You fixed Daily Parties - YAY!! -- you failed to fix ads for gems/gold - BOOO!!!
Using Android 14.0 tablet - Lenovo Tab P11 Gen2, with plenty of storage free i.e. 80+ GB. Your latest update for Android version of the game has finally fixed not being able to play Daily Piñata Parties, works great now. Watching ads for gems & gold still not fixed, I hope you fix it too soon?

The death party and the diamond and coin buttons are stuck for days almost a week or so what's going on everybody's been posting this and no one's getting nothing done I think it's time to put the computers down get rid of the Bots and go back to human beings taking care of business this is nuts
Purchase Gem Pack 11 not showing up in the game!!!!
Please help, I have done all the things recommended when you google "pvz in app purchase not showing up" and still am not seeing where the gem pack my son just bought with his hard earned money yesterday is showing up....would really like to be able to speak or email directly with someone at EA but that is apparently impossible????Gems
I completed 8 daily activities, which was difficult as my iPad keeps crashing after the recent update, and I do not receive the 10 extra gems. Gems are needed to buy games in tombastic adventures. So that points can be used towards getting the newer plants that were denied because the iPad crashed when another new update was installed. Any way these gems can be restored?Plant v Zombies 2 nightmare
Again after update things don’t work. If you remove app and reload do save progress to The Cloud or back up otherwise progress will be lost. Doing this can cure the problem, but if you like me you have crashed many times after updates, please people at EA sort this out, as it’s no fun when new plants arrive and we can’t get the points to open them.
Tombastic Adventures - one big disaster
As a long-time player, I'm starting to get mad at the game. There's not a week without some problem that takes at least 3 days to solve! Tombastic Adventures is the most buggy of all. Quests don't work, but most importantly, they have to spend gems on energy packs. And this whole monkey business blocks the daily reset. Mainly because we are luring players to the highest possible reward... Another thing. Why do I have the feeling that long-time players are not interested in PvZ2? Why did the data on the level of opponent plants in the arena disappear? Why do I get mints as a reward that I have nothing to spend on? Or plant seeds that can't be upgraded?! Last time it was a reward for 1000 points in the arena - 150 seeds and 90 of them were useless because the plants had already reached their maximum. Can't you really set it up so that players receive a reward that corresponds to their level?! I would like to know if the game still has a future or is it basically over so I don't waste my time and money!Another Bug?
Deleted & reinstalled game & still kept my nails. Seems to have restored game. But, a new one showed up! Every 12 hrs we can level up plants. Nope, not my game. No timer or brackets now. Get rid of some bugs & a new 1 shows up. Have cans of Raid, numerous flyswatters, & names of exterminators. Call or email me, will gladly share!! Getting kinda ridiculous to say the least.Negative coin balance
There was an update last week. After it completed the game was complexly wiped and I was starting from scratch. I deleted and reloaded the app. When it came back up gave me the option of starting from scratch or coming back with everything except I had a negative 520m coin balance. Prior to that I had over 900m coins. Anyway to fix this. I’d honestly be ok with a reset to zero coins if I was actually earn in when I played, right now I’m just chipping away at negative 520mDelete an extra player isn't working.
I accidentally clicked below my last player name, and PVZ2 automatically created a new profile. This has happened to me in the past. I'd just type some random letters for the "name" so I could get past that screen, and then delete it. No big deal. Well, now I can't delete this extra player, and it's taking up memory space. I assumed it was a temporary issue and the next update would allow me to delete, but now I can't update because I don't have enough memory space. (I am playing on an older device.) How can I delete these extra players (it happened more than once) from my device?I unlocked fat beat and I’m in dark ages
Yes, from the tile door randomly I saw! On the seed packet of fat beat so I clicked on it and it said unlock so I clicked unlock and I was able to receive fat beat and I am not even on neon mixtape tour yet so I just wanted someone at pop cap maybe to know this so they could hopefully resolve it later ontalking about the new type of events in PvZ2
the events in PvZ2 have changed a lot and I'm here to give my feedback on the changes the event shop: Now you can only buy more energy with gems (no coins or ads) not only that but you can only buy more energy once (and it takes 8 hours to earn more) Hard Mode: Hard mode isn't really difficult and not only that but you only have hard mode for the second half of the event. more experienced players should have some fun too. event tokens: It would be nice to be able to trade tokens for coins and gems too, even if it's more expensive. replay levels: replay levels should be free, pay 20 energy for this it's not worth it considering that now energy is very expensive.Did not receive awards
I came in 3rd place today BUT did not receive my awards of mints or coins. In addition, I still have issues with not being able to receive daily coins or gems play the piñata game. I also purchased gauntlets, the large pack, and they were not added to my gauntlet total.. I also purchased battery life times three, and it was also not added to my total. This is getting extremely frustrating. I ignore it a little thanks that aren’t correct. But when I am purchasing items, I expect to get them. When can we see some resolution to this???Update patch error then lost entire all users etc
App started updating itself then constantly failed on "patching error (7)". Tried over and over, quitting app, restarting ipad etc etc. Eventually I just hit the "play" button after it failed patching again and it started downloading over once again, this time succeeding in patching. Then when the game loaded all user info and content was completely gone and it was in brand new state. Submitted a request via EA help site (pressing help in game just goes to a 404 page) but no response. What else can I do to get assistance or am I wasting my time. Many years all gone in one stupid software bug.Didn't get my stuff
I took a break from playing Plants vs zombies 2 for a few months but back when I was playing I got Gold Bloom, after downing again and unlocking the shop it is asking me to rebuy Gold Bloom to use it, not sure if there is a restore purchases button and I just missed it when looking or something like that but I am using the same Google play account and same phone as before so not sure why it isn't working.Compensation
Hi, I’ve been redirected here after trying to recover my Plants vs. Zombies account(s). Over the years I purchased multiple premium plants, but I’ve lost access to the accounts tied to those purchases. I’ve already tried EA Help, but I keep getting redirected back here instead of speaking with an advisor. I still have some of the details needed to prove ownership (old emails, purchase receipts, approximate account dates), and I would like to recover my purchases or have them restored to my current account. Could an EA Community Manager or Support staff please escalate this so I can get in touch with an actual EA Advisor? This isn’t a community issue — it’s an account recovery issue that requires direct EA support. ID: SHED2BE
