A whole year without ultimate team
I have not been able to play ultimate team once this year due to every time I click to go on it says you cannot connect at this time and will be returned to main menu, after speaking to 10+agents on help chat they have no idea or urgency to help with the release of eafc 26 coming out, it looking like I won’t be able to got on their either after retrying to get on eafc 24 ultimate team with no much either any ideas ??
The restrictions on commentary languages in FC 25 (PC EA app)
Following up on the commentary language issue I reported in my last post: For the past 2–3 days, I’ve spent a lot of time trying to fix this problem—opening new Help Cases and contacting support through Live Chat. To summarize: I still cannot change the commentary language beyond those officially supported in my region. Frankly, I’m very disappointed—not only because the problem hasn’t been solved, but also because of the explanation I received from support. I don’t understand why. I paid the same amount for this game as players on PlayStation or PC via Steam (I purchased and play through the EA App), yet those players can access all commentary languages, while I am restricted to just 2–3 basic ones. When I asked about this, support couldn’t explain why, nor did they provide any real assistance—only directing me to create or read forum posts instead of offering proper solutions. In my opinion, at the very least there should be a Commentary Language Pack available for everyone who owns the game. Players should be able to manually download and install whichever language they want, equally across all platforms, instead of being restricted like this. This issue has been ongoing for several editions of the game. I’ve seen many forum posts raising the same concern, but nothing has ever been fixed or addressed by the EA team. If any EA staff member happens to read this, please—I sincerely ask you to take this matter seriously and finally resolve it. I’m not asking for much, just that the commentary language files (*which already exist*) be made equally available to all paying players worldwide. I know some people may not care about this missing option, but please don’t ignore the opinions of myself and the many others who face the same problem and want this feature to fully enjoy the game. If this continues to go unaddressed, I believe it will affect not only my decision, but also many others’ decisions, when it comes to purchasing future installments. PS. PS5 Squad Updates Not Downloading - Transfers Stuck on Last Season
PS5 EA FC 25 squad updates not downloading properly. Players still from last season; new transfers like Gyokeres to Arsenal missing. Tried without success: Customize > Edit Teams > Download Updates (says no new available) PS5 game updates (latest version) Full power cycle (unplug 30s) Delete/reinstall game (30-40min via ethernet) Offline 5min then online Ethernet over WiFi Ongoing for a week. Anyone else? Workarounds or known server bug? Hope EA fixes soon. EA Username: solid_raft4FC 25 crashes after 2 minutes
So I bought this game in a steam sale. It has started crashing 1-2 mins of launch. It will be like launching the game from steam and then after the game launches it will function for 2 mins and then crash ( It will still be running on steam). Anyone knows the solution to this. I've gone through previous posts but couldnt find a working solution. I have even uninstalled and installed the game but this still happens. Something tells me its related to EA anti cheat and vanguard. Can anyone help
Frame drops on FC25 career mode after 2 games or so..!
Hello team EA. I'm getting horrible frame drops on fc25. I usually play career mode on pc. The issue creeps up after 2 games in, the players and the graphics feel jittery and of low quality. It is fine the first couple of games. Every match after that feels unplayable. I have set everything to medium except the grass is on high/ultra. Kindly help around with this problem since I can't locate the solution to this problem on the forums and it's been a year now. Thank you.
Controller Disconnects
Hey, since four days ago I haven’t been able to play FUT matches on my pc. My ps4 controller disconnects everytime on FUT matches in the first minute. I tested on kick off matches and it was not showing any issues. I tried verifying the files, reinstalling the whole game, reinstalling ea anti cheat engine and even disabling ea in game overlay but it’s still unresponsive. It still shows my controller as connected to my pc. I don’t use ds4Windows or steam but the EA app. The controller is also responsive on other games. My controller is connected via usb cable.MY COMPUTER FREEZES WHEN ENTERİNG FC 25.
Subject: FC 25 Game Freezing and Not Starting IssueHello,I bought FC 25 on Steam in April and played it without problems for a long time. However, on the evening of September 6th (around 5:00-5:30 PM), I suddenly experienced a green screen and color distortions in the game, and my computer froze. Since that day, the game no longer starts and continuously freezes.My computer has the specifications to run the game (i7-9700F, RTX 3050, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD). I have tried the following to fix the issue:- Running in Windows 8 compatibility mode- Running as administrator- Disabling screen enhancement options- Repairing and running EA AntiCheat- Installing and restarting the EA App, then uninstalling and reinstalling it- Verifying game files through Steam- Updating the Nvidia graphics driver- Uninstalling and reinstalling FC 25 4-5 times- Increasing virtual RAM between 12700-24700- Trying the FC 25 Trial version- Turning off Steam, EA, and Discord overlaysDespite all of this, the game does not start and continues to freeze. My computer is not overheating, and there seems to be no other issue.
