Spawn traps
So its the same thing in every game the sweats and cheaters just spawn trap everyone if they can and they sit there with perfect aim shooting you while you spawn and the game just spawns you in the same spot to die all over again over and over till someone else on the team manages to get to safety and after they die a few more times someone might be able to pull a a sniper out for the one shot headshot if your lucky the game is supposed to keep that from happening is it not I just died 11 times before I could take a step or even raise my gun they just kept shooting the spot it would spawn me with a lmg 100 round clip without even having to look I literally was taking damage before my screen loaded the visual part of the maps this is one of the biggest and most concerning parts of the game can u not implement some sort of fail safe maybe idk a 2 or 3 sec spawn invulnerable thing where it cancels out once you fire a shot or just not spawn you in the very same spot over and over and over again just because their isn't a person in the 20 foot area of the spawn doesn't mean the spawn is safe Eastwood is the biggest and worst for it of all because all someone has to do is sit on the roof with perfect sight to the spawn with only a an 1 inch of their head out and kill 4 or 5 people as the spawn in and no gun is accurate enough to hit that 1 inch spot for the 5 headshots its been taking to kill someone from 40 or 50 meters while dieing in less than a second and that brings me to the second biggest problem I've seen so far almost the whole game it was better for a while.now its just way worse im shooting people at 20 or less meters for 10 to 15 hits with a sor 300sc it has a damage of 33 so how does the math add up to that im getting 5 or 6 headshots like I said with a 33 damage gun and then they can literally turn and kill 3 people while im shooting them and the kill me all within a couple seconds the math is not adding up something has to be done because that right there is one ofbthe biggest reason people are leaving the cheese killing is going rampant I mean read the forums everyone has this problem with the shots its not the hit registration I dont guess cause that's all I hear is being worked on I dont think the guns are are being programmed to the right damage and so the few guns that are correct just slay while the other like menthat are trying to complete the multi-player exp are trying to max out all guns but if they can't kill someone what's the point im die from bs its not fair its not competition its fish in a barrel and people that actually play fair and with skill alone are now the fish with these problems getting worse and worse please find a way to fix the spawns to where you dont spawn In The same spot you died in 3 secs before and please do something about the damage of bullets not being what they are supposed to be oh yeah all these problems are coming from me playing domination most of the time or breakthrough

To get to this stage, to even this screen was an absolute nightmare. The EA chat service doesn't work. Like you cant use it. It doesn't allow you to select a platform so you cant even begin to use the service. There's no way to find support via email or anywhere on the site. You try to start a case and it sends you through self help topics that link to pages that are not even relevant to your issue. Now on to the actual reason I was trying to get support. I randomly get kicked from battlefield 2042 games (steam, wired connection, 500mbs download, open nat, ports opened) this only recently started happening in the past month. Something to do with the recent season update has caused this issue. I have to full restart the game in order to reconnect to EA online. The actual error code is Error code 1:86001S:66003s:-1451418420O:0B. Moreover, the error code doesn't come up when I google it nor when I look it up anywhere on EA answers. Can someone at EA show some bit of competency and or professionalism to address why I am having this much trouble trying to find support for their main product? Thanks
Getting kicked after about 1 minute
Getting kicked on all servers official and portal included 2 screenshots with error codes just praying for a miracle Feels like im kicked by anticheat battlefield doesnt crash it just disconnects me updated nvidia driver to 595.97 all good except in game text chat doesnt work

