Menus are slow and freezing
I’ve had an issue on the ps5 version of fc25 the last few days where I am having to wait literal minutes to do things such as booting up the game, going into my objectives tab in ultimate team, searching for a match, going into the store and many more things. The weird thing is that my gameplay feels fine but the menus are so unbearably slow that I can only play around 3 games an hour. Many times my menus have just froze and I need to restart the application I initially thought it was my network but I have tried other online games and I have had no issue with slow menus or gameplay. I have tried reinstalling the game and using other network connections but the problem is still occurring Any tips? Thanks
FC26 Disconnecting from FUT servers almost every single match
Everytime I play a match in ultimate team or clubs I lose connection to the EA server. I can play for hours trading cards and in the menu but when I join a game it disconnects 9 out of 10 times. I have 1GB download speed via Ethernet into my Xbox series s. There are no other devices on the same internet network. I have approx 800mb download speed and 60 to 100 upload speed also want to point out I only have these issues with FC 26. I also play UFC 5 and don’t disconnect from EA servers and rarely experience network issues with any other gameI need assistance on how to actually resolve this as EA loves to just blame my internet service provider but I’m only disconnecting from EA servers, not Xbox live, speed test from Xbox attached I have disconnected from about 75% of my online games in the last 2-3 days.
Launch error - directx function
Game can't be launched, error message attached. Usual recommendations do not word (repair files, check updates, DDU, delete Documents folder). It can be otherwise launched in notebook battery saving mode, 60 fps. Installed on EA App. / PC Specs.: ASUS TUF Gaming A16 FA608UH-RV015W
Cant launch FC 25 from EA app if i have steam version installed
I have a problem. I have FC 25 as a steam version aswell as an EA app version. I have two copies of the game basically. The problem im facing is that when steam version is installed, i cant launch the EA app version since it takes me to steam and gets an error that its invalid. I have contacted EA advisors but their help couldnt solve my problem.My champions win did not count
I won my first game 7-4 and the game ended, showing my player recieve the hatrick ball and i received an error code, and then recieved a message when i rebooted my game saying that i quit the game with the understand button. The game then gave me a loss, can i be compensatedGetDeviceRemovedReason
Subject: Constant DirectX Error in FC 25 (Intel Iris Xe Graphics) Hello EA Support, I always get this error while playing FC 25: "DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" My GPU is an Intel Iris Xe Graphics, and I have already installed the latest drivers. This issue happens every time I play FC 25 (Player Career). I’ve also tried other basic fixes like verifying game files and checking for Windows updates, but the issue persists. Could you please help me identify what’s causing this, or suggest any further steps? Thank you.
Fc 25 stuck in showcase mode even though have the full version of the game
I cant play the Game im stuck on Some ea showcase bs and cant uninstall it I have the full version of the Game and tried uninstalling it and installing it many times. And when I go to upgrade I would need to pay another 70 or 100 euros i play on ps5
Keyboard issue
Hi, I’m having an issue with EA FC 25 where my keyboard works fine in Kick Off and offline modes, but in Ultimate Team and Seasons online, some keys like Shoot, Lob, and Through Ball don’t work correctly. I believe this started happening after I connected a controller once while playing Kick Off. Even after disconnecting the controller and reinstalling the game, the problem persists. I can’t reset the controls manually as there is not settings folders in my documents. I’m looking for guidance on how to completely reset or force the game to use my custom settings for my keyboard for online modes. Just as a side note before connecting my controller i still has an issue where two of my controls lob and shoot were reversed so i reversed them in controls and it worked fine so it might not be a controller issue that i connected and disconnected it maybe. PLS HELPUnable to use or see any evolutions
I can not see any of my cards that I have. It says there are no available evolution even though I have many. I have tried to restart my game that didn’t work and then I deleted the game and then reinstalled it trying to see if that would solve the problem and it didn’t

On December 24, 2025, i got an email saying, "We noticed your account has been communicating with EA SPORTS FCTM servers through an unofficial or modified client, which breaks our rules Your account has temporarily lost access to trade on the EA SPORTS FC™ Companion App To earn access to the Transfer Market on the Companion App, you must play more in-game Its been almost 3 months and i play more then 400 or 500 games, playing every game mode and logging in to the web app and companion app everyday day. Still, my transfer market is not unlocked on web app Please someone help me. i need web app to trade and i am working so i dont have time to open consoleFC 25 doesn't open, sign in to activate and no internet
hello i have a problem since a week, when i launch the game, it shows it needs to sign in the account to activate on the computer, i use my mail and password, then it shows that my computer is offline, and cannot connect to internet i restarted pc, updated windows, updated ea app, repaired the game, i uninstalled the game then installed, used VPN, i tried many solutions but still cannot launch the game😓😓I can't connect to the Pro Clubs League match.
All other modes work fine. About three weeks ago, when I tried to start a Pro Clubs League match, I lost connection with my opponent. Before that, it worked fine all year. I haven't changed my provider, but the issue is happening on both PS4 and PS5. FC25
