Hello, I played an Battle Royale Initiation match and we had reached the final stage. There were no remaining opponents, yet both of us died in the fire, and the game ranked us 9th despite the fact that no other players were left. Tier progression problem in BF2042
I’ve been grinding on BF2042 for some time and I noticed that as soon as you hit T3 on any weapon or specialist, the progression of its required task (e.g. kills) just stops functioning and I can’t progress the tiers, only the specialist classes can progress (e.g. assault class, support class ect) i’d really like this fixed because I want to be able to get Tier 1 on some of my specialists and guns
In-Game Chat Bug – Sometimes Can’t Type
There’s a serious bug with the in-game chat in Battlefield 2042. Sometimes it just stops working and I can’t type anything at all. This really hurts the gameplay experience, especially when trying to coordinate with teammates.Many players have encountered the same bug as me, and verifying game integrity on Steam doesn’t fix it. EA, please fix this issue as soon as possible. Communication is a core part of the game, and right now it’s broken.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fire a lis missile once then try again, restarted and updated system still able to repeat. What happens when the bug occurs? Camera for guided missile stares at players feet and vehicle camera goes far under map and doesn’t move even if the vehicle is being driven. I was playing Battlefield (BF2042) 2042 just fine the other night when I got this error. Security Breach (Upper left corner of pop up window). The body read: The latest version of EA anticheat is required to play. Please see: https://help.ea.com/help/pc/ea-anticheat/ on how to update to latest version. (136) I tried the above link and that did not work in any way shape or form. I did this several times without luck. I did the whole empty cache and app recovery. No luck. I uninstalled the EA app and battlefield 2042. One would think a fresh installation would install the required updated version of EA's anticheat. That was a HARD NO. Windows updates: everything is and was up to date and drivers are up to date. I can play any other game from any other platform with no issues whatsoever. Question: Why the hell am I the one having to manually do an update for ES's anticheat software? This seems to be something that is your job. I paid for a service and have to manually fix your garbage. Nah, makes absolutely zero cents. I know I'm coming across as abrasive but this isn't just about not being able to play a game. Just like EA, it's about money. The most important thing on this planet. This is a waste of money.Why don't I get the pick axe melee weapon?
Why don't I get the pick axe melee weapon? I purchased a bundle that showing me the skin for the pick axe melee weapon. So I went to equip my new weapon and surprised it's still locked. Usually if you purchase a skin you should get that weapon. Even if only in that skin. Battlefield 6 Playstation
Problem installing the game in EA App for PC
I have BF 2042 in a box on discs. Due to a slow internet connection, I tried to install the disc game, but it installs the old origin app, which in turn forces me to update to the EA app and won't let me install from the disc. So I installed the EA app and started downloading the game. After downloading (24h) the game started to download again automatically! After the second time (a total of 48 hours), it started downloading again after the download was complete. Can someone explain to me how to install BF 2042? Because it's just funny that I bought the game, and because of the wrong application that is not created for people with slow internet (10mb) and at the same time the inability to install from the disc, I did not even run it1:860015:89001S:9C:-13561655840
I am receiving 1:860015:89001S:9C:-13561655840 on my son profile on the Xbox s console. I see that this is ongoing for months and many people found creating a new account and signing in with that one seems to resolve the issue. My problem is that his account was set to a child account through the Xbox. I am unable to log in via the Xbox or a different device or browser. Support will not allow me to log in anywhere but the console. I am unable to unlink the account from the game. I also am unable to complete the linking process to manage his account FROM my parent account for this same reason. A cycle of support agents told me I should be able to log in via bf6 or the ea app. I can’t purchase the ea app because his account is a child account. I can’t purchase it for him because I am unable to complete the linking process. Will someone please for the love of god help me. I need a way to create a new account and for him to be able to play on an xbox s. I do not care about saved game data loss, (he has none). I don’t understand how to do this. Please treate me like a veteran with PTSD and little tech experience.
Infinite Loop on Startup & Trouble Adding Cross-Platform Friend
Hello everyone, I'm facing two major issues in Battlefield 2042 that are making it difficult to play. I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this and if there’s a solution. Infinite Loop on Startup Every time I launch the game, it gets stuck in an infinite loop with a black screen and a space scene, usually with a satellite. The game never fully loads, and I have to restart it multiple times until it finally works properly. Trouble Adding a Cross-Platform Friend I play on Steam, and my friend plays on PlayStation. Despite searching for his nickname in the game and trying to add him through EA, I can't find him in my friends list. I've already checked the privacy settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
