My account was banned, and I can't create a case. Please Help
My Apex Legends account was wrongfully banned for “gameplay enhancement” on November 6th. I wasn’t even playing at that time — I was at work — so this ban came as a complete shock. I’ve never cheated or used any third-party software, and I’ve been playing Apex since Season 1 because I truly love the game. It’s the only game I consistently enjoy and spend my free time on. I’ve tried to appeal the ban through the EA website, but the appeal system isn’t working properly and won’t let me submit my case. I’m asking for a fair review of my account because I’ve always played legitimately and care deeply about my progress and the Apex community.Server differences, is it my imagination?
I had a question. The last few nights of playing I have decided to try other servers besides my home server that the game puts me in on login. I've noticed the 3 or 4 servers further from me have given me better hit reg, better teammates and matchmaking, and I haven't noticed one cheater lobby yet. I have only won one match the last few nights I've been trying this, but the people who wind up killing me have been obvious better players and not people that are using cheats like aimbot/wallhacks and movement scripts. I have been getting fairly good damage numbers even with what are normally guns with crappy numbers like the PK and Mastiff. Normally the PK and Mastiff will only do like 6 or 9 damage on my home server, but these past few nights I get damage in the 60s every time and have downed players with these weapons even, so some of the damage has been even higher than that. The automatic weapons like Flatline and Alternator get decent numbers as well and don't just make the noise like they hit while only doing damage in the 40s or so like on my home server. I've been impressed with how the game has played the last few nights I've been trying this. So, my question is, is this all in my mind and I'm just playing better, or could there be a reason that even servers with higher ping (no packet loss though) and further away from me are giving me better games and gameplay? Could there be some work going on with those other servers that are repairing them that haven't started on my home server yet so I'm reaping the benefits of this? I'm just curious because the game has been a lot more fun even though I lose a lot and I feel like I've had a fighting chance like I used to. Anyone know what could be causing this or am I imagining things and maybe just playing better the past few nights? lol

About your random teammates. The devs have added requeue options, use it!!! I use the feature as much as possible, but I've noticed that a lot of players are still solo queuing. If you're not actively searching out a "squad" to compete with in Ranked then it's your fault, not the devs. The update hasn't been out a week and some players in the community are being so negative and bitter. Give the changes some time to work. Geesh!!! Stop blasting your randoms. Some of y'all care so much about kills/damage, but y'all never mention anything about placement. This is a BR, not team deathmatch. You can screenshot your randoms stats all you want, but that means nothing. Maybe your randoms care more about placement then kills. I don't understand the logic behind solo queueing and then expecting "stacked" results, especially since we have an option to use requeue. The fact that solo queuers expect their teammates to kiss their butt and chase them around the map erratically is pure narcissism. If y'all really care about being a "team player" and "ranking up" you will communicate with your squad and link up if you played well together. Now that we have requeue options complaining about your randoms is a non-issue. The devs need to focus on improving Ranked further and removing cheaters and cheats from the game, along with other issues/concerns. Anyways... Ranked Distribution is looking good. Hello EA Support, I am writing because my EA account was hacked, and someone gained unauthorized access. During this unauthorized access, my Exotic Shards were used fraudulently without my permission. As a result, my balance for Exotic Shards is now negative 110 (-110). I did not make these transactions. Could you please investigate this issue and restore my Exotic Shards balance? i’m done. Even Gold rank is full of cheaters, and Respawn keeps deleting our reports. I’m not even here to post “proof” anymore — because every time we post real evidence, Respawn deletes it claiming “privacy violation.” So what’s the point of pretending this system works? Cheaters are everywhere — even in Gold rank now. Wallhacks, aimbots, recoil scripts, everything. Every few games, someone is flying around headshotting everyone with zero recoil. We’ve been reporting, uploading videos, and giving timestamps for years, and nothing changes. Meanwhile, Asian servers are full of hackers while other regions get proper moderation. Respawn, stop hiding behind “privacy” excuses and fix your game. Deleting posts doesn’t delete the problem. We’re angry because we care, but you clearly don’t. We don’t need more “we’re looking into it” copy-paste replies. We need real action — better anti-cheat, faster bans, and actual transparency for the Asia region. Because right now? Hello guys yesterday i have been banned for gameplay enchancement, the thing is AMD auto update window poped up which i will include in screenshot and task scheduler too that i disabled it already i saw posts that your anticheat have problem with this, and as you can see in screenshot, it appears every 15 days at 00:00 and it was around that time i got ban. I really hope that u will watch my in game demos, because u will see that im not using anything. I cannot file an appeal because something went wrong im trying like every 3 hours and still i cannot do anything because it is not working. Best regards in game nick KolesoStastia2
You have to Punish Quitting.
