A whole year without ultimate team
I have not been able to play ultimate team once this year due to every time I click to go on it says you cannot connect at this time and will be returned to main menu, after speaking to 10+agents on help chat they have no idea or urgency to help with the release of eafc 26 coming out, it looking like I won’t be able to got on their either after retrying to get on eafc 24 ultimate team with no much either any ideas ??
The restrictions on commentary languages in FC 25 (PC EA app)
Following up on the commentary language issue I reported in my last post: For the past 2–3 days, I’ve spent a lot of time trying to fix this problem—opening new Help Cases and contacting support through Live Chat. To summarize: I still cannot change the commentary language beyond those officially supported in my region. Frankly, I’m very disappointed—not only because the problem hasn’t been solved, but also because of the explanation I received from support. I don’t understand why. I paid the same amount for this game as players on PlayStation or PC via Steam (I purchased and play through the EA App), yet those players can access all commentary languages, while I am restricted to just 2–3 basic ones. When I asked about this, support couldn’t explain why, nor did they provide any real assistance—only directing me to create or read forum posts instead of offering proper solutions. In my opinion, at the very least there should be a Commentary Language Pack available for everyone who owns the game. Players should be able to manually download and install whichever language they want, equally across all platforms, instead of being restricted like this. This issue has been ongoing for several editions of the game. I’ve seen many forum posts raising the same concern, but nothing has ever been fixed or addressed by the EA team. If any EA staff member happens to read this, please—I sincerely ask you to take this matter seriously and finally resolve it. I’m not asking for much, just that the commentary language files (*which already exist*) be made equally available to all paying players worldwide. I know some people may not care about this missing option, but please don’t ignore the opinions of myself and the many others who face the same problem and want this feature to fully enjoy the game. If this continues to go unaddressed, I believe it will affect not only my decision, but also many others’ decisions, when it comes to purchasing future installments. PS. PS5 Squad Updates Not Downloading - Transfers Stuck on Last Season
PS5 EA FC 25 squad updates not downloading properly. Players still from last season; new transfers like Gyokeres to Arsenal missing. Tried without success: Customize > Edit Teams > Download Updates (says no new available) PS5 game updates (latest version) Full power cycle (unplug 30s) Delete/reinstall game (30-40min via ethernet) Offline 5min then online Ethernet over WiFi Ongoing for a week. Anyone else? Workarounds or known server bug? Hope EA fixes soon. EA Username: solid_raft4
Frame drops on FC25 career mode after 2 games or so..!
Hello team EA. I'm getting horrible frame drops on fc25. I usually play career mode on pc. The issue creeps up after 2 games in, the players and the graphics feel jittery and of low quality. It is fine the first couple of games. Every match after that feels unplayable. I have set everything to medium except the grass is on high/ultra. Kindly help around with this problem since I can't locate the solution to this problem on the forums and it's been a year now. Thank you.
Controller Disconnects
Hey, since four days ago I haven’t been able to play FUT matches on my pc. My ps4 controller disconnects everytime on FUT matches in the first minute. I tested on kick off matches and it was not showing any issues. I tried verifying the files, reinstalling the whole game, reinstalling ea anti cheat engine and even disabling ea in game overlay but it’s still unresponsive. It still shows my controller as connected to my pc. I don’t use ds4Windows or steam but the EA app. The controller is also responsive on other games. My controller is connected via usb cable.
