You fixed Daily Parties - YAY!! -- you failed to fix ads for gems/gold - BOOO!!!
Using Android 14.0 tablet - Lenovo Tab P11 Gen2, with plenty of storage free i.e. 80+ GB. Your latest update for Android version of the game has finally fixed not being able to play Daily Piñata Parties, works great now. Watching ads for gems & gold still not fixed, I hope you fix it too soon?
Where are the humans
The death party and the diamond and coin buttons are stuck for days almost a week or so what's going on everybody's been posting this and no one's getting nothing done I think it's time to put the computers down get rid of the Bots and go back to human beings taking care of business this is nuts
PvZ2 GLOBAL PROBLEM - I know WHY and I know how EA Can Fix it
I can see this is a global bug. The problem is the daily free gems, ads, pinata party, arena gauntlet, penny pursuit fuel, shopping cart. We all get these from watching the daily ads. The daily ads are not working. The reason for this problem is a few weeks ago during the global update, all the settings were screwed up causing lost plants and lost progress and the game defaulted back to tutorial and a new profile (User Dave etc) was created. Then some of you may have reported and got back your profile and progress back with some glitches. However ALL the daily benefits (daily ads) are tagged to the USER DAVE PROFILE and not your original profile!! (Trying playing as USER DAVE in your phone and you see the ads working fine there). As for me, I have 4 other useless profiles now and the daily ad benefits are tagged there. Aparently only the expert EA IOS Mobile Gaming Special Forces A-Team can fix this and you cannot get direct access to them. You can only type here and hope they read it and fix it. So i hope they read it and fix it here. As for me, please delete all the USER DAVE profiles and tag all the daily ad benefits back to my 10 year profile (Steven C). That is the root cause of the problem and that is the FIX. To all PVZ2 fans, if my problem ever gets fixed, I will post the EA HERO PROGRAMMER that helped do it.Purchase Gem Pack 11 not showing up in the game!!!!
Please help, I have done all the things recommended when you google "pvz in app purchase not showing up" and still am not seeing where the gem pack my son just bought with his hard earned money yesterday is showing up....would really like to be able to speak or email directly with someone at EA but that is apparently impossible????Gems
I completed 8 daily activities, which was difficult as my iPad keeps crashing after the recent update, and I do not receive the 10 extra gems. Gems are needed to buy games in tombastic adventures. So that points can be used towards getting the newer plants that were denied because the iPad crashed when another new update was installed. Any way these gems can be restored?Plant v Zombies 2 nightmare
Again after update things don’t work. If you remove app and reload do save progress to The Cloud or back up otherwise progress will be lost. Doing this can cure the problem, but if you like me you have crashed many times after updates, please people at EA sort this out, as it’s no fun when new plants arrive and we can’t get the points to open them.
Tombastic Adventures - one big disaster
As a long-time player, I'm starting to get mad at the game. There's not a week without some problem that takes at least 3 days to solve! Tombastic Adventures is the most buggy of all. Quests don't work, but most importantly, they have to spend gems on energy packs. And this whole monkey business blocks the daily reset. Mainly because we are luring players to the highest possible reward... Another thing. Why do I have the feeling that long-time players are not interested in PvZ2? Why did the data on the level of opponent plants in the arena disappear? Why do I get mints as a reward that I have nothing to spend on? Or plant seeds that can't be upgraded?! Last time it was a reward for 1000 points in the arena - 150 seeds and 90 of them were useless because the plants had already reached their maximum. Can't you really set it up so that players receive a reward that corresponds to their level?! I would like to know if the game still has a future or is it basically over so I don't waste my time and money!Another Bug?
Deleted & reinstalled game & still kept my nails. Seems to have restored game. But, a new one showed up! Every 12 hrs we can level up plants. Nope, not my game. No timer or brackets now. Get rid of some bugs & a new 1 shows up. Have cans of Raid, numerous flyswatters, & names of exterminators. Call or email me, will gladly share!! Getting kinda ridiculous to say the least.
