see if there’s a way to refresh my account status server-side? I’ve already contacted EA Support, and they suggested I reach out here for technical assistance.
Win counted as a Loss
Dear EA Support, As shown in the attached video, I was playing Seasons Co-op with a friend when our opponent quit the match. This situation should have resulted in a win for us, but instead, the game incorrectly registered it as a loss. This is a very frustrating issue, and we would appreciate your help in understanding what went wrong and whether anything can be done to correct it. Thank you.
Não consigo passar da tela inicial do jogo FC25
Eu não consigo jogar o FC25, o jogo abre e aparece uma tela de carregar salvamento e da erro, não aguento mais. Já fiz de tudo umas 3 vezes, reparei os arquivos, desinstalei e instalei mil vezes e sempre a mesma coisa e não consigo nem entrar no menu do jogo depois de selecionar "Continuar sem salvar".My points not working neither is my objectives
When i win a game it does not give me the points after the game nor the rank up. Also when it comes to collecting objectives ive completed which it sais on my right top of my screen there is nothing to collect. Is there a solution for this or is it a glitch as its very annoying finding out I have to work out 10x more trying to get dived up for better rewards.
seasons online points issue after match disconnection
Since the last update, whenever my opponent rage quits a seasons online match it does not reflect in my win record, neither do i get the three points for winning. Whereas if i quit game in between, i lose the points, That is so unfair and frustrating, Happened to me atleast 6-7 times. My time is wasted, my points are gone, plus i get angry more and more towards this PC bugs EAFC. Never solves. Description I am experiencing an input issue in EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC where keyboard inputs temporarily stop responding during matches. When this occurs, the game continues running normally (camera movement, ball physics, crowd animations), but my controlled player stops responding to movement or actions. Sometimes the player remains stationary despite directional input. Other times the player continues running in the last pressed direction until input starts responding again. The issue occurs in both offline and online game modes. Symptoms When the issue happens: Keyboard input temporarily stops responding Player may keep running in one direction (last input) Game world continues normally No FPS drops or game freezing Inputs begin responding again after a short delay Windows keyboard functions (for example Caps Lock) still respond instantly This suggests the game stops polling input temporarily rather than a keyboard or system failure. Frequency Occurs randomly during matches, but typically at least once per game. Troubleshooting Attempted I have already tried the following steps: GPU / Graphics Updated NVIDIA drivers to the latest version Disabled G-SYNC Disabled Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) Disabled Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling Disabled Windowed Game Optimizations NVIDIA Settings Monitor Technology set to Fixed Refresh Power Management Mode set to Prefer Maximum Performance V-Sync OFF Low Latency Mode OFF Windows / System Disabled Xbox Game Bar Disabled Sticky Keys / Filter Keys / Accessibility keyboard features Disabled all overlays Game Settings Forced exclusive fullscreen Tested with FPS limits Disabled overlays (NVIDIA / Steam) Anti-Cheat Fully uninstalled and reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat Compatibility Tested Windows compatibility mode Disabled fullscreen optimizations None of these steps resolved the issue. System Specifications Laptop Model Lenovo Legion CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU RAM 16 GB Storage Game installed on SSD Operating System Windows 11 Input Device Keyboard Additional Notes The issue started recently, despite the game previously working normally. The problem occurs in both online and offline matches, suggesting it is not network related. Game performance remains stable when the issue occurs. Expected Behavior Keyboard input should be consistently recognized during gameplay. Actual Behavior Input temporarily stops responding, causing players to continue moving in the last direction or ignore commands until input resumes. If you want, I can also show you one extra line you should add that makes EA engineers more likely to investigate (it references the Frostbite input polling issue they track internally).Unlinking an EA account
Hello, I am trying to play my FIFA game through Steam, but it requires logging into my EA account. The problem is that my Steam account is already linked to an EA account that I created in the past, but I no longer remember the email address used for that EA account. I only remember the EA username: Jonas-Abdo. Since Steam allows only one EA account to be linked, I cannot connect a new account. Because of this, I cannot access the game. Could you please help me recover the EA account linked to my Steam account or help me identify the email associated with it? I had 25+ special card and used a bayern munich badge. same ea account and same gamertag after purchasing the steam pc version, the game automatically created a new beginner club. It did not ask me to create one. please check my previous PC ID from September 2025 and fix the platform environment association.
FC 25 LOADING SCREEN STUCK
Hi I have a problem with fc 25, I managed to start it once but after that I did not succeed at all. I reinstalled the windows I redid everything from 0 including the game I made on another partition only ssd and the same does not start, enter the game and appears FC 25 logo and remains there normally there had to be a bar down to load but it doesn't go just stays there. What to do in this case I really want to play but it's rustling, maybe someone solved it but I don't know what to say because I tried all the solutions.
Game Controller Double Input on PC.
The game has been creating a double input out of the blue. I've been playing this game since the beginning without any game controller issue until now. I have not made any changes to my system. Now, I've tried disabling and uninstalling the controller using device manager however I'm still getting this double input problem. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the game along with running the EA desktop app recovery, yet I still have this issue. I only have a wireless keyboard and mouse and an USB microphone connected to my computer. I have no idea what other possible troubleshooting solutions to try and I cannot find any help through forums or the web in general. I would really appreciate your help. Thank You.
