Battlefield V unavailable for download PS4
I have done troubleshooting steps with both PlayStation who referred me to EA and EA who just sent me an irrelevant link and then said I had to post here that there was no fix. I bought the PlayStation PS4 BFV deluxe edition digital pre-order for $87.39. I have been able to uninstall and reinstall at my leisure. Now, I do not have the option to download. On my PlayStation app it says that Battlefield V is not available and on my console it says that it is in my library with a downloadable icon, but there is no download option. However, when I go to the store on my PS4 it says that both editions are available for purchase. On my EA account it says that I own BFV. i have done troubleshooting steps with Sony which they said I would need to contact the publisher. I chatted with an EA representative, but they said I would need to post my issue here. I’ve done stuff like rebuilt my PS4 database, restored my licenses, made certain the storage capacity was available. Also the hard drive was previously wiped so there is no older BFV version that would be a cause. Bottom line my purchased game is showing as not available.
Game suddenly stopped launching
Hi! I my game just suddenly stopped launching. It starts the tiny splash screen, closes but then just opens the EA app without starting the game or giving any error message at all. I've also noticed the EA app seem to have trouble connecting me as my account has a gray dot instead of the green dot that I assume it should have. I've spent HOURS trying to fix this and is about to quit playing the game alltogether, this is my last shot at fixing this before uninstalling. And yes, I have tried repairing, clearing cache, restarting, reintalling, rebooting etc. nothing works.Cannot create specific portal server using code
Hi, I have code for helicopter training. Server is not mine. It has been working always, till something breaks it, either updates or i dont know, that same issue was like 1 year ago. Could you please look into and fix the issue? I am positive that it's not server configs fault. -Fish
Glitch on map Redacted (AGAIN)
How much longer do we have to wait for this to be fixed?! This bug has been reported by countless players, myself included, over the past several months, and yet nothing has been done. I just played a round where someone racked up 102 kills using only an incendiary grenade. It’s absurd! It’s not like this is some rare issue—it’s being exploited left and right. I've seen dozens of people abusing it, and every time, it ruins the game for everyone else. We’ve submitted reports, posted threads, given you all the information you need, and still, no action. What’s the point of having a report system or forums if you just ignore them? For once, can you actually listen to your players and fix at least ONE of these game-breaking bugs?! Enough is enough. Do you want me to find you a solution? Fix your collision meshes, adjust how gadgets interact with walls, add out-of-bounds kill zones, i don't know but do something about it.

Server locations ??
Hi all gamers ! Where is all server locations ? Is it only servers for Europe players in : United kingdom Germany And maybee in France if the "duma geo filter" is correct. And the rest of the world is like in the pictures ? Or is this nog accurate or have it been changed.. The picture / info was a couple of years old. For me and i think for many other players in the nordic countries, it would be nice with a server in Sweden for better gameplay ping.When its so few servers in Europe in total. Specially if players use services like "Geforce Now" and their servers in same country and with a older pc. It would be a big difference.
All BF2042 servers are unstable and crash with multiple players
I play with a large clan and everyone has been experience huge lag spikes and packet losses. I am getting up to 15% packet loss in. This is not isolated to myself in chat many players were noticing the instability. The servers seem to be performing at subpar levels. There have been multiple crashes when playing breakaway and manifest. It start with person and then as many as 6-8 people within minutes all crash to desktop on PC. Attached is the crash log. I recently got a new router and just started getting this error whenever I try to load up Battlefield 2042: "Connection timeout. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. Error code: 1:86001S:66003S:-891751198O:0B". I also can't connect to any other Battlefield game from the EA launcher, even after trying the following troubleshooting methods: Fully reinstalled windows Cleared cache on EA app Local appdata (deleted EA folders) Changed dns Port forwarding Logged out and back in Started as administrator Reset router gateway Used VPN Used phone as hotspot (which should've fixed any error with the wifi) Used my second pc with the same wifi but different EA account (this works perfectly fine, meaning that it is an issue with my specific EA account) Changed EA account email Changed password Fully deleted all EA files off my drive using an uninstall software I could be forgetting some, but according to the EA advisor I was talking to there were no more troubleshooting methods left to try and they just ended the chat. I would like to play the 4 games that I purchased, like I was able to before the error. I'm guessing this is most likely due to some external issue with my account that I have no control over. I was playing bf 2042(xonex version) on xbox one x and i had completed all the achievements there and now i switched to x series x and i bought bf 2042 (xseriesx version) and when i started playing the first game all the achievements i unlocked started popping up but one didn't open(clean exit). I don't know why it didn't unlock it because in the previous version I had it unlocked.Screensaver won't come up after exiting Battlefield series games
There was already a topic about how after exiting the Battlefield series games the screensaver stops working. I read the topic - the problem has not been solved for many years. And they just closed the topic. This is a very bad attitude towards players. I am very surprised and have postponed my decision to purchase EA products for now. After all, going into the screensaver settings every time after a game to make it work again is a dubious pleasureClose quarters conquest game crashes
Close quarters game crashes all through out matches for me constantly. Every couple matches . beginning of match , end of match , and midway . Almost seems deliberate. Does not crash when I die numerous times have a crap game but will crash when I am killing it . Honestly think these lobbies are rigged and have players that cheat and can boot players as moderators through out matches as this was texted during a match . Why I pay 20 a month I don’t know . The game is fun when it works accordingly. Most of the time the matchmaking is sketchy/ game feel inconsistent providing players with advantages of character aim or body mechanics.No Cross Progression Transferred when I linked my PSN to my EA to play on Steam
Got the game on steam, linked my PSN to my EA so that all my progress would transfer but when I load the game it gives my a fresh account with nothing on it. I have tried resetting the links, reinstalling the game and nothing works. Anyway to get my progress transferred over?
