i have a ban in apex legends and trying to raise a dispute the problem is i can't raise a dispute because i don't see the ban in the first place
the system telling me "You have no violations or appeals on your account."
spoke with the support and got 0 help about it
ofc i am sure i am in my account not other account
i know that i just need a way to contact with EA TOS team
because contacting them with raise a dispute through penalty history isn't possible for me because MY BAN isn't there
