Can't swtich accounts
I am trying to login to fc25, when I do, it comes up with joshmid747 is connecting to ea servers and then a code verification screen which is for an old email I do not have access to, also it is not for the same ea account. i am trying to not use that account but it is forcing me to, I have access to joshmid747 on PC and can log in to it perfectly fine through the ea website, it is the account I am posting this from. Guys I can't play online EA games on my PS5. I got "Please reset you password" think. I tried reset but it didn't work. On website of EA my account seems unliked with PSN when I press for link it says "this account already connected..." My game froze while doing an SBC in Ultimate Team and when i started the game again my whole saved file is gone and the only thing there is "Skapa Inställning" which in english would probably translate to "Create setting" i don't know what to do, im panicking! Please help! Also when i try to log in on the web app it says that i am already logged in to ultimate team so i can't log in. Black Screen / UI not rendering
I have played the game for about 300 hours and have not had any technical issues. Today for the first time ever and out of nowhere when I opened the game it was only a black screen after selecting the settings file. The loading icon shows at the bottom of my screen. I have tried going down once and loading into career mode, It seems to load into it as another loading icon appears and after a while it goes away. So the game is not frozen but it is unplayable. I have tried uninstalling and installing my graphics drivers it did not resolve this issue. I have also selected 'repair' in the EA app. It took only a bit but still did not change anything. I have been playing the game for 2 weeks now, I have played division rivals and got to div 6. I played Champs as well 1 time, but I have not gained access on the web app for transfer market. I got some sort of message on the ultimate team app that the transfer market had been unlocked, but I cant access it till now. Hi guys, I'm struggling to find EA sports live chat, and I've been redirected that many times I'm having to use this. Basically I'm playing Clubs on EAFC25 with PS5Pro and at the end of the full time whistle I get disconnected and returned back to the main menu ( main loading screen with all the game features options ) I spoke with an expert who advised me that I should contact EA sports chat. I have had a playstation account for some time, whenever I go into FC25, while I want to log in to the game with my online account active, I cannot as there is another email that is linked to the account which is not even my email at all. Hi, I’m after some help please, I’m trying to access my ea account.
