Infinite loading???
I cannot play the game at all, i can enter the world or shop screen, etc, but after that point I cannot tap anything. Going into one of the event levels just makes it so I cannot play them or exit them- I assume the loading icon is just restricting play infinitely? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi, played all the extra hard levels for the Wild West and the award is supposed to give 25 diamonds. Beat all 8 levels and after completing the 8th, the 25 diamonds were not awarded. Played the last level twice and no diamonds given. Super frustrating as that level is really hard to beat. Please fix and award my diamonds.Wrong account or wrong data
Hello so I just started playing pvz2 again after a while of not playing I update the game and begun to play but I realise that all my plants and most of my coins and all my gems are missing as if I’m in the wrong account how do I get back to my account with all my stuff and things thankyou for your helpSundew Tangler Bugs
Sundew Tangler is incorrectly rendered over all zombies during her attack animation. Not just over zombies in her lane as she should appear, but she appears over zombies in lanes below and under her. Another issue is that zombies will stop eating the trapped zombies after a few moments. The zombies just walk right through the stuck zombie even though she still has the zombie caught. The final issue I've noticed is that trapped zombies can be kicked forward by Breakdancer Zombie while they are trapped, which makes them start walking and eating, but because they are still technically trapped by Sundew Tangler, they are undamageable by plants. Sundew Tangler is my favorite weird plant, and I hope the devs can fix her bugs.My coins are at a minus balance after restoring the game
Plants vs zombies 2 recently downloaded their usual upgrades to the game. Once it downloaded and I restarted the game, all of my progress had been lost. I contacted EA chat and they helped me restore my progress. Upon restarting the game, I noticed I had millions of gems at my disposal and minus 622 million coins (see photo). Obviously, with that deficit, I can’t upgrade any of my plans. It would take forever to “pay off” all 622 million coins to get to zero again. EA chat told me the reason for this was that my coin balance “has exceeded the maximum value the game can handle”. This is due to a technical limitation called integer limit, often caused by a bug that rapidly increases my resources and becomes negative. I hope the team is able to look into this and get back to me. EA chat assured me the team would try to find a fix. Am I the only one experiencing this? thank you

I can understand why these music tracks were removed from the game back in 2017, since smartphones back then used to have very limited storage. Nowadays, the average smartphone has at least 128 GB. I feel like most modern devices would be able to run the game just fine if these music tracks were reintroduced. Furthermore, listening to the same music in every single level gets boring really fast. Reintroducing the UB and DMG tracks back to the game would only affect it positively by enhancing the player experience.Getting rid of ads.
Has anyone been able to get rid of the ads in plant vs zombies 2? The AI said to buy the ads free but I haven't been able to find it in the store not that It will let me buy anything for some reason it says I'm unauthorized to make the purchase. It's bad enough I had to start all over from ground zero, but after 11 years hiatus there suddenly ads everywhere. I literally can't go more than 1 lvl before there's an ads.😠To PVZ2 dev:We need new zombies in PVZ2.Sick of not adding new zombies!
EA_Cath Hi. Please let your team know this. Pvz2 dev is too lazy and we havent had any new zombies to pvz2 for over a year.Turret zombie is the last zombie we get.😠🙁. Please add new zombies,new zombies and new zombies to pvz2.We players have to complain to you about this.We have to say thousands times to your team.Why doesnt PVZ2 team add some zombies from pvz3 or pvz1 to pvz2?We should get a new zombie each version like 2 years ago but now every many versions we just get one zombie or even we dont get any new zombie every version,which shows how lazy pvz2 dev is and why your team sucks and needs to make changes. Hi everyone! I am a huge fan of Plants vs Zombies 2 and a proud Mega Gatling Pea user. While this plant is very powerful and fun, I noticed one limitation: its bullet limit stays the same at 5 bullets max regardless of level. Even at higher levels, MGP fires very fast but still only 5 bullets on screen at once, which feels limiting. Here is my idea: Let the bullet limit increase with plant level. Let Plant Food add one bullet at a time up to the level's max. Level - Bullet Limit - Plant Food Effect Lv.1-2 - 5 - Instantly maxes out at 5 bullets Lv.3-5 - 6 - Each Plant Food adds one bullet, max 6 Lv.6-8 - 7 - Each Plant Food adds one bullet, max 7 Lv.9 - 8 - Plant Food adds bullets up to 8 Lv.10 - 9 - Final limit: 9 bullets on screen Why this makes sense: - Makes leveling MGP more meaningful, not just damage and sun cost - Adds tactical gameplay: choose when to build up firepower - Deepens Plant Food usage: more control and strategy - Feels great to see 8 or 9 peas flying at once This mechanic would reward players for investing in MGP and make it more like a turret-style DPS plant scaling with investment and delivering explosive fun at high levels. PVZ2 Extra Seed Packets-Conversion Proposal
