EA Play on Xbox and PC (via Xbox App)
Hey! 👋. I want to get EA Play and play on Xbox and PC. If I take out a subscription on the EA website and select Xbox as the platform, can I play the games on both the Xbox and the PC in the Xbox app? STEAM EA Play and Steam EA Game stating not an EA Play member?
I purchased BF6, am attempting to play the Beta early as that has released. Not a single game mode is accessible. [see attachment(s)]. I can access the firing range. Before it is mentioned, yes my steam account is linked properly. I had it linked, recently unlinked and concluded with another relinking due to a tutorial on these forums. Yes, My debit card payment went through for both EA Play and BF6 (I have email confirmation and EA Play is active in my Steam Subscriptions.). I was under the impression that EA Play members could play BF6 Beta a day early, This is why I purchased it in the first place. Any who... if I am required to provided more information, EA simply needs to ask. Hopefully we can resolve this issue quickly. Ahoj, zakoupila jsem na steamu Battlefield 3 a po vybrání serveru mi to hodí error abych zadala klíč ke hře, viz přiložené foto. Zkusila jsem již spoustu rad na internetu, jako například odstranění souboru, reinstall, prostě snad vše a stále mi to nefunguje. Podpora samozřejmě neodpovídá, tak to zkusím tu. Hello. On 30 /07/2025, my annual EA Play Pro membership was renewed without my knowledge. In my country, I have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Since the renewal date, I have not logged in, even though the application was previously installed on my computer. If you wish, I can share my computer records with you. If you prevent me from exercising my right to cancel this subscription and refuse to issue a refund, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and take the necessary legal steps. I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because my EA Play Pro yearly membership is ending today, and I’ve truly enjoyed the value it’s brought over the over the past 5 years. I’d love to renew for another year, but I was wondering if there are any discounts or special offers currently available for someone who has paid for the yearly membership for 5 years straight. As much as I’d love to jump right in and renew, a discount would make it a lot more manageable for me financially right now, and it would definitely encourage me to stay subscribed for another year. EA Pro Subscription Refund Request
Hey dear EA team, I've just got the BF6 redeem code through your Twitch BF6 Multiplayer Reveal stream, and directly logged into my EA account to get the early access and play the game by subscribing to the EA Pro. I've bought it, but couldn't download the game. I didn't know that. There are like 10 mins between my purchase and cancellation. Can I get a refund since I cannot get the game yet? PS5 - EA PLAY - ACCOUNT CHANGING
Hello, We just bought a new PS5 Pro. My husband usually plays FC25 on PC, and he got the PS5 Pro to play FC26. We’re planning to get an EA Play subscription to play games together, but he mentioned that if he links his current EA account (the one he uses for FC25 on PC), he might lose his existing data. So we’re not going to connect his EA account until he switches to FC26. In the meantime, can I link my own EA account to the PS5, get a 1-month EA Play subscription, and then switch to his EA account later when we’re ready? Is it possible to change the EA account on the PS5 after some time? Also, when we get EA Play, are games like It Takes Two, The Sims 4, and FC26 available for free? After I try to cancel my EA Play membership by clicking on the cancel membership button my browser starts to load the http://www.ea.com/manage-membership/cancel website but before that website finishes loading the browser is redirected to the ea.com/play website where there are no options for cancelling my membership.
