My Account Subscription After a False Ban
Greetings, my account was falsely banned a while ago due to "violating TOS" I have been unbanned since then. I appealed it and they found the ban to be an error on their part, however, after I was unbanned I found my account status to be "Preferred" despite my subscription still having 25+ days remaining. I have contacted them but I still have yet to recieve a reply or any response at all regarding what casued my ban and whether or not my subscription can be reinstated. Being a new player, this is rather frustrating seeing that I've essentially lost 2 weeks of time I could have spent playing, along with the money I spent to buy the subscription on this information. Attached below is the reply to appeal to unban my account as proof. Has there been similiar cases to these and if so what can I do?
Launcher does not recognize password
I have a problem with the launcher not recognizing my password. I can sign into the SWTOR site with the password, no problem, and used this login to pay for my subscription. It worked once on the launcher after it requested a one time password, but it has literally failed dozens of times. This is the second day after restarting my subscription that no play or activity is possible. And my PST work schedule makes the phone lines extremely inaccessible. This has been a very frustrating experience.
Cant reset password
Greetings , Trying to log back into SW:ToR after a long hiatus. I bought the collectors edition back when the game was released with the security key fob. I haven't logged in for quite a few years and had the itch to give it another try. I'll say 3 years give or take ? Had zero problems until now. I still have my security key fob , and try to go thru the motions of resetting my password to no avail , been trying for 3 days. I get the email to change the password , click the link , type in new password and it brings up the same error every time posted below. I'm clicking the email within seconds of receiving it , not like I'm waiting for hours. Email usually comes withing minutes and I click it as soon as I get the email.My account was blocked without reason.
Hello, my game nickname is Valedmar. When I try to log in, I get a warning about a problem with my account; I assume it's been blocked. However, my account hasn't been hacked or otherwise violated. I know you'll tell me to call support, but I can't physically call them because their normal working hours are late at night, when I'm already asleep. Is it really impossible to unblock my account without calling? You're probably the only company that can resolve issues with a phone call. Not everyone can do it physically or speaks the language well enough. I didn't receive any notifications about my account information changing before the block, and I haven't received any emails at all, so there must have been some kind of error.
Can't connect to eurpean servers
I have played all weekend like 10 hours straight. I took a speeder to the last checkpoint of the Hoth planet to continue with the class quest. Suddenly I have been disconnected and can't login to Tulak Hord anymore. I tried other european servers and haven't been successful, but other servers work fine. I don't want to start over though. I have read similar situations here, some have had steam chargebacks but I use the original launcher, don't use the steam version. Some suggested a ban might cause it, but I can't imagine why I would be banned I am playing solo without guild and I don't interact with anybody aside form occasianal emotes. Restarting the router, didn't help, I cant try mobile connection because this is a desktop machine and doesn't have wifi. Any suggestion is appreciated.Launcher is just a white box
I havent played in I dont know how many years. Was an early access guy back in 2011 and played for a year or two...forgot to unsubscribe and ended up with 10 years of cartel credits until i remembered to cancel in 2021. My boys are getting old enough and I wanted to introduce them to this game and so i downloaded the launcher on their laptop and guess what...the launcher wont work. just pops up a white box. Running it as admin, running it in compatibility mode,...and still nothing. Anyone know how to get the launcher working on a new computer? Thanks
Odd connection error that seems unique
Hey folks, I afked a bit during the game and apparently it sent me all the way back to server select, when I tried to log back in it said "Connection error occured", weird thing is I can connect all other servers, it specifically won't let me reconnect to my main server(Darth Malgus), any other server when I connect window pops saying logging into selected server and it logs in, when I click on my main server game freeze for 15seconds no window pop or anything then it comes back and says connection error occured, checked firewall, restarted router and PC, changed DNS, tried VPN nothing seems to work, I play using Steam, theres no chargeback or whatsoever, I really don't want to start over on a new server, any help would be appreciated.Unable to use credit card to pay for sub
Hello, I'm trying to sub again after sometime but the account don't let me add my credit card, only ea gift cards are allowed. Last time I did pay for a gift card, but I just cant find it anymore. There's something I need to do to be able to use credit cards again? Bests.
