Recent "gameplay enhancement" bans
(This is not an appeal just informative information regarding recent bans) I wanted to share this because I was recently hit with one of these "gameplay enhancement" bans myself, and it seems to be part of a wider pattern since the recent EAC updates. I had a fresh PC account that reached level 54 and started queuing into Diamond/Predator lobbies with strong damage and kills. I was not using any cheats, macros, scripts, Cronus, XIM, or anything like that. After the ban I pulled my EA data and it showed 35 player reports, mostly for smurfing. It felt like the behavioral flags triggered from the quick climb and the report spike. For what it is worth, I streamed my gameplay at the time and I continue to stream my gameplay with clear evidence that there were no cheats or unauthorized tools in use. The anti-cheat is doing good work against actual cheaters, but these behavioral flags on PC feel pretty quick to trigger for anyone performing well on a new account. Console seems to see far less of this. Just wanted to put the details out there in case it helps show the pattern.

## **Legend Profile: Departure** **Name:** Inna Potzclaw **Class:** Controller Departure is designed to evolve the Controller role by moving away from static "bunker" gameplay and focusing on **active repositioning** and **resource management**. She excels at shredding shields and using AI-assisted utility to hold down a perimeter. ### **Passive: Tuck and Roll** Inspired by the **Halo Reach evade**, this is a high-skill movement ability for a defensive legend. * **The Move:** Inna can perform a quick directional dash or roll. * **Purpose:** Instead of using movement to dive into a fight (like a Skirmisher), she uses this to quickly "tuck" behind cover or dodge incoming fire while retreating to a fortified position. ### **Tactical: The Spit Nova** Following the trend of legends with "integrated" weapons (like Vantage or Rampart), this is a unique hybrid firearm. * **The Design:** A cross between a **Spitfire** and a **Volt SMG**, powered by an **L-STAR plasma conduit**. * **The Effect:** It fires superheated plasma rounds specifically engineered to **tear through enemy shields** with high efficiency. * **The Risk:** To keep it balanced, the gun has an **overheat mechanic**. If you over-fire, the plasma vents back at the player, dealing self-damage. It rewards players who can manage their heat levels during a firefight. ### **Ultimate: The Stalker** A seeker drone built from a **Revenant torso** and a specialized processor, allowing it to function as an autonomous combat unit. * **The Command System:** Using a "using the same button life line uses to call doc back" system, the Stalker can switch between three distinct move sets: 1. **Cover Your Back:** Guards the rear of the squad to prevent flanks. 2. **Assist & Frontal Fire:** Joins the frontline to provide extra pressure on the enemy. 3. **Retrieve:** The Stalker has a white backpack for storage. When you use the selected button on an item (like a battery or ammo), the droid fetches it and brings it back to you. She is a Russian descendants and is based off of a real life person who I feel can voice her and model for her. You could add her after you add the next legend. I have another legend called stop watch and YES IF YOU REACH OUT TO ME I WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING I HAVE from character origins to designs I am currently working on a new map where Inna Potzclaw called home. I'm not some weirdo who is just begging for you to make the legend I'm the weirdo that wants a chance to make his own game but can't because of where I'm at in life, I promise you that I would love to join your team and work for pennies on the dime for your company, I have so many creative ideas that selling mine for dirt cheap won't effect my creative processes. I'm really reaching out to you guys not for myself but for gameplay, a star stuck inside of Russian rule in hopes she can shine bright once more her artist name is Polarrana. She is the one I want to use for the modeling and voicing of the apex legend and I think you could get a decent deal out of us. As for others who feel I am waisting my time, just keep those opinions to yourself, yes I'm am actually working on the map and a separate game for Inna herself but ONLY because I love this character more than I have ever loved any other of my characters.Bans
Do you guys have an algorithm for sabotages in game? And do people get perma banned? I had a game yesterday and I was 6 kills aways from a 20 bomb and one of my teammates left the game so I couldn't get the 20 bomb. I think yall need to do something about people like that and ban them permanently.neo strafe
The game is full of people using this new Strafe especially with smurfè accounts, it has become impossible to play not to mention the people who use obvious wallacks, you are hidden in a corner for 30 seconds a team arrives that immediately turns to your side without caring about the team a little ahead that shoots, after countless reports nothing has ever been done, always automatic messages, now unplayable full of cheaters, you would do better to turn off the servers, for me it's a dead game I'll give it another year of life, you want to save the game make them pay at least 30 dollars
Look at all the ban appeals....Cheating is out of control
you guys have to perma ban these people, the cheating in this game is the worst I've ever seen and I started in season 11. I literally can't play a game without at least one blatent level 20, stock skin player with random number names beaming me across the map or waiting for me to peak around some weird corner they should know I'm behind. The worst right now is the trigger bots and wall hacks, they wall you and have their trigger bot on just waiting for you to come around the corner to auto shoot at you. This is disgusting...it used to be a rare thing to run into cheaters like this but now its like half your player base. Please find a way to permanently ban these low lifes, I can't believe you can actually buy cheat packs from gamestop...Account issues
I was recently playing Apex until my email got swapped to the email that was placed on it before and required me to send a code to unlock my account to like fix the issue because it says missing info for account or something and whenever I type the code in the whole page refreshes and nothing happens so I haven’t been able to log into my account for the past couple weeks. Can anyone help me with this because I’ve chat with the support and they won’t help me because I deleted the creation email a while back because I got hacked
False ban / automatic replies from EA
I have recently gotten banned for Gameplay Enhancement and before it I got banned for a penalty I didn't do, and when I tried to contact EA I just kept getting automated/template replies even though I have explained everything clear to them and requested a manual review. I had Logitech GHub, Medal, Malwarebytes, Transparent Taskbar and Discord running in the background so I have no idea what could have caused me to get flagged or if its something else unrelated to apps completely. If anyone knows anything on what I should do I'd greatly appreciate it.Match Quality Daytime Vs Night
Does anyone else experience a really bad difference in match quality with teammates you get queued with? Yes I solo queue but it’s ranked and the skill of teammates I get is more bipolar than a certain country leader. Most the time during day my teammates play like they’re ranked and at night it’s like they’re chewing on crayons. Anyone else experience this?