Unlink EA accounts
My account got an EAFC Franchise ban. I got multiple accounts which are linked to my EA account. Some are not even mine because when I got hacked the hacker linked some accounts to my EA account. Because of the franchise ban I'am not able to get these accounts unlinked. Unless EA will lift the ban. That's just weird if you ask me. That you are not able to change anything in your EA account, change info while the ban only counts for EAFC. Note that they don't want to lift the ban or unlink the accounts for me.Dameon Tools error
As in the attachment, the game refuses to start due to daemon tools running at the same time... I do not have daemon tools. I have rewasd. But anyways i disable it's processes and even then the game refuses to work. I have contacted help many times but all they do is say thank you for contacting us... Is there anybody out there who experienced the same issue? any solutions? What are the processes that the game doesn't want to run with? so i can disable all and try. Me and my club mate got disconnected mid-game from 3 consecutive playoff games in pro clubs. All 3 of those games we were winning or tied and in one I had a hatty by the 35th minute (all erased as if never happened and gave both of us a 3.0 match rating for all 3 games. Our humble request: Please grant our club 3 more playoff matches to give us a fair shot at overcoming your own game’s inexcusably unfixed, un-addressed major server issues. Happy to provide any necessary info to expedite the 3 game restitution to make our proclub whole for the promised services (ie reasonably reliable servers) not rendered. Thank you for your attention to this matter. P.S. EA, pay your devs and stop making layoffs when we can all see in your public financials ~$7.5 billion in annual revenues for FY 2025. Perhaps you can slow down your share repurchase plans to “maximize shareholder wealth” and instead employ and re-invest in the human capital that actually develops and cares about the quality of your actual product.
Ongoing Crash Issue with FC/FIFA Titles on Steam – Request for Support
I'm reaching out regarding a persistent issue I've been experiencing with my FC/FIFA titles purchased via Steam. After trying numerous troubleshooting steps from both the EA Forums and community discussions, I’ve unfortunately been unable to resolve the problem and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Issue Description: When I launch the game: - The splash screen loads completely. - The game then immediately closes. - The EA App opens with a red highlight on the EA icon, as if an error has occurred. - Error message: FAILED TO LAUNCH GAME - An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later. Steps Already Taken: I have already tried the following common solutions: Verified game files through both Steam and EA App. Cleared EA App cache using App Recovery. Reinstalled and repaired the EA AntiCheat tool. Updated all drivers (GPU, chipset, etc.) and Windows to the latest version. Run the game, EA App, and AntiCheat as Administrator. Disabled background software including overlays and input device tools. Attempted compatibility mode (Windows 7/8). Ensured EA App and game are installed on the same drive. Disabled Windows Exploit Protection features like Control Flow Guard for relevant executables. Added EA App, AntiCheat, and game executables to antivirus/firewall exceptions. Attempted launching from a clean boot environment. Despite these efforts, the crash behavior remains unchanged. Given the scope of what I've attempted, I’m concerned this may be a deeper compatibility issue, or related to a conflict not being captured in crash diagnostics due to the "kOptionReportProcessList" message. This issue is preventing me from enjoying my FC titles and is also impacting my decision to purchase future releases such as FC 26. I’d be very grateful if you could help me escalate this issue or offer any further diagnostics or potential solutions. The Game thinks i have 2 controllers
Hey guys... Well the game thinks i have 2 controllers connected... And coz of this in certain parts of the game I have to use the mouse button coz the "hold down skip " button doesnt work.. Running through EA app... i have:- turned off overlay uninstalled the game/deleted game and reinstalled (didnt do anything- and it remembers my setting-specially when i delete the setting folder How do i stop the game to think its got 2 controllers... in the controller screen/to pick a side, im controller red, not blue which is on top of the red, so it thinks, im the 2nd controller... ( I only have 1 controller connected, and a moza wheel and base-pithouse) thats it, and thats turned off any help or ideads???Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment
Since 12Sep at 7pm ET, I've not been able to access ultimate team. I've been getting the following error message "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu." I've reset my router, modem, switched from 5ghz to 2.4 ghz, plugged directly into the modem, but the message continues to appear. I'm not having any issue playing online with any other game, for example COD, fall guys, nba2k25, and rocket league all perform perfectly. On 13Sep, I entered safe mode and cleared the cache. This allowed me to bypass the promo page for FC26 and enter ultimate team for a few minutes before the error message appeared again. I was able to do this successfully a few times where resetting the cache allowed me access to ultimate team. What is preventing me from accessing ultimate team and how can it be resolved?
