✅[Fixed] Can’t claim pack
So i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. Hey everyone, A number of us in the community have run into a frustrating issue during the current Champions Finals objective in FC 25. The objective requires you to play 15 Champions Finals matches to earn a 1 of 5 93+ TOTS Player Pick reward — but for some players, a game-breaking problem has made this impossible to complete. During one of the 15 matches, players are randomly being kicked from the game with the error: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.” This error forfeits the match, counting it as a loss, and prevents progression toward the 15-match requirement — even if all 15 matches were attempted fairly. Important Points: There is no issue with players’ internet connections — the problem appears to be server-side, likely on EA’s end. This effectively locks players out of the 93+ Player Pick, through no fault of their own. It’s especially frustrating because the issue happens mid-match, after matchmaking, wasting time and effort. What We’re Asking: Recognition of this issue from the development/support team. Restoration of progress for affected players, or ideally, Compensation in the form of the 93+ Player Pick or equivalent rewards for those who completed 15 matches but were blocked by this server error. Please like and share your experiences in this thread if this happened to you. The more visibility we give this, the better chance we have at getting it addressed. It’s been 2 hours of loading screens and 0 help from the live chat, I’ve been unable to get into ultimate team. I’m able to play clubs and any other game on my console, my internet is fine, ea page says connection to the servers is “great”, yet I still can’t log in. Hi, I'm a eafc 25 PC Player. Last update added a bug to my game which causes that when I hold L1 and I move my player, the game starts lagging, and then I lose the control of the player and it keeps moving alone until the opponent grabs the ball (When this is happening I can't switch the player) Also it causes a fps drop. I've seen that this it's caused by the FPS setting on Display Settings. The game became laggy and stutering for me after the last patch. So i decided to make a little investigation after realising that so many people had this problem. It appears that after i start the game and the anticheat starts (before i even get in a match either online or offline) the "ntoskrnl.exe" which is a core program for your processor and CANNOT be turned off starts spiking and taking a lot of the CPU around 80-90 percent which makes the game stuter and lag. Is there a way that we can fix this problem SINCE WE KNOW WHAT IS CAOUSING IT? Since December 24, at least once a week FC25 crashing during a squad battle match. Generally this happens after a goal is scored, but I've also seen it happen in the middle of play or in the process of taking a free kick. I've tried playing with no evo players, using 1st owned players, no skipping through celebrations and everything else I've read online, but nothing seems to work. I've cleared the cache and rebuild the database and reset my PS5, per the attachment but nothing works. Very frustrating when you only alotted 12 non-repeatable matches per week and you don't give any points from the match when it crashing, regardless if you are winning or not. Never had any issues in FC24 or with FC 25 rush, rivals or online game play, just squad battles. What makes this even more frustrating is there is no easy way to get in touch with EA support. I was evolving Nwaneri with different evolutions earned from the objectives and from the weak foot + evolution; my Nwaneri became a simple evolution, not a future star evolution. Now I can't put him in any other evo for the future star event. Please help me; I do 'n't want to lose my progress, and I don't want to be left out for this event. NOT A UNIQUE ISSUE, READ THE FORUMS Hey, after every game of every gamemode possible in Clubs (Rush, Drop-in, real game, etc...) there is a problem with the EA servers, where it says "problems connecting to EA servers" which then makes it so you get 0 exp or coins from the game, win or loss, which is really annoying. I must've lost at least 15 games worth of exp / coins, which is horribly annoying. My Internet connection is perfectly fine and stable, I have never been disconnected from a game due to internet problems, I have no latency and I play in my region's servers. I need help with the following, The game loads with no end in sight whenever I try to enter the Pro Clubs lobby after a club's match, although Ultimate Team and RUSH don't have this issue. After playing a match and attempting to rejoin the lobby, or if I leave the lobby, the game gets stuck on the loading screen. I have to force close the game and reload to play the next Pro Clubs match. I've tried every possible fix for my computer, but nothing has worked, so I believe this must be a bug with the game. Hi, i have a problem with the new Evolution TOTY Blueprint. I had a ZANIOLO evolution, he already had the Rapid playstyle plus, so with this evo he should gain First touch and Finesse plus, ignoring the Rapid that he already has. But as u can see in the photo, on the preview card he has only rapid and first touch. BUT, if i go to the playstyle section, it shows me also the Finesse plus. “EA servers are unavailable right now.” Played trial, enjoyed the game so bought the ultimate addition. Played it last night no issues.
