Map growth
Hey all, I’ve been playing the Skate Playtest for a few weeks now, at first impression, I thought the map was trash, after playing a fair bit more I have grown to like it a lot more, I enjoy how it is laid out for street skating, and the Skate Parks are fun. However, While I do enjoy these spots, the game is missing a lot of elevation change, where one can bomb some hills (think drainage ditch, the quarry, mega park. I feel like Skate 3 had more flow to different sections than this current game does. It feels a little dis jointed and someone made the map themselves in a park editor. anyway; that’s my 2 cents. Also, is it just me or is it super hard to lip or board slide? I keep landing into tail slide.
Need Help getting a Recording!!
Hello! Im loving the playtest and have been playing locally w my friend all week but for any other testers I have one simple request, could someone please get a recording of the song "Most Normal American Voter:" by Genesis Owusu? Its in the "Do a Kickflip!" section of the soundtrack and I am unable to record on the computer I am using. If you can record this I would truly truly appreciate it as the song is unavailable anywhere else currently. Thank you!!!
How does the friend referral code work
I signed up for the play test did the rsvp got a referral code my friend signed up an used my code did the rsvp an we expected to get codes together but I received my code yesterday but my friend hasn’t had any email or anything since the rsvp wondering if he did something wrong or will his code come in the next invite wave ? Crash on launch (PC)
I havent been able to play the game after recieving the playtest access. I have tried uninstalling, reparing and launching as administrator. When i launch i get to the main menu and after pressing play it suddenly shuts and goes back to the EA app with no error message. Any help would be appreciated :D Useful information: Windows 11, latest geforce driver, i7-11700k, 16GB RAM, GeForce RTX 3060Ti.Skate. playtest still no invitation
I haven't received an invitation to the playtest yet. Have been signed up since the 18th June. Is there any way to include me in the daily waves today or tomorrow? I noticed a week ago that my playtest preferences were preventing me from recieving the invite email but they have been updated since. EA_Aljo if there's anything you or the team can do to help get me in I'd be so grateful. Would love the opportunity to play and provide constructive criticism. Have been hoping to get into the playtest since 2023. Cheers!No playtest invite yet.
I RSVP'd for the guaranteed playtest back on June 11th and I am on Xbox Series S and have yet to get an email in my inbox with an invite/code. I was told at the end of the RSVP survey that I was guaranteed to get in. Again, I RSVP'd on June 11th, play on Xbox Series S and haven't gotten an invite/code yet. When should I expect to get my invite/code?Restricted from Online?
I had just gotten access earlier this morning, its now 11pm est. I finally got home, loaded the game up, and for some reason it says im restricted from accessing online and tells me to go to a website that doesnt exist. Any idea how to fix this? or is there certain times i can play it without being told?
Skate. not showing up in my library
I have waited since July 22 to this day that i would get the game on my ea app but its still not there. I got the email with instructions but the game is not showing up on my EA library. I've tried so far: clearing cache restarted the app everyday from July 22 asked ea support (they couldn't help) Asked live chat support (gave me same solutions i tried already) tried every email i have on ea app just in case it somehow got to a different account reinstalled the app 3 times Viewing account order history I even have the Skate CPT files are on my computer, but the game is nowhere to be seen. I thought all i can do is just wait but its still not there. Is there any way you could help or did i just not make the playtest even tho i got the email? I've waited this game for so long and Skate 3 was my childhood game and i was so excited to playtest this and i'm so sad that it doesn't work Do yall have any suggestions or solutions to this??sent code for early access, redeemed through web browser but never downloaded
I was emailed for the play test and followed instructions to redeem through a web browser. It never downloaded on my Xbox and the code has been redeemed so won’t work on the Xbox store. Emailed them multiple times with no response. Any idea how to get it on my Xbox?Download for Xbox
If you’re on Xbox, after you input the code emailed to you in a web browser, it states it will automatically download and it does not. You will need to make sure you have enough space on your console before doing so. If you enter the code and game is not yet downloaded, search for “skate.” On the Xbox market place and it will indicate that you already own the game. Proceed to download as you normally would and should be able to play
