Battlefield V unavailable for download PS4
I have done troubleshooting steps with both PlayStation who referred me to EA and EA who just sent me an irrelevant link and then said I had to post here that there was no fix. I bought the PlayStation PS4 BFV deluxe edition digital pre-order for $87.39. I have been able to uninstall and reinstall at my leisure. Now, I do not have the option to download. On my PlayStation app it says that Battlefield V is not available and on my console it says that it is in my library with a downloadable icon, but there is no download option. However, when I go to the store on my PS4 it says that both editions are available for purchase. On my EA account it says that I own BFV. i have done troubleshooting steps with Sony which they said I would need to contact the publisher. I chatted with an EA representative, but they said I would need to post my issue here. I’ve done stuff like rebuilt my PS4 database, restored my licenses, made certain the storage capacity was available. Also the hard drive was previously wiped so there is no older BFV version that would be a cause. Bottom line my purchased game is showing as not available.
Network Graph - Connection Related Woes
Hi EA, Firstly, I'm loving this game a lot... I don't know why players give so muck flack about it, it's so much better than Delta Force! #OnlyInBattlefield However I seem to be running into intermittent issues relating to network connectivity during play, you see it will be fine for a few rounds then the network info bar appears with the graphs and the currently used bandwidth is listed and it is far too low, causing amber/red icons. I did a speed test whilst the game was running and can confirm it is not the network connection as I had full internet speed and bandwidth available. Do you have any suggestions of settings in-game or with the EA App etc that I can ensure are set correctly to resolve this, as I keep getting killed and my hit-reg is very poor when it happens, causing a little frustration when trying to complete unlocks.
LAG after the last game update
After the last game update i have a lot of lag...i just reinstalled my os... My pc configuration is: i7 13700k 32 gb ram 6000 mhz RTX 3080 TI 1 GB internet connection. Windows 11 reinstalled like 1 week ago. I play on medium settings at graphics and with DLSS on auto. I have alot of lag on 128 servers. Don't know what EA employers did to this game but it is working very bad. Another thing that haven't been solved..if on a enemy vehicle for example a tank in a prone position how he can kill me ? With every update this game run more bad..
Sent back to main menu when server/map tries to load
Hello all, common but stubborn issue here. Please only reply if you have some fixes or info. If you have the issue too, please make a new thread so support staff see the forum traffic and forward info to devs. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BF2042, i clear cache for EA and Steam, i validate its Steam files, i launch 2042 via steam, it loads and announces that it has connected to the EA servers, i then confirmed that EA anticheat is running in the background. PS, Windows Defender Firewall has allowed BF2042 on both public/private. I will search a game type, usually conquest 128, the game searches for a server and finds one, shows me the map-type and then counts down 3, 2, 1 etc, then goes to the loading screen About 1 minute later the game sends me back to the main menu. Every time. When i try and validate again, i get the same "3 files failed to validate" message I have searched "3 files failed to validate" and tried alot of the forum fixes. Cant get this one fixed on my own. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wild idea here - wouldn't it be funny if alot of people wanted to play BF2042, but they had this networking problem, gave up, and thats the reason why the player count is so low?!?!? I liked 2042 tbh, but ive had this issue years in the past and now have it again with a new build. Looking forward to playing again.
Battlefield 2042 doesn't connect to EA servers
Error Code: 1:86001S:66003S:4688822970:0B Been getting this error all morning.. All my connections are good and EA site says it's servers are up and running which obviously isn't the case because numerous others are having same issues... Sucks as I just bought the game and can't even play it... Let's go EA... Fix your stuff!!!!!!!
Game suddenly stopped launching
Hi! I my game just suddenly stopped launching. It starts the tiny splash screen, closes but then just opens the EA app without starting the game or giving any error message at all. I've also noticed the EA app seem to have trouble connecting me as my account has a gray dot instead of the green dot that I assume it should have. I've spent HOURS trying to fix this and is about to quit playing the game alltogether, this is my last shot at fixing this before uninstalling. And yes, I have tried repairing, clearing cache, restarting, reintalling, rebooting etc. nothing works.Cannot create specific portal server using code
Hi, I have code for helicopter training. Server is not mine. It has been working always, till something breaks it, either updates or i dont know, that same issue was like 1 year ago. Could you please look into and fix the issue? I am positive that it's not server configs fault. -FishNo players in the lobby
Hi everyone, I installed Battlefield 2042 on my Xbox one, and since i installed it and when i’m trying to play, it’s showing me that I’m the only one in the lobby. I tried to select the server but always I’m joining with bots. I tried many solutions, reinstall the game, reset the and clear the MAC address, and even all the settings are On including cross play. can anyone help me with that ?
Error Code 125012S
About 90% of the time since I started playing BF2042 on PC, I'll get the 125012S error code, which states "Unable to Load Persistence Data". I have tried EVERYTHING to fix it, from running commands in PowerShell to uninstalling/reinstalling on Steam and the EA store. I don't play on Xbox anymore and this happens any time I try to play with friends. I don't have AT&T internet and my connection is perfect. I play evenings (mountain time) and it's hit or miss whether I'm actually able to play or not. The launch of season 6 has not fixed it.Glitch on map Redacted (AGAIN)
How much longer do we have to wait for this to be fixed?! This bug has been reported by countless players, myself included, over the past several months, and yet nothing has been done. I just played a round where someone racked up 102 kills using only an incendiary grenade. It’s absurd! It’s not like this is some rare issue—it’s being exploited left and right. I've seen dozens of people abusing it, and every time, it ruins the game for everyone else. We’ve submitted reports, posted threads, given you all the information you need, and still, no action. What’s the point of having a report system or forums if you just ignore them? For once, can you actually listen to your players and fix at least ONE of these game-breaking bugs?! Enough is enough. Do you want me to find you a solution? Fix your collision meshes, adjust how gadgets interact with walls, add out-of-bounds kill zones, i don't know but do something about it.
