Play to earn
There is a coming trend that will become the norm in the gaming industry: play to earn. The platforms who will not adapt will disappear. SWGoH could very easy transition in 21st century gaming and avoid the trap of NFT's altogether. Simply, make a market for crystals/usd and let it be user driven. You empower your player base financially, part of the money will still go towards buying LST's and other stuff in-game, and you'd still charge a 5% exchange fee. You could have the crystals at a fixed rate, with a backlog of sell orders, or if u feel brave, open market :) I won't drop names, but there are crypto games that are doing really well in terms of users, retention, transactions and volume. You might be surprised what a small change could do for this game and all who play it. Happy Anniversary!!!
RELIC DELTA-TIME TO LEAVE...
This is how strategy dies. In middle of applause.... Senator Amidala predicted future .. The game now passes through it's darkest times... What is disguised as "update" and progress is in fact a huge boost to pay to win players... Well, we had fun though. Time to leave... Who cares , you will say... But you dont hear players outcry for this...and this soon "here rests SWGOH which after relic delta the base of this community feels treated unfair and left this game...." BRING BACK THE BEFORE DELTA ERA OR A LOT OF PLAYERS WILL LEAVE SOON.Era Challenge Rewards don't daily refresh???
Are you joking? why did i just whale hundreds of $$ just to only get the rewards for the IG-90 event one time!!?? All of the other ones refreshed daily. this is yet again a new level of failure to communicate transparently with the playerbase. Am I the only one who gets extremely livid when I can’t even finish a mission and you have all the right Relic requirements and the enemy just seem to steam roll anything other than a Relic 10???!!! I can’t count how many times I wanna throw my phone against the wall because of unfair game advantages. Does EA even check their material before releasing? I find it incredibly stupid on the Young Lando Mission where that mission’s version of Iden is God and the games playable Iden throws napkins. I find this content really frustrating and the only game mode that I find fun and it’s becoming less and less fun. I would like my voice to be heard and I’m sure others are having this issue at least once. This game deserves more attention before releasing more content that the game community dislikes and even disagree with yet EA doesn’t care about our opinions. I wanna play this game and enjoy it, lately it has become unfair and greedy if these actions continue you can be sure that more new coming players will find other games that are more compassionate such as Marvel Strike Force. Cause CG is not telling us! The only known fact is, that they made this event significantly harder. One week ago, EA_Gunner only confirmed in another post, that this change was intended without giving any further information. https://forums.ea.com/idea/swgoh-bug-reports-en/units-changed-in-journey-guide/12971613 On the other hand, the event requirements in the journey guide still say R7. Sorry, but what's the point about this? If an event is no longer doable at a certain level, then this level is not a requirement any more. Why don't you update this and give us valid information? So PLEASE let players know about your changes or just leave the game unchanged, if you are not willing to do so. Or is this the new gaming experience in general since the update: Come in and find out???CG, please think seriously about currency creep
Unless I've missed something, I believe this is the third time in recent months that you've gotten confused by your own currencies. So please give these question some serious thought: If you get confused by all these new currencies, what makes you think players won't? How many currencies are there in the game now? I feel confident it's over a dozen. Two dozen now?(Someone, feel free to reply if you've counted them all.) Do you think it's healthy for the game if an experienced player can't remember how many currencies there are?Make Good on the Make Good?
We were all given 5000 Episode Shipment Currency instead of 5000 Era Currency. So just make sure this post or some other stays relevant long enough for CG or a YouTuber to notice. Hopefully they will correct their mistake. I think they genuinely meant to give us the Era Currency due to all the leaderboard weirdness and people not receiving their rewards at certain ranks.Thought we were getting Era Currency not episode Currency
Nice of CG to raise hopes of getting some Era currency seen as pay outs have been so low. Instead I get the compensation inbox and to my disappointment ive ended up with Epsiode currency instead of Era currency. Nice way to mess up your apology by messing up. I would like my Era currency so I can purchase a lightspeed token Double rewards for another frustrating **bleep** upMay the force be with us
I did started playing right at launch and I'm open to all points of view and criticism; however, the new ERA system is a different style of gameplay within the current one, which has remained the same; anyone who plays many games can understand this; it will take more time to evolve and follows a different dynamic; the lag problems and everything else are being resolved and are part of any update; we just have to remember that some love the first generation more, others younger people identify with the new films and characters; others older with the expanded universe; the new game system is part of this; it's something new that will please some more than others, but we all love Star Wars and weakening the whole thing by only looking at one part will always harm new fans who identify with something that isn't what you believe to be the best; I hope we can learn to love what is new and especially respect it because we all win with this decision; may the force be with you us.
Green MK 1 Ability Material
I find it EXTREMELY frustrating that it's so ridiculously hard to acquire these things! I just started playing again after a 7 year hiatus, and, for me, this makes the game much less fun. I have over 500 of the red MK 3 and over 600 of the blue MK 2, but a whopping 11 green MK 1... Everything gives blue or red, but very skimpy on the green. So annoying
CG Can’t Even Get a Compensation Reward Right…
Yesterday, it was stated that we would be getting a bunch of free items as compensation for the horrible 10-year anniversary update, which is all great. However, one of the things that we were supposed to get was 5,000 Era Currency (different from the Era Level Currency) that we could theoretically use to buy another LST. This is specifically stated as one of the rewards in the forum post they made yesterday. However, after logging in to claim the rewards, the Era Currency is nowhere to be found. Either CG messed up after already messing up, or they straight out lied to us. Either way, they are showing just how incompetent they really are. CG is pathetic.Bro CG
Tbh I’m not even mad, this is honestly hilarious. The free stuff is great and honestly does make up a lot for a lot of the errors so like I’m thankful but bro….. an error in the make right for all the errors. I’m sure we will get the era currency as promised eventually but bro is all I gotta say.My Account got radomly banned, any ideas to help?
So on the 9th of December I tried to log into my Account but was greeted by a message stating my Account had been banned due to repeated offenses. Now there’s just a few things weird about that. First of all “repeated” i have never before received a suspension or warning of any kind about committing on offensive so even if i did something wrong I shouldn’t have been instantly perma-banned no? Secondly I have not received any kind of explanation for the ban. The bot you can talk to after being banned said i should have received an email on my linked email-address listing my offenses… which I simply didn’t. Even after reading the Code of Conduct I don’t see any issues in anything i did but besides creating a ticket that could take up to 10 days to get a response too i can’t find any other ways of getting help or Information as apparently having a callable customer service is a bit too hard for EA or they didn’t manage to put the number on any website. If you have any ideas what i can do or why I might have been banned in the first place please let me know.
