EAFC25 is genuinely the worst FIFA game ever on release
FIFA/FC games have always been buggy messes on release. The player base gets annoyed then moves on as things are slowly patched over a year but this is genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with a new FIFA. I’ve played every game since FIFA 12 and I’ve never felt genuinely scammed out of money this way. Both in terms of bugs, but also active choices/features that are so, so, so much worse than ever. Bugs: Career Mode: Horrific Menu lag All menu items other than match-related options disappearing on matchday Random crashing requiring restart Incorrect player valuation advice I.e ‘we think this player is worth 40-60m’ - make a 55m offer, rejected outright Genuinely, absolutely, ludicrously insane looking youth players New UI is just genuinely terrible and inaccessible, not a bug, just a bad new feature No player OVR development shown on squad hub AI kit selections clash more than ever making differences between you and opposition genuinely impossible to tell. UT: Menu lag Random crashing Game disconnected 1-0 up, left in purgatory with a loading screen afterwards indefinitely while it ‘determined a winner’ that then didn’t work and no outcome decided ‘My packs’ crashing and not showing anything more often than not Genuine regression on attacking AI with forwards having seemingly none of the good positional sense they had last year. Bounces at complete random times but always favouring the countering side (both me and opponents) in incredibly contrived ways. Jockey+second man press inputs lick your defender in place indefinitely Passing power seemingly completely randomised I genuinely feel robbed. I’ve never quit playing a new release this soon. I spend 90% of my time playing career mode, and it feels legitimately pointless to build for the future (the whole point of the game mode) when I know I’ll be playing with a team of people with no chins, lips like the Rolling Stones symbol, and eyebrows like the McDonald’s logo. I feel bad for the game devs that were clearly given 15 minutes and a packet of crisps to crank this out. I’m appalled and EA should be genuinely ashamed.
"FIFA" players, unite!
EA has killed FIFA, and today it's no longer about playing, it's about collecting cards and spending money. EA is exploiting players' frustration, whether it's newbies who “spend” to get a good team with dreams of bigger rewards, or those of us who have been playing for a long time and are still looking for that game we loved so much. No matter how much we complain, EA ignores us. When we report the “bugs,” we are banned from the game and the community. We need to unite so that EA starts listening to the players. First step: don't pay for fun. Don't give your money to EA until they listen to us, until the game is finally in line with our expectations.Latency
I am playing from Greece, and there are no nearby EA servers in my region. Despite having a stable, high-speed internet connection and properly configured network settings, I am consistently matched against players from France who are geographically much closer to the active server location. As a result, they have a clear latency advantage, while I experience noticeable delay, slower responsiveness, and overall inconsistent gameplay. This creates an unfair competitive environment, especially in online competitive modes. I have already reported this issue multiple times, but the problem remains unresolved. I would like clarification on: Why there are no closer servers for Greece. Why matchmaking does not prioritize fair latency. Whether there are plans to improve server coverage in Southeastern Europe. I would appreciate a concrete response, as this issue significantly impacts my experience with the game.Please help with paid missing game
I bought FC25 on my PSN and linked it with my EA accout to play it after on PC, I sold the PS5 and finally switched to PC but now the game is not even showing up! Like I never bought it! Did EA scam us? Are be getting scammed? Becouse I am sure that we have the right, after buying the game to move it around everywhere we want, If i wish to play on pc I should not buy the game again!? Visual hair strand glitch with players in Fc 25
During gameplay in all game modes, specifically fifa ultimate team and seasons friendlies, players with long hair during the match appears motionless and stuck to players head and back in Fc 25, realistic hair movement only shows up during short goal replays and not during the actual game the players look very bad in game it looks like old fifa graphics from 20 years ago with hair being motionless in Fc 25 will this be fixed? I see this same bug in other peoples stream like in twitch and YouTube, it’s not only me who has this bug everyone has it 90% of players have lost their uniqueness in Fc 25, and now look very dull in game because of this bad static hair glitch, Ronaldinho being an example of this, all because of your incompetence ea! Any plans in fixing this in February?Licensed clubs not having goalkeeper kits.
