For about 48 hours now I have been getting the message “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later”. This is incredibly frustrating when you invest a lot of money into the game and can’t even access it complete objectives etc. Every other online game is fine, every other FC25 online gamemode is fine just ultimate team!! Occasionally I manage to get into it but then if I click on anything else the message comes up so it is literally unplayable! I have deleted the game and reinstalled twice, reset my PS5, restarted my router even though wifi is fine. I use a wired connection and have also tried without the wire. I’m out of ideas and running out of patience with this. Hi EA Team, I’m having a problem with FC25 on PC via Steam. The game freezes at the FC25 logo loading screen and doesn’t continue, even after waiting over 6 minutes. I’ve tried verifying files via Steam, reinstalling the game, deleting the FC25 folder in Documents, cleaning EA Desktop and EA Launcher folders in AppData and ProgramData, disabling antivirus and overlays, updating GPU drivers, running in windowed mode, running Steam and EA App as Admin, and I don’t use any mods. Nothing works so far. My PC: i5-3470, GT 1030, 12GB RAM, Windows 10 64-bit. I run via Steam + EA App (all updated). Please help. Happy to provide logs or DxDiag if needed. FC25 refund eligibility
Hello everyone, I purchased FC25(ultimate edition) on my 2nd EA account a couple of hours ago for 40$, and im looking for a refund. I checked on google and followed the steps and when i got to the refund request page it says:"You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now." Hello, there seems to be a problem on my account. I packed Johan cruyff and I sold him. I then received around 6 million coins. So far, I have spent 3 million coins on store packs. I have packed 97 rated Ronaldinho but he is not in my club and I have even checked to see if he is in my quick sell recovery but he isn’t . I've been trying to log in to the FC Ultimate Team Web App and the FC Companion App since yesterday, but I keep receiving the following message: "Login Unavailable We're currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate Team experience." I just started playing yesterday through Game Pass, using cloud gaming to play FC 25. I don’t know if that might be affecting access, but I haven’t played much Ultimate Team yet. I’ve tried logging in on both PC and mobile, using different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data), but nothing works so far. My FC 25 always crashes when successfully connected to EA Account.
My game always crashes when I successfully connect to my EA account. Before I bought it, I installed the Demo version. I bought the game during a big discount on Steam. But something happened when I successfully connected to my EA account, my game crashed. The only way for me to keep playing it is to not let it connect to the internet.
