HI! I recently purchased FIFA 25 through Steam. After installing and launching, I couldn't set up my EA ID because it says that my Steam account is already linked to a "@disabled.ea.com" domain. After doing some research (I purchased the game half a week ago), I remembered that I purchased Jedi Fallen Order a few years ago, so it may be the cause of the problem with the domain. Either way, I need to unlink whatever account is currently linked to my Steam so I can link my current account and... (sighs) play the game. Please any guy from support reach me out to send you whatever info you may need to proceed on this. ps: EA Help is hilariously bad for a gaming company like yours, please improve that and put REAL people on. After a long time, I wanted to enter FC25. I already use my ea account only to play FC25 but I saw that my ea account was banned and I was told that I violated the user agreement or sales agreement but I was already using the account very little and was unplayable for a while. Most likely my account was stolen and my account was banned. Please help me. I barely bought the game and it's really sad that my account for which I paid so much money was banned. Whenever I try to purchase anything, I get the error of payment method's issued country does not match your region. EVEN THOUGH IT DOES. I have called my bank the issue is not from their side, tried different cards, and it also does not work. Is anyone else experiencing issues with the new kits? I purchased all three and even though I've received receipts that I've purchased them, they are not in the game. I have repaired the game, and restarted my computer a number of times. I even made sure that my Mac had the latest update, but still the problem remains. This is really annoying that I have to post this all because I already emailed EA Help about this but the customer service guy straight up ghosted me so here we are!!!! I had a Windows laptop for several years and played the sims on that laptop. Over the years I accumulated 23 add-ons, 7 of which were purchased through the EA app, and the rest of which were purchased via Steam. I recently got a new Macbook Pro, and as an avid Sims lover went to download the Sims 4 onto that laptop. Through Steam, the Sims 4 is not compatible with macOS for some reason, so I had to download it through the EA app. However, when I download the game from the EA app, it will only let me download the add-ons that I purchased through the EA app. All of the other add-ons I had purchased through Steam were showing up as only compatible with a Windows operating system. The thing is though, the EA app still recognizes that I own these add-ons, it just won't let me download them. So if I did happen to have the funds to just rebuy everything (which I don't) it won't let me do that either. Sims 4 Pack missing on New Computer Install
I installed The Sims 4 on my new computer this morning and opened the game. When I attempt to load existing games, they show Get Together is missing. From within The Sims 4 game, I can see that I do own Get Together, however, the EA App says I need to purchase it. I did a repair but that did not solve it. I'm not sure what to do for Get Together to install and I'm afraid opening old saves will ruin them if I'm missing a pack I had installed when I played them. I bought the game yesterday and I was in Ukraine, but I want to play the game in Spanish. However, it only lets me set it to English, Russian, Polish, and two other languages. Also, there is no option to change the commentators; it's only in English. So, I need to know if there is any way to download the Spanish commentators and language.