I must start with saying that this is probably for most people a minor complaint, yet for me and perhaps for others it reduces the enjoyment of certain parts of the game. Licensed leagues and teams are consistently being ignored in terms of diversity of kits available, especially Goalkeeper kits. In the Portugese league, the seventh highest ranked European league, only a handful of clubs have access to third kits and only 3 or 4 even have a licensed goalkeeper kit. Leagues such as the Ekstraklasa, Elitserien, Allsvenskan, The Irish league and many others simply dont have teams with kits for their goalkeepers.(Some teams in European competitions do have them from these leagues) Even in the most popular road to glory leagues of England and Germany, once you go below the Championship only 2 or 3 teams have real kits for their goalkeepers and not the generic ones. The fact that this has stayed like this for like 10 years is really disapointing, hope it gets addressed at some point.EA Meltdown!
Something strange is happening and over the last couple of days the game is doing weird things! My players keep changing positions and I only realise when I try go change tactics mid game and they have moved positions. The buttons I've used all the time to tackle are now just getting me constant yellow cards. I am now being called offside about 8 - 10 times a game with the same team and settings (I swear most of the decisions are also wrong). I've gone from Division 2 down to Division 8 in a heartbeat, and I'm suddenly losing 10 times more than I now win! I notice a lot of players that beat me seem to have faster teams, tackle like a knife through butter, tackle from behind as they smash into my players, and actually knock them over in the process! My players are all over the place and no matter what I do (and I'm aware of game settings and player set ups) my team are now always too high and other teams are constantly running into yards of open space behind my defenders. I can play one game and the ball pings around fast and easy but the next 10 games the ball feels like it's made of iron! I am also noticing players in both the lower and higher devious with immaculate win records that take them straight to Div 3, etc, without even going down once or losing a single game (and I have PC players turned off) If EA think for a second I will ever buy another EA football game then they're frigging mad!!FC 25 crashes...!!!
I am playing FC 25, and it has been crashing since yesterday (February 4, 2026). I have restarted the game several times, but the same issue persists. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, yet it is still crashing. I am uploading the latest screenshot of the crash for your reference. Just give me any suggestions for rectifying this.It's a dam shame
It's a dam shame that EA don't listen to people's opinions. The fact that the game has a reduced price on it already says it all. And once again they wonder why. Let me tell you why it is the same play over and over and over and over again. Pass the ball out wide then come back to the middle because it's the easy way to score period or run around the box like a spinning ballerina and the fact is if that's the only way online players can score then in my opinion your not very good at the game. Is this really a 2026 football game no. This is like a pro Evo game back in the day which was called international superstar soccer where the only way you could only score was down the middle( and before anyone says anything about it i can play the game I can yes I'm not very good at defending). But at least I try and be different at least I try and cross the ball hoping I get my head on a cross. Yes at least I try and shoot from outside the box. The one thing I have noticed playing people online is that once I stop playing because I'm sick of the same thing. They then start to cross they then start trying to shoot from outside the box. Dam shame EA your pros have ruined the game once again by showing people the easier way to score and if you all get enjoyment out of that then you really don't know how good it feels to score a 30 yard goal or get your head onto a cross with a header. Only ture football playing fans like me understand this.
Captain select fixture suggestion
I have been thinking about something ea could add for the next games career mode. I don’t like that when you have chosen a captain and he gets subbed out a random player gets it. So my suggestion is that you can select 1-5th captain like they do in real life so when number 1 gets sub it’s changes to the one next in line and so on. If not any of the 5 players is on field I guess a random would be fine. The 1-5 captain pick would be a realistic and fun team management fixture. When lifting the trophy the number one captain comes back and lifts it if is part of the squad even when subbed again makes it more realistic. What do people think?
