Heirloom glitch
On December 31st around 10pm Utc+8 i bought a bunch of packs and pulled heirloom shards, wondering which heirloom i should get i was looking at a few of them and i clicked on wraiths kunai, i didn't typically like the heirloom and i definitely wouldn't of chosen it, all of the universals are better in my opinion but my game glitched, i pressed where it says buy for 150 shards but never confirmed because i didn't want it, i then pressed “esc” on my keyboard and my screen froze for like 2 seconds and i the game decided to buy wraiths heirloom, i don't expect ea to refund my shards but it would be really nice since i bought at-least 80% of the 500 packs. i get that all in game purchases are final but i didn’t intend to press confirm nor did i press confirm. is it possible for this to be resolved?Nothing like kickfliping onto a squad and melting them with an R99! 😄🛹
I don't care what anyone says, the hoverboard is freakin bad a! I wish they would make it a permanent thing tbh. The one downside to my main (conduit) was maneuverability. But with that thing, it completely fixes that. And the fact you can't trick at the top of things like horizons lift or off gravity lifts to get extra height makes it even cooler. I also really like the transition from riding it, back to having your weapon drawn. It's so smooth and as the title says, makes kickfliping on squads sooo fun! 😄🛹Stop playing this slop
The balance is just god awful...overtuned legends and overtuned guns. You literally HAVE TO use some guns or just get washed no matter how accurate you are. Abilities are getting to overwatch level with just screen clutter SLOP. Map changes are HORRIBLE. They ruined this once great FPS.This is a very serious issue about Apex!
I am a player from China, and my account was mistakenly banned, but my KDA did not even exceed 1. I don't know where I went wrong。I filed an appeal but did not receive a good response. The professionals did not tell me the reason for my ban, and they even used robots to reply to me because their words were the same every time。There are also many bugs on your official website. Players cannot see the ban records, but when they file an appeal, it shows server errors that prevent them from clicking and submitting. Anti cheating is a joke. It only wrongly bans green players. Recently, it mistakenly banned our Apex professional players, who are Noname and QQ. QQ is the champion player of the 2025 Saudi Cup。 I can swear with the lives of my entire family that I absolutely did not cheat. I can provide all the evidence, including recharge records and IP records. I believe that my ban was caused by an IP issue, as I come from China and want to play Apex, I must use an accelerator. If the network is not good, the accelerator will automatically switch nodes, which may be considered an attack on EA servers。I will attach my EA data in the attachment。 I hope the relevant staff can take the above issues seriously and conduct a thorough review of my account. First things first conduit has kind of been neglected, she needs a buff. But just a minor one. Let's say both of your team mates are right in front of you, conduit has two of those things on her back. You should be able in that case to charge both of your team mates shields. Either that or have a permanent two tac charges. Second mirage needs a major nerf. That guys whole gig is decoys, not going invisible. He pops a shield, he goes invisible. He sends a decoy he slightly goes invisible. He uses his ultimate he goes invisible. And most irritating of all you knock him, he goes invisible. The last one gets me the most cuz no other legend has an ability triggered by them being knocked. Third is caustic. This guy is irritating as all get out, especially if you're playing wildcard and have 3 of them on a team. He has sooo many traps. And when you have 3 it's ridiculous how campy people are. He definitely needs a nerf. But not in the way most would think. Let him keep all his traps. But allow his toxic gas to be caught on fire. This could also be a buff in some cases, but would force people to play caustic in a whole different matter. Would encourage people to think about how they use their traps instead of hiding in a single room the entire game.Revert the drop mechanics