Was able to launch the game, but couldn't connect to a match. Playing from GeForce Now. No internet issues with other applications/devices I use. Even tried clearing the local DNS using the "ipconfig /flushdns". Even tried turning the Crossplay off and still got the error. How do I fix this?
Game refuses to be played
"Error connecting to the EA servers" over and over again, i mainly play on portal but this is deffinetly going to affect everyone, yeah, try to fix this since i think it will also affect battlefield 6 The usual numbers for battlefield 2042 is around 2000 players(+-500) this is the player count today Get your crap together EA
BF2042 & BF4 license missing
Good evening, I was setting up my OBS for the morning and went in to load BF2042. However, when I attempted to load in I was greeted with a message stating that I did not have the license for the product. This also occurred on my BF4, when i looked at my EA app both games were missing from my Library. However they are on my Desktop and all of their corresponding files are where they are supposed to be. The only thing that shows up in my Library is BF6 and the last know update for any of my BF games outside of the recent download for BF6 was for BF2042 on September 9th. Can anyone please point me in the direction of where, how, or who can fix/address this situation for me2042 opening animation bug
with a fresh install of the game, everytime i open, i get stuck on intro animation from all the forums i read they talked about onedrive needed to be uninstalled and thats already done i was wondering if there were any other fixes i should know or if this is just another game bug please and thank you
Spearhead graphics glitch
For a while now, I've been experiencing a strange graphical glitch only on this map; the rest of the maps work fine. Does anyone have any ideas what's causing it? My graphics card works fine in other games, so I'm ruling that out. Clearing the cache fixes the problem, but only temporarily, and the map looks normal. However, after about a minute, the errors return. Since clearing the cache helps for a while, I suspect it has something to do with it. Does anyone have any ideas?
Portal or Servers Broken and Chat is Broken, Wi-Fi Driver Issue

Player count not updating on portal The player count appears to be stuck and does not change I first noticed this yesterday and again today; the numbers have remained exactly the same on both days 2. Can't Choose Maps? On the official matchmaking options, there is no way to choose specific maps Please add a map selection option, and provide better visibility of available servers so players can choose where to play, including for Quick Play Additionally, the matchmaking queue often takes a very long time while waiting for a game to start on this only 1 option, so the alternative solution is to look on portal servers 3. In‑game chat not working or broken The in‑game chat is not appearing, I cannot see other players’ messages? I initially thought this was a settings issue on my side, but after checking my settings and testing, the problem persists, last 2025 mid - year -> I have no issues on this, so I was wondering why it is not showing and I thought it was a new feature or something, but it seems to be broken I tested Battlefield 6 on the same system, and chat works there normally. This issue seems specific to Battlefield 2042 on Steam 4. URGENT: Battlefield 2042 not launching after AntiCheat – tried all fixes
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Battlefield 2042 not launching properly. The game starts, initializes EA AntiCheat, sometimes shows “Game is launching” or “Checking for updates”, but then it closes and returns to the EA App without any error message. Here is everything I have already tried to resolve the issue: Performed a full clean Windows installation (fresh format) Installed all latest GPU drivers (NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super) Installed DirectX and all Visual C++ redistributables Reinstalled EA App completely (including clearing cache folders) Repaired the game files via EA App Completely removed and reinstalled EA AntiCheat (using installer as administrator) Verified that EA AntiCheat service exists and checked its status Disabled overlays and background apps (MSI Afterburner, RTSS, Discord, NVIDIA Overlay, etc.) Tried running EA App and the game as Administrator Cleared NVIDIA shader cache (DXCache / GLCache) Reset EA App cache manually Checked Windows security settings (Core Isolation / Memory Integrity) Attempted different boot modes (including disabling driver signature enforcement for testing) Verified there are no crash logs except AntiCheat crash dumps Tested other games with AntiCheat (they work fine) Current behavior: EA AntiCheat initializes successfully Game reaches “Launching” or “Checking for updates” Then it closes and returns to EA App without error System: Windows 10 (latest updates) Intel i7-4790 NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super Clean system (no overclocking software running) At this point, the issue seems specific to Battlefield 2042 and EA AntiCheat interaction. 35mm guns are no longer available. At some point in time the 35mm reverted to being locked saying, “Unlocked by Mastery 6”. This wouldn’t be an issue had i not achieved said mastery. As it stands i currently have mastery 12 and the criteria saying the required kills are 360/360. Same goes for the CPS equipment, as i have the required mastery and its currently at 540/540 kills.
Lock-on AA Missiles while parachuting is a Dirty Play and 0% Skil, Ruin the game
"Seriously, using the FXM-33 lock-on while hugging the sky ceiling and then parachuting down to snipe helis is such a cheap move. It’s honestly a dirty play and it’s killing the vibe. In BF6 you can't absolutely no way to use firearms, lock-on missiles, or any gadgets while parachuting. If a Stinger camper is sitting at the top of the map with these abilities, pilots have like a 1% chance of surviving. Dice please fix this by disabling all combat actions during the parachute to keep the game fair and challenging. Stop making it so easy for campers and start rewarding real skill."
