Hi, played all the extra hard levels for the Wild West and the award is supposed to give 25 diamonds. Beat all 8 levels and after completing the 8th, the 25 diamonds were not awarded. Played the last level twice and no diamonds given. Super frustrating as that level is really hard to beat. Has anyone else been experiencing this over the course of the last month? In playing the Arena or Penny’s Pursuit, when a Plant Food seed is released and I go to catch it, it often falls below the line of play, causing me to hit the Power Up bars accidentally and be charged for their use. Someone said that the hacker bot attack last Arena Seashooter season was to point out that we were always only playing against bots. This was my understanding of the message. We are now into the new Solar Tomato season, I'm noticing the names of my opponents. Whilst I don't go faulting players' names, these names are a little nonsensical and makes me think they're not real players. I could have gotten the reason this hacker did what he/she did, and I could be naive to think this is possible (I'm not super tech savvy), but I'd really like to play against real people. Sundew Tangler is incorrectly rendered over all zombies during her attack animation. Not just over zombies in her lane as she should appear, but she appears over zombies in lanes below and under her. Another issue is that zombies will stop eating the trapped zombies after a few moments. The zombies just walk right through the stuck zombie even though she still has the zombie caught. The final issue I've noticed is that trapped zombies can be kicked forward by Breakdancer Zombie while they are trapped, which makes them start walking and eating, but because they are still technically trapped by Sundew Tangler, they are undamageable by plants. My Account seems to have been hacked on 7/11. The same user name keeps coming up during the arena event. [removed, please don't name and shame]. All of my plants that I have acquired through those tournaments have been locked. My current plants are not at the same levels. Much lower. It will not allow me to win a tournament game and it keeps pairing me up against user [removed]. Extend Time on the Arena
I’m hoping EA will see this. I hope EA is considering extending the arena time to allow for people to get the seashooter. I was nearly there and then I started getting matched with the same bot. Hi. Ive been playing Plants v Zombies since the first desktop game. A few days ago in PvZ 2 app after an update, I have been matched w the same player every time (x7). It appears to be a bot that can beat me every time, w level 1 plants. I generally play 10+ games before being assigned a play to loose against (my interpretation of the algorithm). I can’t win against this bot at all, with my 40 level plants. Any advice? Because this is the game I played on my phone, maybe 14y. I’m going to delete it if it continues bc it’s not fun at all. I didn’t like when the game updated yrs ago to make sure you lost every 10+ times, but this is a fun killer. I’m done Also, I hate AI ‘help’ chats. Edited to remove bot/hacker name and screenshots. Hey. You know how there is a plant called Citron? Well, there is also a plant in Garden Warfare 2 that has the same name but a vastly different design. This is very confusing. Can we please change the name of Citron in PvZ2 to Orange Blaster to avoid confusion? Plants vs zombies 2 recently downloaded their usual upgrades to the game. Once it downloaded and I restarted the game, all of my progress had been lost. I contacted EA chat and they helped me restore my progress. Upon restarting the game, I noticed I had millions of gems at my disposal and minus 622 million coins (see photo). Obviously, with that deficit, I can’t upgrade any of my plans. It would take forever to “pay off” all 622 million coins to get to zero again. EA chat told me the reason for this was that my coin balance “has exceeded the maximum value the game can handle”. This is due to a technical limitation called integer limit, often caused by a bug that rapidly increases my resources and becomes negative. I hope the team is able to look into this and get back to me. EA chat assured me the team would try to find a fix.
