Disconnecting in Online Game Modes
I'm able to play any online game modes i want but sometimes throughout the day i can't play any game modes and get disconnected. Like for instance I'm a heavy MUT player and when i load into a game my screen goes immediately black and get put back to the madden menu. When that happens i try to load into another and the same thing happens again. This can go on for hours some days. I lost 20 games ranked mode games in a row because of this. I even can't play superstar KO or regular online H2H as well. I know its not my wifi because my internet is good and still on. I love madden and i consider myself a true madden play but i haven't played this game this much this years because of this. Is there anyone that can help me with this or give me advice?Event is extremely laggy
I have played 4 games now in the new event. It is unplayable. There is serious server lag as of now. I’m assuming it’s because a lot of people are playing? Please look into this I won two games because people threw one pass, saw how laggy it was, and then left. I understand you guys do not care about us but it’s past that it’s unplayable.Madden 26 ps5
I cannot play my superstar mode. It loads up and goes to the combine and then I get error message or i get to 40 yard dash then camera spans out and you can see the whole inside of the stadium. I’ve restarted my system to clear the cache and rebuild the system and I’ve cleared the memory a lot. After restarting and starting at the main screen I can see all of my achievements and what not and I know it hasn’t worked. Can someone help me?LTD Josh Allen Not Restored After Weeks
I’ve stayed patient for over FIVE WEEKS waiting for a resolution on my missing LTD Josh Allen item in Madden NFL, and at this point the lack of communication and support is honestly unacceptable. This wasn’t just some random card — it was a major part of my team progression, and because of this issue I’ve missed out on upgrades, tournaments, coins, and time that I can’t get back. What makes this even more frustrating is that the game has already been difficult to enjoy lately because of constant server problems and outages that make Madden feel unplayable almost every other day. Players are spending time and money on this game just to deal with missing content, server issues, and support cases that sit unanswered for weeks. The community deserves better communication, faster support, and accountability when problems like this happen. After five weeks, I am requesting immediate compensation or restoration of my missing item, because no player should be left waiting this long with no real answers. (cm edit updated thread for vis)
Unable to collect points and badges,, On H2H
Everyday something ELSE goes wrong on MADDEN 26,, Yesterday every time I went into H2H or press any button the music would change on its on.. Now today I'm unable to collect my points and badges on H2H.. What is going on here it's like the game has taken a mind of its own.. No Ranking points or Ranking badges,, EA 🤔Case #245099978
My card has been stuck in auction for over 2 hours on closed won’t let me send to binder, it is ltd 99 gauntlet champion Darren Waller, I’ve also spent over 300$ today in packs just to try and pull Brady with no avail, and now the servers are down, If a Dev sees this please try and compensate this or help out I think this is ridiculous I left the case number in title and the person I spoke with in chat was very helpful and thought I should post in this forum thank youDidn’t receive rewards for NFL draft cpu event after winning all 15 games
I won all 15 games and didn’t receive any of the tier 2 or 3 rewards, I spent hours doing this event just to receive absolutely nothing, I hope there’s a way to get my rewards back. i have video proof, please if you work for ea please get back to me!Cheated out money
Madden 26 is the worst game ever and the fact that this is the only football game I can play from EA sports is a tragedy.. The game is a complete disaster and EA knows it.. Defenses don’t stand a chance in this game people are not afraid to run the ball on 3 and 15 because they’ll most likely get it.. The defenses are completely trash on this game and I have to say that I am very very disappointed and I feel cheated out of my money.. 26 years of playing this game and I will never buy it ever again..Opponents bad connection issues killed the game
Right now, in a game that won't let me do anything, due to seeing 'your opponent is having connection issues' so the game freezes. The menus do not go away, the opponent no longer is on screen, BTW, I'm on xbxs they are cross platform. The game came back, and low and behold, my passing was no longer effective, my run game stunted, fair enough, but my QB not being able to run outside, or in a straight line without some weird animation that seemed to be controlling his moves. EA need to start being strict with connection issues, they ruin the hell out of games. Should be a limit on connection strikes and gone, not a dozen or more all the way through a half. Why should I suffer because of my opponents connectivity? I shouldn't, simple.
