Will I lose my stuff?
Hi, so I have an Xbox Apex account that I played on during covid, I didn't have a PC yet, or even an email because I was still young. My dad let me use his email to set everything up. About 2 years later I got my first PC (also my own email from our service provider Shaw), since I spent almost no money on Apex back then, I only had some twitch drops and the battle passes. I then switched to PC, I didn't really care about losing out on the stuff I had since it was so little. Since I switched to PC I've hardly played on that account since. I've been playing on my main account (pc) since I switched. I got very invested into Apex after, I have 50k + kills, 8 heirlooms and a ton of skins (Every blue Item unlocked) (probably $1500 spent) and thousands of hours. I am wondering if I am still able to link my Xbox account (dads email) with my PC main account (my email) The only reasons I really want to do this is so that I can play my main account anywhere + I have some rare stuff and a PK skin I really liked one with crystals (I main Maggie so It would be even better) All I want to know is... Can I merge/cross progression my PC and Xbox accounts? If I do, will I keep my main accounts stats and items, and will it add my OG items to my PC account? Is there anything that could go wrong? And If there is, can it be fixed by EA support? I just really don't want to lose my main accounts items. I have so many memories and money spent on it, I don't think I could deal with losing it. Thank you for any replies/help I get. If an EA helper sees this please chime in, because hearing it from someone who actually works for EA would be even better since it is 100% correct.False account ban
Dear EA Support Team, I am appealing the ban on my Apex Legends account . My account was penalized for abnormal activity on [2026.7.26], and I firmly state that I have never used cheats, hacking tools, mods or any third-party prohibited software. Detailed incident timeline and evidence are listed as below: 1. On July 26, 2026, my EA account was accessed repeatedly by unknown IP addresses located in Hong Kong, which is not my regular login region and not operated by me. 2. A malicious account configuration change (accountChangeLog) was executed on July 26, 08:42 UTC without my authorization. The attacker modified account permission parameters, set an invalid long-term expiration date, and left no modification reason, proving my account was hijacked. 3. The abnormal gameplay behavior that triggered the anti-cheat ban was conducted by the hacker who stole my account, not myself. I only log in on my personal fixed PC occasionally, and I have only played the game in domestic internet cafes for legitimate entertainment. I never shared, rented or sold my account to any third party. I have attached the full login IP logs and account change logs as proof of account theft. I fully comply with EA Terms of Service and Apex Legends game rules. If my account gets unbanned, I will immediately reset my account password, enable EA two-factor authentication, block overseas unfamiliar IP segments and strengthen account security to avoid similar incidents again. Please re-review my penalty records, separate my legitimate operations from the hacker’s violation behavior, and lift the ban on my account. Thank you for your time and help. I love this game with all my heart and want it to grow, so please take a look at my notes and tell me what you think 😊 The idea is to create a new feature - "Teammate Honor" with Progressive Banner Badge & System. 1. Overview & Goal: A community-driven endorsement system aimed at reducing toxicity, promoting communication, and rewarding teamwork. It gives players a tangible, cosmetic goal to grind while encouraging a positive mindset in matchmaking. 2. Core Mechanics: Post-Match Endorsement: At the end of a match, players can give a quick "Thumbs Up" (Honor/Praise) to their teammates for good teamwork, callouts, or friendly behavior. Progressive Banner Badge: Introduces an evolving badge for the Legend banner (similar to the Damage or Win Streak badges). Tiered Progression: The badge levels up based on total positive feedback received (e.g., Tier 1: 100 endorsements ; Tier 2: 500; Tier 3: 1,000; Max Tier: 2,500+ with special visual effects/animations). 3. Anti-Farming & Anti-Abuse Safeguards: 7-Day Cooldown Per Unique ID: A player can only endorse the same unique Account ID once every 7 days. This completely eliminates abuse/farming within premade squads, while still allowing a "second chance" and ongoing rewards for playing well with recurring teammates. Positive-Only Rating: Only "Thumbs Up" options exist to prevent toxic players from using negative votes out of frustration. 4. Why it Benefits Apex Legends: Positive Reinforcement: Uses cosmetic status (a flex-worthy badge) as "soft power" to decrease early rage-quitting and increase team synergy. Specifically, I would like to confirm if running a background utility that adjusts monitor color profiles and display resolutions via official Windows and NVIDIA APIs is fully compliant with EA Terms of Service and EAC policies. The utility in question operates under the following specifications: 1. Display Gamma: Uses standard Windows GDI APIs (SetDeviceGammaRamp) to modify desktop color ramps at the OS level. 2. Digital Vibrance: Calls official NVIDIA driver APIs (nvapi64.dll - NvAPI_SetDVCLevel) to adjust digital vibrance levels at the GPU driver layer. 3. Why am I getting punished for having a good connection??? I literally Dashes 50 meters back from an opponent they do a melee at that distance and it knocks me... wth??? there's like a whole complete second where the ghost of my legend lives on their screen for them to kill??? Thats insane. I even video captured one, it wasn't the worst one but still clear enough. I asked for refund last time because there's bug and I accidentally paid twice of the battlepass. After I got refunded, the Ultimate rewards also got refunded, I only got 10 exotic shards, no pathfinder skins, no horizon skins. Note: I got only refunded once, so I still bought 1 Ultimate BattlePassServers for Africa?
