Unjust Ban and No Help from EA Support
Hi,About three months ago, my EA FC 25 account (souloffire17) was unfairly banned. Since then, I have contacted EA Help multiple times to appeal, but I have received no resolution. I keep getting generic responses, and my issue remains unresolved.I strongly believe that I have played the game fairly and request a thorough review of my account. Has anyone else experienced an unfair ban with no solution? I hope the officials can address this issue.Thanks.
Missing players and sbc pack
Hello guys before yesterday I connected to my web app just to try the sbc of hero . I went to pack of 87 I put all squad I pressed continue they take my players and I had message like error try again or something like that . I closed the app and I opened again I didn’t find my players and they didn’t put that I finished this pack I was waiting more than 24 hours and still nothing can anyone help ?
I get a black screen while playing online games (friendlies, champs and rivals)
I get a black screen while playing online matches on EAFC 25. I'm playing on a PS5. Once there's a black screen I'm forced to close and restart the game but once I do that, I get a dnf and thereby am not able to complete any objectives and get rewards. It's either this or whenever I get connected into an online match, the screen freezes before the lineups or during the lineups and it says "you've lost your connection with your opponent" and it comes out of the match. I get to play 1 game in every 12-13 tries and it's honesty very very annoying. Please give me a fix for this.
Technical Issues
Whenever I start the game after the update it ask me to load my personal settings. Then after doing that my screen goes crazy with a bunch of diffrent colors and then 10 seconds later is completely green. I feel like though it is loading the colors of the start up but not showing the picture. Can anyone help me because I'm boutta crash out.
"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment"
I haven’t been able to access UT for the past couple of days (on Xbox Series X) and lost access to the companion app as of today. Confirmed with EA Help that my account is in good standing and went through the network troubleshooting steps they provided. Also contacted my internet service provider and confirmed no issues with them either. EA Help said other users are experiencing this issue, but overall server status is still marked as green. Unclear what the issue is or how to resolve.
No rules friendlies
Are EA just giving the people with delay the rewards as it's impossible to win, if EA could explain how it would be possible with the player with delay to do anything in the match please let me know how? My opponents just pull me down as my players are all slower and I can't pull down the opponents as my players are to slow to get near them. Refund for a game mode we can't play? Played 10 lost 10 but it doesn't matter how good anyone is it's impossible to win a match if one player has delay and the other doesn't with no rules. It's actually hard to believe how stupid EA are. I thought swaps was worst mode they ever made due to the colour clash but if u have delay this is 10x worst
Issue with Opponents Quitting and Not Receiving Wins in Division Rival Games
I'm facing an issue where players are quitting during division rival games, trying to get free wins by playing with friends. In my last two games, my opponents quit after I scored goals, but I didn’t receive my wins. This has been happening consistently, and it’s affecting my progress. I need help to address this problem. Please guide me on how to get my wins and prevent this from happening again.