Ranked in season 28 unplayable from diamond and up still!!!! Banwave?
This is absolutely ridiculous for 13 straight seasons console has been in absolute wasteland of third-party hardware, whether it's macros or full-on scripts. I played this game since it came out. I've played this game for 7 years. It's not hard to tell when someone is just pointing and shooting their gun without having to control their recoil via mechanics and techniques. You have established that using macros or scripts or any kind of third-party hardware to limit the amount of in-game player decisions a player has to make is against TOs and is considered cheating. I'm seriously hoping that there's going to be some kind of Hope for season 29 of Apex Legends and some form of anti-cheat that detects and automatically not manually for goodness sake. So sick of the manual bands because they're not doing anything and then just like three, four or five weeks. Possibly even six or seven seasons before these freaks get banned again. I'm trying to not use pointally worded language here. But it is completely unfathomable about how desperate people are to cheat in this game. Whether it's something as simple as a strike pack or something as severe as aimbot and wall hacks. You got players spoofing into console lobbies with full cheats with ESP wall hacks. Got people staring at people straight through a wall and pred and still yet to be banned. You got xim users that are currently pred and have yet to be banned. You still got a bunch of players running around with m&k input because they're using a Zen and anti-recoil. It's frustrating. Console desperately needs another bandwave a little more than a little over 3,000 players. That last bandwave barely made a dent. Don't get me wrong. Recoil control is a thing. I do it all the time. But there are mechanics and techniques that these players are clearly not using. Every gun has a recoil pattern meaning every gun has recoil. Another thing that I don't think that was talked about is modded controllers with built-in zens and macros. That automate certain functions in the game. There needs to be a way to automatically detect whether someone is using third-party hardware. Whether it's something like a strike pack a modded controller a Zen, a Xim or a Titan. There are players in the game with Zen and Xim and Titan literally in their clan tag. Will the third tier level 300 account that has yet to be banned. There is no way that these players are not getting banned. There's no way that these players are not getting flagged. So you are either intentionally not banning these players or you're waiting three or 5 weeks six seven seasons waiting for what I have absolutely no idea to ban these people and one big bandwave rather than just banning them right there. These people should never be making into diamond. These people should be banned before they ever level up to even be playing ranked. I get that. That's wishful thinking. But they should never be making it to diamond. They shouldn't even make it to Platt. Keeping these players out of Platt will keep them out of high tier lobbies. I mean it's not like you're even monitoring high tier lobbies anyways. I literally don't know what's going on on that other side of thanks. But I'm so sick of the state of this game. To sit here and play ranked and not get out. Skilled but get out hardwared in this game is The most frustrating experience. More frustrating than watching paint dry. No, I fought some legit players throughout this season too. Both died and killed them. So I know the difference. The teaming in ranked is also really annoying. You can go to the freaking looking groups on Xbox and there are about six or seven different looking groups that are requesting people to freaking six man and you report these people through the Xbox and they don't even get hardware banned. So partially that's Microsoft's fault. But it also doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at a match and see that there are three different teams all shooting one team multiple times throughout an entire match and then don't even attempt to shoot at each other. Or they start to shoot at each other and then they stop. And both go in opposite directions. That's been happening way too much for it to be a coincidence. These people are not the smartest people. They are some of the dumbest people I've ever seen in my entire life. Once is a coincidence twice three times as a pattern.Bought the battle pass, haven't received anything from it
I purchased the battle pass for second split for season 28. I bought the premium+ one and haven't received anything from it. I keep reaching out for help but no one is answering. Im almost done with the battle pass and have nothing to show for it.