I’m day 1 player and stopped playing bc cheaters such as aim bot, configs, teaming, etc… and matchmaking. I come back a year later and guess what the same shi is happening you know I thought maybe you’d figure it out by now but seems you don’t want ppl playing your game. ATM the game is unbearable to play just as it was a year ago. It’s a 3rd party camp simulator where everyone sits height and uses snipers then when other ppl do the fighting for them aka: me they push and not just 1 team im talking a 3v15 😭 like really? Do devs honestly play this game and think “yea this is fun” what a joke. Atleast fix the cheating!? Like really. I’ve never seen a game go from fun and worth playing to absolute chaos everygame. Matchmaking? My bar will be maxed out and still get teammates who don’t know how to play. Then ranked lobbies are literally diamond lobbies now, predators in plat lobbies. I feel like these are simple easy fixes yet you let your game die. So close to deleting the game once again bc this is unplayable
Easy Anticheat Destroys The Game Experience
In the process of trying to find cheater u started banning 3rt party programs from working one of them is the InterGUI this program Helps me and other players play with the correct dpi and sensitivity in the game and now its doesnt work . Also banning Macros that abuse the system i guess is fine But Macros that make the game more fun to play Like the Rapid Fire thats not good or healthy for the game Cause the cheaters will find a way to cheat again and again and again its like a drug for them for casuals that play the game for years semi completitive like a player that i am the games becomes just worst in My opinion you have to revert the last Changes about 3rd party programs imagine playing with a sensitivity thats the same in all games that i play and now you ban my sensitivity from the game thats so bad its like You drive a car and i remove the breaks from it you try to stop and you cant so now you have to hand break from now on and the mechanic says oops sorry your breaks are banned i cant fix your breaks gl ! thats what its is like when you make a player lose the sens converter the games becomes unplayable !! Fix it Fast Make Apex Great Again Not Worse!! Youre Welcome!!
No Apex win trackers.
Both of my mains (conduit and horizon) don't have apex win trackers and I'm forced to use ones for apex wins with full squad alive. Why is this? I know all the og's have them, even octane has them who was not an og character. I know it's such a minor thing, but it kinda sucks I can't display my total wins with them.Legend rework Ballistic “master of arms”
Legend Rework] Ballistic: The "Master of Arms" Overhaul for Season 27 The Context: In the current Season 27 meta, Purple Armor (100 HP) is the defensive ceiling. Ballistic’s current kit feels outdated; the Whistler damage is too low to deter pushes, and his Ultimate is too "selfish." This rework scales his lethality and squad utility to make him a top-tier Assault pick that rewards tactical precision. Tactical: Smart-Whistler 2.0 (The Deterrent) We are keeping the Smart-Lock technology but drastically increasing the penalty for enemies who refuse to stop shooting. Direct Hit (Impact): 20 Damage . Shock Bubble (Area Trap): 15 Damage Overheat Burst: 25 Damage. BASE MECHANIC: SILENCE. Any enemy who triggers the Overheat is now automatically Silenced (unable to use abilities) for 3 seconds. The Meta Math: Direct Hit + Overheat = 45 Total Damage. Impact: Landing a Smart-Lock shot now deletes nearly 50% of an enemy’s max shield if successfully overheated. This forces the target to either stop firing for 3 seconds or face a devastating health loss and ability lockout. Which punishes reckless aggressors for Ballistic to be the 1v1 duelist he should be Ultimate: Tempest (Squad Gilded Arsenal) NEW EFFECT: Gilded Touch. Upon activation, the currently held weapon of every teammate in range is instantly upgraded to Gold Tier (Level 4 attachments/Hop-ups) for the duration of the buff. Utility: Standard infinite ammo, faster reload, and armed movement speed remain active. Legend Upgrades (EVO Perk Tree) Level 2 (Blue Shield) Left: "Double Tap" – Gain a second charge of the Smart-Lock Whistler. Right: "Chain Reaction" – If a Whistled enemy triggers an Overheat, the effect "jumps" to the nearest ally within 8m, dealing 10 shock damage and instantly filling their heat-meter by 50%. Dev Intent: Choose between suppressing multiple targets or punishing squads that huddle together in tight cover. Like Gibraltar Newcastle or rampart Level 3 (Purple Shield) Left: "Lingering Static" – Whistler’s Shock Bubble duration is tripled (3s → 9s). Perfect for area denial and gatekeeping. Right: "Gunrunner" – Knocking an enemy while Tempest is active instantly restores 25% of your Tactical and Ultimate cooldown. Why This Works Loot Equalizer: Ballistic can now "fix" a bad loot game, giving his team a fighting chance against better-geared squads. Punishes Reckless Aggression: The 25-damage Overheat + Silence ensures that players cannot simply "spray through" the Whistler debuff.
