Input delay issue and lag in controlling Rivals and online matches
Hello EA Support, I’m experiencing a serious input delay and gameplay lag issue in EA SPORTS FC 26, especially in Rivals and online matches. My internet connection is stable and my ping is usually around 40 ms, but the gameplay still feels extremely delayed. There is a noticeable delay between pressing a button and the player responding, which makes passing, shooting, dribbling, defending, and switching players feel slow and unresponsive. This does not seem to be a normal high-ping issue, because my ping remains around 40 ms, yet the input delay is still very noticeable. Could you please confirm if this is a known server/gameplay issue and whether EA is currently working on a fix? Also, when can we expect this issue to be resolved? I would appreciate a clear update regarding the current status of this problem. Thank you.
I am experiencing a persistent crash in EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC..
The game launches normally, I can navigate all menus, and I can play using the keyboard without any issues. However, when I connect my official Xbox controller and start any match, the game always crashes during the stadium loading screen. This happens in every game mode and every stadium, and there is no error message. My PC specifications are Intel Core i5-12400F, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 10GB, and 16GB RAM. Other demanding games, including Ghost of Tsushima, run perfectly at maximum settings, and my Xbox controller works normally in every other game. This problem only occurs in EA SPORTS FC 25. I have already tried almost every troubleshooting step: completely reinstalling the game, verifying game files through Steam, reinstalling EA AntiCheat, updating and reinstalling NVIDIA drivers, updating Windows, restarting my PC, launching the game from both Steam and EA App, changing USB ports, removing old controller drivers, disconnecting unnecessary USB devices, disabling Discord, Steam, and EA overlays, and testing different graphics settings. None of these solved the problem. The issue started after I once connected a cheap third-party controller. Since then, FC 25 crashes whenever I use my official Xbox controller, even though Windows and Steam detect the controller correctly and it works perfectly everywhere else. Event Viewer also shows no clear application error when the crash happens. Could you please let me know if this is a known issue? Are there any additional troubleshooting steps or fixes available? Hi folks, I am playing Fifa since... Fifa international : ) the moment there was career, I always played career. Some time ago I tried FUT... not I am playing Rivals. Rush is so so... because it's like it is... but RIVALS? I know FUT is popular... but how can you play such sh...t? I am bouncing from division 7 to 8 and back... finally I have a team of 90-94-98... but 90% of the matches is: the opponent is like 40% faster the opponent is 40% better at striking (those strikes from the corner of the penalty area OMFG I guess this is the "trick" of FC EA 25?) I can't tackle the opponent he/she always does some swaying and i am NEVER able to tackle Has it been like that always? This crap is unplayable! If this game was playing like it should, without some momentum crap or whatever, I'd be in a much higher division but HERE? This game is ridiculous! Or the passing is extra slow and not really direct... OMFG... SERIOUSLY? You folks have been playing this crap for so many years, the FUT thing?
Unable to switch to Simplified Chinese
I downloaded game from Steam and in properties language is set to simplified Chinese. When the game is launched the language is English by default and there is no simplified Chinese as an option in language select. I tried use APP recovery for EA app, I restarted my PC, I used Steam to verify my game file, I switched to another language, updated the game and switched back and updated it again but all these would not work for me.

Hello EA Support, Since the recent update my players feel heavy and slow to respond in matches. *Issues:* 1. Sprinting has delay - players take time before they start running 2. Through balls and passes feel sluggish 3. Skill moves/last-touch response is slower than before 4. Whole team feels “stuck” even with 117 rated players *My details:* Device: [Android phone] Connection: WiFi 50mbps, ping stable Tried: Cleared cache, reinstalled game, lowered graphics to Balanced. Game worked fine until May 9th 2026 night. Since then it launches, runs 30-90 seconds, then closes cleanly with exit code 0x00000000. EA App logs show "authenticated: false" on every single launch. All local fixes exhausted: clean reinstall, EAAntiCheat reinstalled, registry fixed, Windows permissions reset, GPU drivers updated. This is not a hardware or local software issue. Hi EA Sports, I’m done being polite about this. The defender AI in FC 25 Mobile is completely broken. I set my defenders to “Stay Back” and they STILL bomb forward like brain-dead attackers, leaving my entire back line wide open every single game. It’s unacceptable. You’ve had months to fix this garbage and defending is literally unplayable. You’re ruining matches and punishing players who actually try to play tactically. Stop ignoring us and FIX defensive positioning and instruction responsiveness immediately. We paid for a football game, not a clown show where CBs think they’re strikers. Hi, I need help recovering my EA account. My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address associated with it. I already reported this through the EA Help website and contacted several support agents (around 4 so far). During the live chat, each agent asked me for my original email address, and after I provided it, they said they sent a verification code to my email. The problem is that while I do receive the email, there is no verification code inside it. This has happened consistently with every agent I’ve contacted. Because of this issue, I’m unable to verify my identity and proceed with the account recovery process. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
