I failed to get help from customer-care about GW2.
In GW2,I have completed the challenge to get the two secret characters. And I have bought the pack of the two characters. So I should have the skins of the two characters. However, I didn't get the skins. I hope there will be someone working for EA see this.

Need some help please! Every time I log into PVZ GW2 on my PC through EA, it just kicks me out. I get the error message when the game startup window closes (crashes). Pic attached. The game has gotten quite a bit of traction recently. After the initial Jynxzi revival, lobbies are now full and the game is honestly the most alive I've ever seen it (I've been playing since christmas 2016). concurrent players are at their peak now, 10 years after release. I believe I am asking on behalf of all Garden Warfare fans when I ask: Is there any news on any updates or maybe even a new game currently in the works?
PvZ Heroes "No match found" bug
Hello, Recently I met bug that doesn't allow me playing PvP matches unless I change language, it is kinda frustrating, because every time I want to play PvP games I had to change language and reinstall app. Every time downloading 700 mB of data is kinda lame. Is there any permament fix for this bug, so I don't have to go through reinstall proces every time?Can't invite friends in GW2
i cannot invite my friends in game in any way nor can i open the ea in-game overlay (pretty sure these two issues are related) and whenever i click on the invite friends button on the game menu nothing even happens. ive tried disabling the steam overlay (my steam and my ea accounts are linked), clearing the ea cache, opening and closing the game thinking it would eventually work, i even checked if the ea launcher had administrator permissions and i also tried changing to north america east servers but nothing. it doesnt even work if i get invited by my friend and join the game through the invitePVZ1 Endless Not Working
Not sure why this started happening, or if this is just an issue for me; but regardless I am unable to play Endless on PVZ1, on mobile. Clicking on the gamemode makes the game freeze, and then shut down about 3-4 seconds later. After a couple of attempts, an error message pops up on my phone, stating that "Plants vs. Zombies FREE is experiencing a bug. Please wait for the developer to release an updated version and resolve this issue". I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S23+, and want to make it clear that this is the only gamemode that does not work, however is the only one I play much of.
