Unable to switch to Simplified Chinese
I downloaded game from Steam and in properties language is set to simplified Chinese. When the game is launched the language is English by default and there is no simplified Chinese as an option in language select. I tried use APP recovery for EA app, I restarted my PC, I used Steam to verify my game file, I switched to another language, updated the game and switched back and updated it again but all these would not work for me.
New Heroes Card Suggestion
I believe that Siphiwe Tshabalala would be a great addition to the Heroes roster, with the 16-year anniversary of his iconic goal in the World Cup 2010 opener vs Mexico, I believe a Heroes card to commemorate or even a moments card would be a great way to celebrate it. I believe that he could be loved by the fan base as we all grew up watching that game and it has left an impression on us all who watched football.Account hacked
Hello EA Support, I’m contacting you because I believe my EA account on PS5 was compromised. The last time I logged in, around five days ago, everything on my account was normal and my full squad was intact. When I logged in today, I discovered that my entire active squad had disappeared. The players are no longer in my club and only concept versions remain in my squad. I invested a significant amount of money and time into building this team. I did not discard any of these players, transfer them, or use them in any SBCs. As far as I can tell, someone gained unauthorized access to my account and removed the players without my knowledge Since discovering this, I have changed my password and enabled Two-Factor Authentication to secure the account. I would appreciate it if you could investigate any login activity on my account over the past five days and check for any unauthorized access. I would be grateful if the missing player items could be restored to my club. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.FC 25
Hello EA Support, Since the recent update my players feel heavy and slow to respond in matches. *Issues:* 1. Sprinting has delay - players take time before they start running 2. Through balls and passes feel sluggish 3. Skill moves/last-touch response is slower than before 4. Whole team feels “stuck” even with 117 rated players *My details:* Device: [Android phone] Connection: WiFi 50mbps, ping stable Tried: Cleared cache, reinstalled game, lowered graphics to Balanced. Can EA focus on improving the difficulty gap between World Class and Professional? It's unplayable. If I play on 'Professional' difficulty, the AI defenders just let me outrun them and leave huge spaces to run into, which is so annoying. If I play World Class, the AI defenders have a 100% successful block rate; I can't pass into the AI's penalty box or complete a single successful dribble during the match. This is not enjoyable to play. Plus, the scorelines are often 2-3, 4-0, 3-3, 4-4, or 0-5. This makes the game unplayable and it feels so scripted. The AI should have a dynamic response. Usually, the AI scores right after I score. It doesn't feel realistic anymore. I know some people will argue and tell me to practice more and adapt to it or adjust the slider. But this should be a basic difficulty feature. EA should provide dynamic difficulty that lets people enjoy the gameplay at their own pace. I heard EA doesn't even acknowledge this issue and is still making EA FC 27 with the same problem. They should make a new difficulty level between Professional and World Class.FC25 UT Season Pass bugged
Currently for the season pass in fc25, there are 30 levels with rewards and ultimate team challenges each giving 1500 SP with 30000 being the total. I have completed all the challenges which should give me all 30 levels with the rewards, this is not the case for me as the season pass bugged out at 27000 SP and I've done all challenges mathematically equating to 30000SP. I soon learned from others that apparently there is a daily limit of SP you can earn. Apparently thats the reason for the season pass as ive unknowingly exceeded the limit and no where in the game does it mention a SP daily limit. Please fix this EA. I can't claim the final 3 rewards I've done challenges for.FC 25 closes after 30-90 seconds - authenticated:false in logs - Steam PC
Game worked fine until May 9th 2026 night. Since then it launches, runs 30-90 seconds, then closes cleanly with exit code 0x00000000. EA App logs show "authenticated: false" on every single launch. All local fixes exhausted: clean reinstall, EAAntiCheat reinstalled, registry fixed, Windows permissions reset, GPU drivers updated. This is not a hardware or local software issue. EA ID: HunterVG8367, Steam: imvaibhavgandhi12. Need EA staff to check server-side authentication for my account.More cut cutscenes in career mode
Hello EA Sports FC team, I would really like to see more cutscenes added to Career Mode and Player Career in EA Sports FC 25. More realistic scenes before matches, after goals, in the locker room, during transfers, and interactions with teammates and managers would make the game feel much more immersive and fun. It would also be great if PS4 players could get some of these features too. I think many players would enjoy a more realistic football atmosphere. I'd like to how the **bleep** everyone I play there AI jockey me press me track me tackle me yet I can see pass coming a mile away and my ai will literally stand there starring into **bleep** space I could press every button a million times and they still don't do nothing my AI is like ea **bleep** unless scripted loving **bleep** banned again then try doing your jobs then I useless **bleep** everyone can't be wrong you bunch of **bleep** idiots
