My champions win did not count
I won my first game 7-4 and the game ended, showing my player recieve the hatrick ball and i received an error code, and then recieved a message when i rebooted my game saying that i quit the game with the understand button. The game then gave me a loss, can i be compensatedGetDeviceRemovedReason
Subject: Constant DirectX Error in FC 25 (Intel Iris Xe Graphics) Hello EA Support, I always get this error while playing FC 25: "DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" My GPU is an Intel Iris Xe Graphics, and I have already installed the latest drivers. This issue happens every time I play FC 25 (Player Career). I’ve also tried other basic fixes like verifying game files and checking for Windows updates, but the issue persists. Could you please help me identify what’s causing this, or suggest any further steps? Thank you.
Keyboard issue
Hi, I’m having an issue with EA FC 25 where my keyboard works fine in Kick Off and offline modes, but in Ultimate Team and Seasons online, some keys like Shoot, Lob, and Through Ball don’t work correctly. I believe this started happening after I connected a controller once while playing Kick Off. Even after disconnecting the controller and reinstalling the game, the problem persists. I can’t reset the controls manually as there is not settings folders in my documents. I’m looking for guidance on how to completely reset or force the game to use my custom settings for my keyboard for online modes. Just as a side note before connecting my controller i still has an issue where two of my controls lob and shoot were reversed so i reversed them in controls and it worked fine so it might not be a controller issue that i connected and disconnected it maybe. I can not see any of my cards that I have. It says there are no available evolution even though I have many. I have tried to restart my game that didn’t work and then I deleted the game and then reinstalled it trying to see if that would solve the problem and it didn’tI can't connect to the Pro Clubs League match.
All other modes work fine. About three weeks ago, when I tried to start a Pro Clubs League match, I lost connection with my opponent. Before that, it worked fine all year. I haven't changed my provider, but the issue is happening on both PS4 and PS5. FC25Bug on Training Arena in FC25
Hello EA Support, I’ve encountered a bug on the Training Arena in FC25. When I play from the stands’ camera angle, a random player model appears on the field and blocks the view, making it difficult to play. This issue happens repeatedly, regardless of the team or camera settings. I have a video showing the problem and can provide it if needed. Please look into this issue and fix it in a future update. hi, so my fc25 has been stuck on TU6.1 for no reason, for the first time i donwload this game everything was fine till the next update till TU21 everything is completely mess. i've already trying with many things to rollback my fc25 to TU21 like using FC rollback tool or downloading the TU21 itself from google, and transferring fc25 from my brother pc it's still same. when using FC Rollback tool it's updated to TU21. But when i try to logging in it's always crash always splash screen, can u help me pls? this is my first time buying this game. thank younot launching the game
Hello, yesterday I purchased a game pass subscription on my laptop. After downloading the game, I tried to log in to it, a small window appeared with the inscription FC25 and a gray stripe at the bottom. My PlayStation username is ImmortalKingMSI. I was doing the online tournament and maded to the semifinals. On my screen it said Waiting for opponent and them after like 10 minutes it said I lost the game when I didn’t even play a match. This was so unfair to me! FC 25 hasn't been opening on my PC for three weeks. Easports is asking for an account name and password. I enter the user email address and password, and a message appears saying your computer isn't connected to the internet. Easports customer service is aware of the situation and hasn't offered a solution... I have nothing to say anymore...