Everyone knows the problems Apex continually has but after 7 years, quitting is not punished in BR. Mixtape is horrible but you can't quit that. I hate Wildcard, I want to play BR. Every single game someone quits for whatever reason and of course the matchmaking is never fair. This, and that vile wishlist, I cant play your game anymore because of these issues. Be nice to get that BF6 anti-cheat too. I'm getting lasered across the map with only a 1x sight.
Please get rid of the zips in broken moon, too many players just take off.
This happens over and over when on this map, players grab what they want and zip across the map. It is a great idea but so many games players just take off on the zip and they either die or you die catching up, or end up catching up while a battle started and have no insight into where people are fighting unless players ping. So many do not ping. I really like the map but forgot how bad the players are when they can just take off on the team. It ruins the team aspect. So many want to lead and that is fine but with the zips it can make it hard to catch up. I do not mind leading nor do i mind not. This game is a shell of the game is once was.

got in couple days to plat III, absolutely unplayable games - my silver teammate vs pred stacks from last seasson Did no developer plugged in their brain ? i'm absolutely speechless, seasson barelly started and i literally can't play it Same as last seasson, i can play 3 days, then wait 2weeks, after that i play another week to get to DIV where it's again unplayable Overall i have maybe 10days of ranked experience to play each split where i feel i can play with randoms and do progressUn installing
I've been playing this game since season 2 that being said I'm by no means an expert I play a couple hours every other day or so but with this latest season it's not even fun anymore. It just seems like you die instantly. No time to retrieve or anything. It seems like they only want experts playing the game now which is weird because as long as I've been playing this game I've never heard anyone say "hey you know what would make this game better?, if you died faster". Lol Anyway it's been 5 years now it's time to move on Battlefield 6 just came out so I guess it's time to install this. You guys have fun with this crap.Another faithful player leaves.
If you can tell me why, I am gold, I have .5 kd, fighting the sweatiest players in the video game? I've played for years, but this is getting to a point of no return, this is not player engagement. Getting 130 average clipped EVERY TIME because my ping is 200, because you are too cheap to look after your video game is not engaging. It's enraging. We thought by now the potential for this game would shine through to the dense, but unfortunately you just lose 1 more player you don't give 2 poops about. I'm about to literally purchase a different game, I've wasted my money, my joy and my appreciation for your work just like you have lost appreciation for your player base. Sayonara. Ps. The new season started off ok. Played yesterday and matchmaking was hit and miss but had a few games. Tried to play again today (two of us + random) and it was absolutely awful. Every single game was a super high end lobby, we are rock bottom or **bleep** near rock bottom game after game. Absolutely destroyed every single encounter. I think in 8 games I had 1 assist and probably averaged about 50 damage because everyone was so good. I can’t compete with that and it was an awful experience. We did not play long (8 games doesn’t take long when you get smashed in your first encounter every time) and just gave up. Please fix this. It was a miserable experience.Autoqueue
I've always found the autoqueue feature absolutely terrible. It stops you from having time to reset after the game. Just to make it clear I never EVER want to use this. Now in Season 27 it's got even worse. Please make a setting to opt out of this. I really really hate it. Ranked went terrible in 26 and is still bad now that you have no choice where to drop. I'm so looking forward to when you skill strip even more so that the amount of kills you get is decided via RNG too. But, back to my point, please put a complete opt out option for autoqueue. I've never really felt the need to play other games but I'm so fed up of this now that I've started playing pubg, battlefield and COD as this autoqueue is just a seriously bad idea if there's no means to opt out of it. But I wonder if the currency, heirloom items, and skins including battle pass skins can be transferred together? Has anyone who has tried it and the results can share it with me?
