Hi EA Sports, I’m done being polite about this. The defender AI in FC 25 Mobile is completely broken. I set my defenders to “Stay Back” and they STILL bomb forward like brain-dead attackers, leaving my entire back line wide open every single game. It’s unacceptable. You’ve had months to fix this garbage and defending is literally unplayable. You’re ruining matches and punishing players who actually try to play tactically. Stop ignoring us and FIX defensive positioning and instruction responsiveness immediately. We paid for a football game, not a clown show where CBs think they’re strikers. Dear EA Sports Team, As a long-time fan of the franchise, I would love to see an expansion of the Italian League system. Currently, we only have Serie A and Serie B (often without full licenses). My suggestion is to include at least the Serie C or Serie D (and potentially regional leagues like Eccellenza). Many players in Italy enjoy 'Road to Glory' career modes, and being able to start from the bottom of the pyramid with local teams would greatly increase engagement and realism. The Italian community is huge, and we would love to see our local teams represented, even with generic kits if licenses are an issue. Thank you for your work! Furthermore, it would be amazing if these lower leagues came with authentic youth rosters. Having real players in the academy or reserve teams for Eccellenza and Serie D clubs would make the 'Road to Glory' experience much more immersive. Hi, I need help recovering my EA account. My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address associated with it. I already reported this through the EA Help website and contacted several support agents (around 4 so far). During the live chat, each agent asked me for my original email address, and after I provided it, they said they sent a verification code to my email. The problem is that while I do receive the email, there is no verification code inside it. This has happened consistently with every agent I’ve contacted. Because of this issue, I’m unable to verify my identity and proceed with the account recovery process. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this? Hi EA team ...i bought fc 25 last year and i am trying to build a good team rn....i only play squad battles as it is the only AI option and everyone has shifted to fc 26 i cant play anything more for rewards....tho i was happy to know atleast i can buy and sell on transfer market..... but with me an error is occuring and it says EA is unable to connect at this moment whenever i bid and win i cant claim any player or whenever i try to sell a player i cant sell....please give me a solution on thisUnable to Access FC 26 Ultimate Team – Account Stuck/Session Error

I had purchased EA FC25 about few months ago, it used to work smoothly at that point of time and after playing it for a while i had uninstalled the game, now today I installed the game again but this time there is some issue with the game it keeps minimizing itself automatically (by minimize i mean short screen/top left cornerd screen) and when the game is in that state i cant click anything. note* If i click anywhere on the game it does get fullscreened just for 1 second and then it gets back to that minimized state
Timed Lobbed Through Pass -IMPOSSIBLE
So since ultimate team finished I’ve been playing career mode with different teams and this one training game has gotten under my skin enough that I have to post about it the fact of it in you need to get at least 2,500 points per attempt which is crazy, that is at least 1000 points a shot normally you can afford at least 1 mistake/ missed shot but this has to be bang on perfect and when you have a good team with good defenders and keepers makes it even harder the points for completing need to be dropped to at least 16,000 I know this won’t happen but it needs to be said. EA just make this small patch for the patch and drop the points for this training game.Missing Level 29 Rewards - Petit TOTY - Case #239417750

While I'm sure it's something on my end I have been getting disconnected from EA servers all day. I've been able to play helldivers too, fortnite, rocket league, and watch Netflix streaming without being disconnected. Again I'm sure it's just me but if you could check on your end. Also I've played two games in Squad battles and one with an all silver team of under 74. I was able to do this in the previous icon swaps without any problem but I was not credited with the win this time. In either case. Again probably on my end but I'd appreciate you check. It's kind of like if you have a plumber come over and you purchase their services you expect not to have leaks. But again the leaks are probably my fault. Ea fc 26 aka spinning simulator
I rarely post or am present in these discussions as this game is going down the drain in terms of normal gameplay. So basically you just need to spin in this game, control your CDM and that's it? I mean we all know FUT is making loads of profits and you don't care about your 9-5 normal human beings, all you care about is selling more packs it seems, every year is the same, you "update" the game with some "innovative mechanism" but all you do is making game playable for these payed streamers and kids. What will come next, "AI POWERED GAMEPLAY"? I really hope someone someday will create a football game that doesn't look at it's players like a money bag, but actually want to create an enjoyable game without these exploits and so called enhanced mechanics. This is unrealistic piece of loads with great graphics. Don't buy this yoghurt or refund it asap as this is getting oblivious.Latency
I am playing from Greece, and there are no nearby EA servers in my region. Despite having a stable, high-speed internet connection and properly configured network settings, I am consistently matched against players from France who are geographically much closer to the active server location. As a result, they have a clear latency advantage, while I experience noticeable delay, slower responsiveness, and overall inconsistent gameplay. This creates an unfair competitive environment, especially in online competitive modes. I have already reported this issue multiple times, but the problem remains unresolved. I would like clarification on: Why there are no closer servers for Greece. Why matchmaking does not prioritize fair latency. Whether there are plans to improve server coverage in Southeastern Europe. I would appreciate a concrete response, as this issue significantly impacts my experience with the game.
