Missing Galactic legend shards
On the 19th of December I finished the Jabba the Hutt journey guide and I’m missing 10 shards. For the last week I’ve been talking to ea help on the app and I’ve had absolutely nothing useful from them. Just asking which event it is over and over. is there anyone on here that can help me because the game feels pointless now.

In 30 years of gaming across all platforms, genres, and modes, I've never personally witnessed a developer deliberately make their entire community hate the game they've spent thousands of hours on over so many years. And the most disgusting thing is the utter hypocrisy with which they continue on their path, pretending there isn't a literal wall of torches and pitchforks behind them. No statement, no explanation for methods that are an insult to human intelligence. I've loved SWGOH since day one, but a company that treats the people who brought them to celebrate their goddamn 10th anniversary like this deserves nothing more than to be isolated and cancelled.Take a step back
I don't come to the forum that much, but I've never seen a reaction like that before. If anything, you've managed to unite the player base (your CUSTOMER btw) against your team. I've never witnessed so much anger, protest, and unrest before. And if you don't notice it, you're either blind (sorry for you on that one), inept and incompetent (you should truly rethink your career choice) or stupid (sorry for us here). Do something. Anything is better than your silence and the joke you released last night. There is more value to a team to admit a failure (honnesty, strength, understanding) than to push through and persevere like the last idiot of the village. You won't do yourself any favour, quite the opposite. It will brand your team as inept and weak, and everything you will do in the future will be looked at under that bias and won't be valued as it could. Time to go back. Sorry, things are far worse than it looks on a surface. Not only Era is being badly designed, there are tons of defects, relic delta glitches and works unexpectedly, paying for any era progress does not progress you, game mode is ultimately boring and not fun. Revert this, completely. Your game design here: 1. introduce relic delta, so relics become much more important than ever 2. add new relic level 10 3. hide relic 10 behind paywall of boring artificial new „gaming“ mode colosseum. 4. profit. Getting relic 10 mats designed in a „betting“ form — you need to compete with other „junkies“ in auction for a place in virtual rating to get them, how much you spend depends on how much others bet. No upper limit. Your suffering is part of design. That‘s a shame, but that part of a plan. That the whole game design of CG. Relic delta not a separate thing but one of the main pillars in how to hinge players and force them to spend. Main thing — you forgot that this should be fun. It‘s not. not just gonna complain but taking action to not spend $.01 here to support these clowns. Aside from the hard feelings I would say for me personally the order 66 clones was my biggest high opener for holy sh**. Unit Name: Redeemed Vader Affiliation: Light Side Tags: Rebel, Jedi With Dark Side Rey and Bastilla Shan Fallen, another similar character which would be great to see is Redeemed Vader aka Infinities Darth Vader or White Armored Vader. First appearing in the Infinities Return of the Jedi comic series, with Palpatine escaping the 2nd Death Star's destruction and Luke and Leia able to redeem Vader, Vader decides to join the Rebel Alliance to help hunt down the Emperor. Vader also has his armor turned white to represent his redemption. His Black Series and Comic Pack action figures depict him still wielding his red lightsaber. Despite the Infinities series set in an alternate timeline, Legends is regarded as an alternate continuity too with Legends exclusive characters Kyle Katarn, Darth Talon, Darth Malak, Darth Malgus and Mara Jade already present in the game. Just explain how this is going to work. in normal person chat. week 1 etc, week 2 etc, week 3 your going to be great etc. we dont need cryptic clues, we need to know!. if its a non FTP mode, being up front would help. played this game for 10 years, not really come on here, but i really felt i needed too

Aren't you ashamed of your poor work? It's a level of shame that's hard to describe... I have no words...Proper Fix to the Game - New PvP Mode
With all of the issues surrounding the new update, I'm pretty sure I know exactly how to boost player engagement to historic heights - introduce a new PvP mode. A PvP mode that allows you to designate up to 10 teams in a free-for-all arena that anyone in your ally list can fight anytime they want to test some of their new teams. From the game owners perspective, think about how many more hours players will spend in the app fine tuning their teams just to crush their friends and brag about it.
Era challenges is absurd
Who playtested this? Who thought this was better than galactic challenges? You literally CANNOT win even the first tier of the challenges if you haven’t spent money to level Luke up. This system hasn’t been playtested enough and and WE shouldn’t be the ones playtesting it for you! This is straight up garbage. In addition, there is absolutely no level of strategy in the era challenges which is another sucker punch to the face because you could’ve actually won higher tiers of galactic challenges if you could theory craft good enough.. do better cg, im tired of this.Someone explain to me why we are here
I have played this game for the last almost 6 years. The last 2 large updates have been extremely rough to deal with. The absolute audacity and empathy for their players and supporters is by any standard, insane. My only concern left is not collapsing a guild i started building years building. No thanks to the money hungry idiots that are controlling it. If you don’t spend, you’re screwed. If you spend, you get a higher star cap and you’re still screwed. For a character that no one asked for, by the way, “oh i need a New Hope Luke, who can’t hit the broad side of a barn with a blaster” and we definitely need to see he misses 2 of 3 shots every time. I can’t even express how absolutely disappointed and disrespected these changes are for everyone. This is the first update i have seen that craps on everyone. No matter how much you spend, you’re as screwed as the person who doesn’t. Congrats Capital Games you have created a NFT game system where every player loses by being involved. Absolutely disgusting. I wont spend any money or crystals on the new era toons as they are useless. now I discovered CG even made it all worse. To collect your 11k bonus episode points you need to get 3 era feats. These feats are not achievable for people who dont want to spend money on the new era toons. The game is being ruined for money and F2P are getting forced of the game. I've been playing the the new update with a strategy of "don't spend a crystal for a game mode that you don't enjoy." Because I shouldn't have to spend more resources for the game to function in a new and improved state, right? We were told that free to play players would still be able to access everything that we were receiving in the game. I've spent money on LSBs and the hyperdrive bundle when it was discounted, but I don't like to spend on anything else. I have been obtained almost no episode currency and I'm now at level 17 on the track. This is the first time since the introduction of episode currency that I haven't been able to buy each of the omicron's from the shipments. And there is no sign in the game that I will be able to get enough points to get any omicrons form the next shipment. Every day I log into this game I become more frustrated at how poorly this update was thought out, unless the thought was to push every player away from the game. If that was the idea, then it's going perfectly. Because I don't know how long I'll last if this is the way the game will be forever now.
Coliseum Observations
So at this point I am level 16, having spent about 1500ish crystal, and there is no real way to progress without spending $. I can't even get to 10% on each of the 4 battles that would eventually let me get to 17. I am just stuck. Even if it took a couple days to get a level that would be something. Instead I am just stuck getting annihilated in two rounds at most, and not progressing. Please fix the balance so at least there is some progression.
