The game FC25 on PC gets stuck on the promo screen at the bottom — you can’t do anything. I reinstalled the EA app, the game itself, the EA anti-cheat, and my graphics drivers. Nothing helps. “An error has occurred – You are no longer synced with the online match”
Platform: PC (also affecting teammates on PS5 but just says your club has forfeited) Game Mode: EA FC 25 Clubs Description: While playing Clubs, we keep getting disconnected mid-match or right after kickoff with the error message: “An error has occurred – You are no longer synced with the online match.” It instantly sends everyone back to the main menu. It’s happening to multiple teammates at the same time, not just one player. What we’ve tried: Restarted routers and PCs/consoles Verified game files and repaired the EA App Checked for Windows/driver updates Stable connection (no lag or packet loss in other online modes) Notes: Started happening around 2 hours Happens in both drop-ins and team matches Occurs randomly, sometimes during gameplay or after goals Request: Please check if there’s an ongoing server sync or matchmaking issue with Clubs. FC25 Won't Launch - "Error on Our End" (ROG Ally / Token Issue)
Hi everyone, I’ve been playing EA Sports FC25 on my ROG Ally (Windows handheld, AMD CPU, Razer controller) for months with no issues, except for one previous minor glitch that resolved itself. Now, when I try to launch the game, I get: “An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Please try again later.” I’ve already reinstalled and re-registered EA AntiCheat, cleared the EA App cache, and repaired the game, but this time it’s not working at all. I’ve submitted a token help request to EA and received Report ID: 2ec36fdf-211a-45f7-a053-d7df760c6674. About six months ago, I accidentally logged out of my EA account from my PS account. I changed my PlayStation username. I've been trying almost every day for the past six months, but I can't log in. It shows my old account name and says it's linked to that account. Having problems with launching EA FC 25, I can get onto the Setting File section as soon as the game launches, but when I click on my personal files it just instantly comes up with a green screen and will not let me do anything (this is when the ... is connecting to the EA Servers message should come up, and it doesn't). Now, I've tried clicking buttons and when I click the 'A' button, it sends me to a screen which is on the game but doesn't give me any options to do anything and doesn't let me on the game to select anything. It sometimes comes up with flashing colours on the screen but doesn't again allow me to do anything. I've tried troubleshooting methods such as uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I've check my PC is updated, I've checked my driver is updated, I've verified the files on Steam, I've followed the System Configuration methods on my PC, and also tried restarting my PC. Yaklaşık 6 ay önce ea hesabımdan kendi ps hesabımı yanlşlkla çıkış yaptım. Kullanıcı adımı değiştirdim playststionda. 6 aydır hemen her gün deniyorum ve hesabıma giriş yapamıyorum. Game wont launch
PC - Steam, when i press Play, it opens EA App and starts "Preparing game..." and after some loading it closes and opens the EA App and thats it. Tried opening EA App and launching from there, same issue. Tried restarting PC. Tried validating/repairing files on steam. Tried clearing settings folder. Tried running as administrator. Tried running from local files. Tried disabling EA App Overlay. Tried allowing every single ea/fc process in firewall. Then last step was just uninstalling FC25 and doing a fresh new install, still same issue. Hi EA Team and Community, I hope you can clarify something critical: will the same server routing and delay issues from FC 25 carry over to FC 26? In FC 25 Ultimate Team on PC, I’m constantly experiencing severe lags, speed drops, and nonstop stuttering, despite: Using a high-end gaming PC Playing via wired LAN (rock-solid router and perfect internet, zero packet loss) Having no issues with other games or services I’ve already submitted an issue via the EA Help portal—there was no option to open an actual support case—and I even reached out via Twitter. I provided traceroutes, PingPlotter results, and an EA Connection Quality report, yet received zero meaningful feedback. Now I’m worried that FC 26 will use the same problematic game data centers or routing policies as FC 25, leading to the same awful experience. Could someone from the EA team please confirm: Will FC 26 continue using the same data center network and routing logic as FC 25? Have any changes been made to server assignments or network infrastructure to avoid the routing failures that caused FC 25 issues?