There are a decent amount of us in Africa, particularly South Africa, that play Apex Legends. I know that lag compensation is almost essentially part of the game, but I can’t help but feel that we’re constantly playing at a deficit when facing people who play on a flat 30-80 ping. we constantly have to deal with 200+ ping in game, and switching servers doesn’t really help because of our distance to everyone - it’s basically the same, if not worse. Tried VPN and tried anti-lag software but it just doesn’t cut it. Obviously we’re making do with what we can, but I know that this game would definitely pick up on players if it had a more central, dedicated server for Africa.But, what if...
Hey Respawn Team, I've been playing Apex for a long time, and I wanted to share a map idea that I think would feel completely different from anything in the game today. Imagine a dense jungle map inspired by Rambo, Tomb Raider, Indiana Jones, and The Mummy. Features could include: Massive rainforest with heavy canopy and limited sightlines. Ancient temples and forgotten ruins as major POIs. Underground tombs and tunnel networks connecting the map. Rope bridges, waterfalls, caves, and hidden loot rooms. Environmental traps like rolling boulders, collapsing bridges, and spike traps. Dynamic weather such as rain, fog, and thunderstorms. Wildlife that reacts to nearby squads. I also think Apex would benefit from a Photo Mode or Explorer Mode where players can appreciate the incredible work your environment artists put into every map. So anytime I doing bad for ever I switch legends then suddenly I get 15 kills 3k+ damage. Then after couple game the game becomes bad and go to being really average. This used to happen in fifa too, if you change formation or buy new player suddenly few a few games you obliterate opponents and then it goes back to trashInvisibility hack getting out of hand this month
Please crack down on the amount of players using the invisibility hack. This has been a minor problem since season 20, but this past month I've noticed it more and more, so they must have come up with a new variant that slips by the EAC. It's getting so ridiculous how someone can literally be right in front of me and shoot me and my teammates at point blank range and not even be seen on the screen. Same thing when I was hiding in a plant at estates and an octane came in and started looting and putting on better gun attachments that had the hack on and was completely invisible, thankfully he didn't see me hiding there and I was able to shoot him. They can already use perfect aim, shoot through obstacles, use rapid fire, so why do they need to be invisible too? This is getting so ridiculous I just get angry every day I play this game now. I would pay a thousand dollars to have the pre season 20 apex back for just one day, sheesh! Everyday I play for a few hours as a casual person and I'm constantly seeing aimbotting in Apex Legends ranked. I always report these players but feel let down by EA because I am seeing it every day and when reporting the cheating players, there is no confirmation of it was cheating or not. Hello, I’m playing on the Asia server. The AP - East1 server has the most cheaters. They sell boosting services and cheats on [Edit - CM] Cheaters can see where players are located and even view their usernames by checking the map. They avoid pro players and streamers and target regular players instead. Even if they get banned, they buy accounts for $1 to $3 and come back to the game. They used to use head aimbots to avoid getting taken down quickly, but these days they use wallhacks and body aimbots. I know you're doing a better job of catching cheaters than you used to, but there are cheaters in every match. It's getting to the point where I can't even play the game. It seems there are ways for them to get in by taking a detour even if they're on a hardban. I saw a DDoS attack being launched from a website. Normally, it would have caused the game to crash, but now it just causes lag.Missing Battle Pass Pack Contents from Season 29 Split 1
Hi EA Team, I am unable to submit a ticket through the EA Help website (the submit button is not responding), so I am posting here for help. During the first split of Season 29, I unlocked a Purple Apex Pack and possibly a regular Apex Pack from the Battle Pass. However, right after I used these packs, the game happened to be launching at that exact moment. I did not see the unboxing animation or any items being added. I suspect the pack contents may not have been delivered to my account. Could you please help me check?