Ongoing Crash Issue with FC/FIFA Titles on Steam – Request for Support
I'm reaching out regarding a persistent issue I've been experiencing with my FC/FIFA titles purchased via Steam. After trying numerous troubleshooting steps from both the EA Forums and community discussions, I’ve unfortunately been unable to resolve the problem and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Issue Description: When I launch the game: - The splash screen loads completely. - The game then immediately closes. - The EA App opens with a red highlight on the EA icon, as if an error has occurred. - Error message: FAILED TO LAUNCH GAME - An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later. Steps Already Taken: I have already tried the following common solutions: Verified game files through both Steam and EA App. Cleared EA App cache using App Recovery. Reinstalled and repaired the EA AntiCheat tool. Updated all drivers (GPU, chipset, etc.) and Windows to the latest version. Run the game, EA App, and AntiCheat as Administrator. Disabled background software including overlays and input device tools. Attempted compatibility mode (Windows 7/8). Ensured EA App and game are installed on the same drive. Disabled Windows Exploit Protection features like Control Flow Guard for relevant executables. Added EA App, AntiCheat, and game executables to antivirus/firewall exceptions. Attempted launching from a clean boot environment. Despite these efforts, the crash behavior remains unchanged. Given the scope of what I've attempted, I’m concerned this may be a deeper compatibility issue, or related to a conflict not being captured in crash diagnostics due to the "kOptionReportProcessList" message. This issue is preventing me from enjoying my FC titles and is also impacting my decision to purchase future releases such as FC 26. I’d be very grateful if you could help me escalate this issue or offer any further diagnostics or potential solutions. Hello, I’m having an issue with FC 25 on PC. The game does not launch and crashes immediately, showing an EA AntiCheat error. Here are some important details: My PC runs other EA games fine, for example Battlefield 2042 launches without any issues. I tried all the suggested fixes: Repairing and reinstalling the game Repairing and reinstalling EA AntiCheat Clearing EA App cache Running everything as Administrator Making sure Secure Boot is enabled Updating Windows and GPU drivers None of these steps fixed the problem. The folder Crashdumps is empty, so no logs are generated when FC 25 fails to start. It looks like the issue is specific to FC 25 with EA AntiCheat. Please escalate this problem to the development team, since many players may face the same issue. Thank you.DirectX function error
I'm running FC25 via Steam, but the game crashes immediately with DirectX Function Error. Windows is fully updated The graphics card driver is the latest version All necessary software such as DirectX and... are fully installed Also, overlay such as Discord, Steam and... are turned off Full access to the game has been granted And the game still crashes and gives an error when launched What should I do??? and also I'm using RTX 4060 with intel i7 13700 this picture is for yesterday and the version of driver is not correct i fixed it today but after that i still have problemThere was a big problem while playing pro clubs
While playing pro clibs with my friends, we encountered a very big problem. It is a very big problem and we would like to be compensated for such an error. During a really intense and heated match in the division 2 playoffs, the score was 5-5 in extra time. Everyone was on edge. A cross from the opposition goes into the box and a striker attemps a scissors kick. The kick ends un in the defender bots head, and the attacker falla down, with no foul or tackle commited. But to our utter shock and surprise, a penalty was given. We were at a total loss for words. The opposition ended up scoring the penalty and therefore winning the match via golden goal, thus cementing our failure in the playoffs. We were very dissapointed in the game and i consired throwing it away. This is not the first time that this has happened. This is the the straw that broke the camel's back. We would like to thus be compensated anyway, for example like promotion to division 1, or another go in the playoffs. We hope that this will never happen again. Our team name is JRN FC. Since 2 weeks I am unable to play the game, every time I open or launch the game, it works just fine, but then the window closes, and I can't re-open it, from the task manager I barely manage to terminate the activity that remains open in the back, still draining resources from my pc. I'm using the Steam Standard version of FC 25, and as seen in the image, I'm experiencing very noticeable ghosting and tearing issues. I have V-Sync enabled and my graphics settings are set to maximum, but I'm still experiencing ghosting issues even on low settings. I can't say I've experienced this much trouble with other games.9 player missing.. then unable to egt recovery from quick sell
Playstation 5 The 3th september i notice 9 players (all 99) of my selected team were missing. I find them back on the menu "quick sell recovery" on the companion mobile app. but i cannot recovery them cause the menu is in dark grey (and not in white as the "bio" button). I asked help and ea help send me on the page "how to recovery..." but i can not the is a BUG... Help me please... look my screenshot to proove there are missing and i couldn't click on "recovery" cause it's darke grey colour....Unable to Play Squad Battles.
Playing on Xbox one x. This has happened multiple times. Random ejection from game. Game not launching. As soon as trying to launch a match in-game ( after miraculously making it in) then I am kicked out. I can't seem to play ultimate team at all, on ang mode. I've got a lot of time invested into the players I have so would be extremely disappointed if it no longer works. I've restarted my console, hard reset, clear caches and saved data. I've uninstall an reinstalled. I would prefer options where I don't lose my game data. Please help.....?!??