What will happen to the extra packets that I got if I already maxed out a particular plant (mastery maxed)? For countless seasons of playing, base on my personal experience that was a main issue for me (and for most players too) because whenever I got an extra seed packet of a mastery maxed plant, it only go to the void and unreasonably wasted. The extra seed became useless for mastery maxed plants and I think it's time for you guys to do something about it. My suggestion is that whenever a player will get an extra seed packet from events/shop for a mastery maxed plant, it will turn into; ✓shard, or ✓dust, or ✓fertilizer, or ✓fragment For a ratio of 1:1 (1 seed to 1 shard/dust/fertilizer/fragment) and this item can be used to purchase in a; ✓shop, or ✓Crazy Dave's "Discount Shop", or ✓Crazy Dave's "Black Market" which consists of (purchasable by shard/dust/fertilizer/fragment); ✓coins/gems ✓seed packets from unowned plants ✓seasonal plants ✓seasonal skins (expensive) ✓other items Also, it would be better if you guys add an "inventory" for an easier viewing of player's collected resources like candies, gloves, Zen garden seeds, etc. That's all. Hello Plants vs. Zombies 2 development team, I am a player since the "It's About Time" era of PVZ2. I have finally completed the entirety of the main game on the newest update as of 06/23/2025, and would like to propose changes to the following content: Less advertisements in general. The Chinese version doesn't bombard you with advertisements throughout the game, just when you load into said game from the main login screen. The popup of in-game-related advertisements (i.e. new plant: x) can no longer happen since you would already see it in the login screen, and general advertisements should no longer happen every time a level gets completed, because they are annoying to where I disable WiFi for the entirety of the world. Removing/Improvising real-money microtransactions for plant purchases. I'm sure EA already has a lot of ad revenue and overall other income sources profitable, but of course the business is not mine. If microtransactions stay, then I hope that non-gem premium plant purchases (i.e. Snow Pea) are able to be bought with, say, 200 or more gems to match the price of shop gems. Bringing back the removed audios. I and most other people loved the audios that were there for the demonstrations and ultimates (like Ancient Egypt's matching game, Pirate Seas' Massive Attack & Event levels, etc.). I have only heard that they were removed to save up space, but it doesn't make sense when a lot of plants were added that "don't serve a purpose" (those aren't my words). The audios can come back as a content addition from the content fetching process (i.e. when patching/gathering content from the EA servers as part of the update, not from within the APK/IPA packages). Reverting to world sorting by progression + option of sorting by difficulty. Right now, worlds are organized by difficulty, rather than by progression. The Dr. Zomboss dialogues at the final levels don't sit well with the difficulty-sorted worlds, leading to inconsistency with how events are to play out. What can happen is that the progression organization can be put back by default, but to also include an option or toggle to sort by difficulty. I'm a player of Plants vs Zombies 2 and I've recently been experiencing a serious issue: many ads cannot be closed even after the timer ends. Some ads have no skip button, freeze the screen, or force me into the App Store, so I don’t receive the reward afterward. This bug affects my gameplay and makes the experience frustrating. I’m using an iPad with the latest iPadOS.
Problems with the game on iPhone SE (2nd generation).
Throughout the year (possibly more) I'm facing the same problem in the game: graphical artifacts and the absence of all sounds. Because of these problems, it is simply impossible to play. I'm telling you right away, I've tried restarting many times, going through the settings, but nothing helped. With each installation of PvZ 2, I always hoped that the developers would fix these errors, but time after time I was disappointed. About the device: iPhone SE (2th generation), IOS 18.5 I would really like the developers to pay attention to this.Adverts: serious deterioration in game experience
I have been a PVZ2 player for many years and I have no beef with watching adverts in exchange for seed packets, gems etc. Recently ads have appeared at the end of every level in adventure mode and arena. These give no benefit to the player so my default is to shut and restart the game. This is quicker than letting the ad play but has the drawback that 'reload' is not then available. These exploitative ads are making me seriously question whether it is finally time to move on and find a new go-to game.
