Unable to switch to Simplified Chinese
I downloaded game from Steam and in properties language is set to simplified Chinese. When the game is launched the language is English by default and there is no simplified Chinese as an option in language select. I tried use APP recovery for EA app, I restarted my PC, I used Steam to verify my game file, I switched to another language, updated the game and switched back and updated it again but all these would not work for me.

Hello EA Support, Since the recent update my players feel heavy and slow to respond in matches. *Issues:* 1. Sprinting has delay - players take time before they start running 2. Through balls and passes feel sluggish 3. Skill moves/last-touch response is slower than before 4. Whole team feels “stuck” even with 117 rated players *My details:* Device: [Android phone] Connection: WiFi 50mbps, ping stable Tried: Cleared cache, reinstalled game, lowered graphics to Balanced. Problem still there. This started right after [31 May 2026]. Can you check if it’s a server/gameplay bug? Thanks. Game worked fine until May 9th 2026 night. Since then it launches, runs 30-90 seconds, then closes cleanly with exit code 0x00000000. EA App logs show "authenticated: false" on every single launch. All local fixes exhausted: clean reinstall, EAAntiCheat reinstalled, registry fixed, Windows permissions reset, GPU drivers updated. This is not a hardware or local software issue. I'd like to how the **bleep** everyone I play there AI jockey me press me track me tackle me yet I can see pass coming a mile away and my ai will literally stand there starring into **bleep** space I could press every button a million times and they still don't do nothing my AI is like ea **bleep** unless scripted loving **bleep** banned again then try doing your jobs then I useless **bleep** everyone can't be wrong you bunch of **bleep** idiotsFc 25 Defence Complaints
Hi EA Sports, I’m done being polite about this. The defender AI in FC 25 Mobile is completely broken. I set my defenders to “Stay Back” and they STILL bomb forward like brain-dead attackers, leaving my entire back line wide open every single game. It’s unacceptable. You’ve had months to fix this garbage and defending is literally unplayable. You’re ruining matches and punishing players who actually try to play tactically. Stop ignoring us and FIX defensive positioning and instruction responsiveness immediately. We paid for a football game, not a clown show where CBs think they’re strikers. Hi, I need help recovering my EA account. My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address associated with it. I already reported this through the EA Help website and contacted several support agents (around 4 so far). During the live chat, each agent asked me for my original email address, and after I provided it, they said they sent a verification code to my email. The problem is that while I do receive the email, there is no verification code inside it. This has happened consistently with every agent I’ve contacted. Because of this issue, I’m unable to verify my identity and proceed with the account recovery process. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this? Hi EA team ...i bought fc 25 last year and i am trying to build a good team rn....i only play squad battles as it is the only AI option and everyone has shifted to fc 26 i cant play anything more for rewards....tho i was happy to know atleast i can buy and sell on transfer market..... but with me an error is occuring and it says EA is unable to connect at this moment whenever i bid and win i cant claim any player or whenever i try to sell a player i cant sell....please give me a solution on thisFC 25 Minimize issue
I had purchased EA FC25 about few months ago, it used to work smoothly at that point of time and after playing it for a while i had uninstalled the game, now today I installed the game again but this time there is some issue with the game it keeps minimizing itself automatically (by minimize i mean short screen/top left cornerd screen) and when the game is in that state i cant click anything. note* If i click anywhere on the game it does get fullscreened just for 1 second and then it gets back to that minimized state
Timed Lobbed Through Pass -IMPOSSIBLE
So since ultimate team finished I’ve been playing career mode with different teams and this one training game has gotten under my skin enough that I have to post about it the fact of it in you need to get at least 2,500 points per attempt which is crazy, that is at least 1000 points a shot normally you can afford at least 1 mistake/ missed shot but this has to be bang on perfect and when you have a good team with good defenders and keepers makes it even harder the points for completing need to be dropped to at least 16,000 I know this won’t happen but it needs to be said. EA just make this small patch for the patch and drop the points for this training game.Missing Level 29 Rewards - Petit TOTY - Case #239417750
