CR7 TOTS card missing from UT squad
I have had this issue today, I played a match at 630, made myself some food and came back to find that my 97 TOTS CR7 had been removed from my team. I spoke to 3 advisors on the chat and quite frankly these people epitomise what can only be described as some sort of DARVO approach to customer service. I've never experienced gaslighting and lying in the way the EA chat agents operate. Agent 1: Claimed the player would be back in my squad with a restart (Wrong) Agent 2: Claimed that there was no hack on my account, but it was a technical glitch and said if he could add the player back he would but unfortunately he can't nothing more he could do but he opened an investigation with "game team" no further explanation of the investigation, when it would conclude or how they would contact me when I asked about this he dropped the call. Agent 3: Said he was looking into logs of packed players, said I didn't pack the player, I gave him the exact time of packing him (my son took a photo at the time to send his mate so I had timestamped evidence) he then said I was lying, so I sent the picture of the card with the digital info w/ date included, he continued to say I was lying and he was looking at the logs, when I asked him to send me the logs he said they are private and for internal use. At this point I assumed what he was doing was looking at players in my club and seeing the acquired date when I challenged him he sent me a link to download basic account info (name, email etc) and dropped the call. Agent 4: Closed the call as soon as it began. I get it with these people that they probably have people trying to scam them constantly however their approach is pretty terrible and I'm genuinely shocked that more isn't made of it, the game being crap can be put down to EA losing their core developers and I sympathise somewhat with that but the customer care team operate in a way that is so far behind the times, a genuinely disgusting front for the companyMissing reward from fut objectives
Can someone help me? I received this as I played a match “fut champion” and it was a hacker. The game wasnt counted and i ended up loosing an objective and i cant claim this reward and i cant find it although they send me this 3 times already. Below is the message from EA We have addressed an issue that was impacting your account. Some Objective Rewards were not received. I've been trying to log in to the FC Ultimate Team Web App and the FC Companion App since yesterday, but I keep receiving the following message: "Login Unavailable We're currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate Team experience." I just started playing yesterday through Game Pass, using cloud gaming to play FC 25. I don’t know if that might be affecting access, but I haven’t played much Ultimate Team yet. I’ve tried logging in on both PC and mobile, using different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data), but nothing works so far.Rush and Drop In glitch
When I play rush or drop in my game loses input and I cant control mypro. It causes me to forfeit the match. My player just walks down the field. My keyboard or controller doesnt work. I bought the game on epic games but it launches with EAapp. I already tried adding it to steam and changing the steam controller input.96 Zidane not fitting in an evo
I got a 96 rated thunderstruck Zidane from an icon pick a few months ago. He's very outdated but I thought he would fit int he new evo that just came out today, "They call me Yaz". Apparently he doesn't fit in the evo because he is not "Player: Zidane"??? He fits all the other requirements though. Hello, I am trying to link my Xbox account to my EA account, but EA is not allowing me due to some placeholder email that EA has made for my account. The email domain that is linked for some reason is some @disabled.ea.com domain that I have never used or recognize at all. I am trying to unlink this from my EA account to be able to link my correct Xbox account; the Xbox account has the same email address as my current EA account (just not able to link them). Dear EA Support Team, I am facing a critical issue in FC 25 Ultimate Team: several real players (cards I owned in my club) have disappeared from my active squad and have been replaced by concept players. It seems as though they were used in an SBC (Squad Building Challenge) or put up for quick sale, but I did not perform any such actions. Issue Details: Platform: PS5 EA ID: MLYON_1300 Game Mode: Ultimate Team Approximate Date and Time of Issue: Today 12h UTC+2 Description: My owned players in my active squad have vanished and were replaced by concept players. I did not submit any SBCs, perform quick sales, or make any squad changes. I have not authorized any actions that would remove these players from my club. Actions Taken: I checked my transfer history, SBC submissions, and club, but there’s no record of these players being sold or used. I also restarted the game and checked the Companion App, but the issue persists. Request: Please investigate this issue urgently and review my account logs to confirm no unauthorized actions were taken. I suspect this may be due to a bug or synchronization error. I kindly request the restoration of my missing players or appropriate compensation if they cannot be recovered. Thank you in advance for your prompt assistance. I am getting the error of "We are currently having troubles with login services" when I try to login to the companion app. I tried clearing cache but that didn't help, and I also tried in multiple times of the day. I just got the game via Xbox Gamepass Ultimate, and I started yesterday.

First of, I'm using a switch pro controller that works perfectly fine with other games and even other football games, and I have no drivers problems either. This issue happens with both fc24 and 25, which only leads me to believe its an ea moment.. I've tried almost everything I've seen online, I tried a different controller that I borrowed from a friend, I tried putting both the ea app and fc24/25 on steam as a "non-steam game", I've tried 3rd party apps but some don't work and the ones that look promising, clash with the game and it tells me that I cannot open the game with those apps open, I've tried every possible setting in both steam, ea app, and the games themselves, I've tried to remap the controllers with both 3rd party apps and the windows options... Except praying to some machine god or bought a new 60€ controller for the 70€ game, I've tried literally everything I could try, and from the bottom of my heart and after many many years of playing ea games, I plead you all get your sh*t together please. I don't even expect my problem to be solved, but at least I'll vent and hopefully someone 5 years from now will find this all at least a lil bit funny...
