Missing Game Progress
I need urgent help with my Plants vs. Zombies 2 game progress. I recently logged out of my account, which is linked to this email address, and now my cloud save data is missing. When I try to log back in, the game only shows new profiles with zero progress. I am unable to restore my old account automatically. Please check your servers for my legitimate save data and assist me in forcing a synchronization to my device. My estimated progress was about 293 with about 3 Gems.My progress has gone
I just decide to play pvz2 after a long time, and I realize that my account and progress are missing. I have been connected to google play account and It even have former achievements too! I try to connect EA account, But It keep repeating that my account's birthday is incorrect. However, I don't know what I have typed in game.(Not the one that inputted when we open the app 1st time) I can change my age in EA, but waht's the point of this behavior that I don't know my age? Also I'm so confused google play account connection is brocken. here is my achievement and pvz account condition.2x activity rewards not working
As the title states, I bought the no ads for 30 days pack that includes a 2x multiplier on all daily activities. I still have 14 days left on the multiplier and it just suddenly stopped working. It still says that the multipliers are active in the travel log menu. Either my game is bugged, or they halved the default rewards.I dont have my achievements
Hi EA Team, I play Plants vs. Zombies 2 on my Samsung A13 (Android, downloaded from Google Play). I completed several worlds and achievements while offline — for example, Far Future, Lost City, Vasebreaker stages, and defeated a Far Future Gargantuar. After reconnecting online, the achievements didn’t appear even though my progress is saved. I can’t find my Player ID because the Settings icon doesn’t show on my screen. Could you please help restore or sync my achievements?
PVZ2 coins become minus after restoring to new iphone ios
Hi, I just restoring my PVZ2 game to my new iphone, everything okay, my progress level, all the plants level also came back and also my diamonds, gauntlets all are okay, only my coins become minus 1 billions. I already uninstalled and then installed again, but the same minus coin appears

when i load up my game it just says You have lost your connection to the ea servers,you will be unable to access any online features untill you reconnect fix plants vs zombies garden warfare 2. ive been tryna fix it for the past few hours and when i have been looking into it.Ive seen people who havent bveen able to fix it in months. i dont know,if im banned or what someomne please helpAds not closing
For the past couple of days when I watch an ad, there is an orange completed progress bar along the top, right from the start. The ad plays and then “Reward Granted” appears in the top right corner with a “X” but it is non-responsive. I can’t get any ad viewing to work right now. I have to close out of the game and go back in to clear it. Before this started happening, many of the watch buttons state that “there are no ads available at this time” even though it is the first click of the day. Specifically, the reward piñatas are problematic when trying to watch. Lastly, when I restore purchases, it keeps repeating that it restored one purchase, every time I click “RESTORE PURCHASES.” I deleted the app and reloaded it, but all stated issues still persist.Missing Power Mint reward + Lawn of Doom event bug (iOS)
Hello EA Support, I’m playing Plants vs Zombies 2 on iOS and I encountered two issues: 1️⃣ During the recent Zoybean Pod’s World (Penny’s Pursuit) event, I completed all difficulty levels (including 3 chili), but I didn’t receive the Power Mint reward. 2️⃣ In the current Lawn of Doom event, the game shows all missions as completed even though I haven’t played them yet. I already tried “Restore Purchases” and restarting the app, but nothing changed. Could you please check my account and restore the missing rewards or reset my event progress? Got a new phone and the current operating system on it is IOS 18 it's a iPhone 15, but now my old phone, a samsung galaxy A14 5G, the model is SM-A146U. I go onto my old phone let google play save my data to its cloud, then try to register with EA. I go through all the steps up until the part where it lets me choose my account. After which, the screen moves to a grey one and nothing else pops up for a while. I want to register my EA account so i may be able to move my data to my new phone. Is there any alternatives?Zombies rarely fail to despawn on Pirate Seas
I don't know how to replicate it, but it happens very rarely, and it's been present in the game since pretty much as soon as the game came out. What I do know about it is that it only occurs when the zombie dies while on the planks and it can occur at any point in a game. When this happens, everything time-based still happens, and when the final wave ends zombies stop spawning but the level never ends I really thought that this bug would have been fixed in the over ten years since I stopped playing the game, but when I started playing again on a fresh account it happened again. This bug may only affect a small portion of the players, but it's really annoying, especially if it happens during a level where you used the Zen Garden's buff on a plant
