NHL 25 Patch Notes 1.1.1
Patch 1.1.1 for EA SPORTS NHL 25 goes live on October 15th at 1 pm ET. Please make sure to complete all online-enabled games ahead of the scheduled go-live time as there is an expected downtime of up to one hour following the deployment of the patch. Online Fixes to the EASHL End of Game flow Fixed “Quit Game” pop up immediately being surfaced to users Fixed an issue that the Player Summary was not populating with the Game Stats Fixed an issue that the Instant replay being a black screen once a game has ended Fixed an issue in World of CHEL that First Time matchups were mentioning previous game vs. current opponent in game boost descriptions Fixed an issue while testing loadouts in free skate would cause a crash Fixed an issue where previewing certain items in World of CHEL would cause a crash Fixed an issue that a user could crash while creating/editing club strategies in World of CHEL Hockey Ultimate Team Fixed an issue that would cause a desync when 4 on 4 gameplay would happen in Cross-Platform games. EASHL Matchmaking On Friday afternoon we rolled out 2 server-side changes to help improve two specific issues being encountered by the community in World of Chel. A new #NHL25 Patch will be available on Monday, December 16th at 1 PM ET. Please complete all online games before this time as server instability is expected up to an hour after the patch deployment. 1.3.1 Patch Notes Gameplay Fixed an issue where if users had different icon passing settings it would cause a desync Icon passing is now available again in all online modes Franchise Mode Fixed an issue where the conversation tab was not accessible in AHL preseason or offseason. Hey NHL Fans, Patch 1.2.0 releases today at 1 PM ET. Please complete all online-enabled games ahead of the scheduled go-live time. Following the deployment of the patch, there is an expected downtime of up to one hour. Let’s get into this update, which includes the addition of official NHL coach likenesses, gameplay updates, and more. NHL 25 Coaches Update We’re excited to announce the arrival of all 32 official NHL coaches in EA SPORTS NHL 25, along with their unique personalities and strategies they employ in the real world. This Coaches update will span across a multitude of modes, with the coaches providing their signature schemes and traits to the league. Each coach has a slew of attributes that symbolize their real-world strengths. For example, a coach like John Tortorella brings a physical coaching style and specializes in developing veteran players. Additional areas of differentiation include Power Play, PK, Teaching, and Influence. These traits will be important distinctions between how teams play and develop. Each coach's actual team history and record will be shown in-game and will be updated based on future teams that they may sign with and results within your franchise mode. Now let’s get into the rest of the updates: Gameplay Fixed an issue with players' sticks colliding with the puck during Stumbles. Fixed an issue when fast-forward to a new shift and getting scored on Fixed an issue where the Skill Based One Timer on Ice Feedback wasn’t appearing for skaters with One T Zone X-Factor Added additional error to passes aimed directly at the goalie while within close range Fixed alignment issues with Chop Puck to help increase the success rate of Chop Puck while stationary and skating Fixed an issue when a user disconnects in an online game which results in 2 AI players causing a line change Fixed a rare issue where CPU may not skate onto a loose puck in the defensive zone when in position to obtain it Fixed an issue that blocked goalies from making certain saves while leaving Hug Post into Butterfly Fixed an issue where CPU players with Back At Ya Zone ability were not able to execute a Reverse Hit Fixed a rare issue where a CPU player with the puck skated back into their zone when they should be focused on attacking Fixed an issue with Skill Based One Timers not triggering One Knee down shot animations when successfully timed Fixed an issue where a Goalie Poke check on a loose puck can cause the goalie to get out of position and miss the puck Fixed an issue where a Goalie can overslide their movement when tracking a puck banked off the end boards Fixed a rare animation issue when a skater skates too close to the net and the model looks disjointed Fixed a rare end-of-period crash that could trigger while shooting the puck at the end of a period Updated plays for 1-3-1 power play Updated plays for Passive, Standard, and Aggressive 3-on-3 OT In Zone Strategies Gameplay Tuner Notes: Developer Feedback: Setting up a perfect Skill Based One Timer is a rewarding hockey play and we want players to feel the satisfaction of hammering home the puck. We want to be very mindful of any adjustments that may reduce their effectiveness. This update reduces some of the additional bonuses applied to Skill Based One Timer shots which can impact the Goalies indirectly. Reduced Stamina Drain on Skill Based One Timer saves. Reduced bonus Shot Accuracy applied to perfectly timed Skill Based One Timer shots. Game Modes Added all 32 current NHL Head Coaches in Franchise Mode, Season Mode, Online VS, and Play Now Fixed an issue where a player's Draft Class year value was being reset to Undrafted after saving within Edit Player from the Main Menu Franchise Mode Fixed a crash when editing some generated players within the mode Fixed an issue where gameplay sliders were being reset after playing a game Fixed an issue where players with trade lists could be traded to a team not on their trade list Fixed an issue where the Standings tiebreaker used Regulation + Overtime Wins before Regulation The addition of team builder to NHL 25 would be incredible. For many years, I have spent countless hours in the creation zone, creating hundreds of teams and thousands of players. Team Builder is far superior to the NHL creation zone. The creation zone has barely been updated since 2017 (maybe even longer?) and Team Builder would be a fantastic solution and a welcomed feature. NHL 25 Patch Blog 6 December 4, 2024 Hello NHL Community, Here are the patch notes for Patch 1.3.0 launching this Thursday, December 5 at 1pm ET. Please complete all online games before this time as server instability is expected up to an hour after the patch deployment. PWHL integration into the following modes Play Now PWHL Season Mode Shootout Online VS World of CHEL (Uniforms) Hockey Ultimate Team (Players, Uniforms and Logos) *The latest roster update will need to ensure access to PWHL content Gameplay Fix for User goalies that were getting kicked out for poor teamplay due to powerups AI forechecking improvements Stability fixes Gameplay Tuner Set Reduced Accuracy bonus from successfully performed Skill Based One-Timers Be a Pro bench recovery increased Game Modes Creation Zone Fixed an issue where Draft Year couldn’t be set to 2024 in create a player Franchise Mode General Increased frequency that CPU teams attempt to sign free agents to fill out their NHL roster Fixed an issue within Box Scores where the goal total for a player reset each playoff round instead of showing the playoff total Fixed an issue where the user could see the tradeable teams list of opposing team players with M-NTC trade lists Fixed an issue at the trade deadline where the user could initiate a conversation with an opposing team player about their clause leading to the game freezing Fixed an issue with Signed, Recently Signed and Accepted Offer filters within the Free Agency spreadsheet Added processing delay for the player card update that occurs when hovering over a different player within a spreadsheet and Edit Lines HUB UI load improvements Franchise Mode Contract Negotiations & Conversations Added Scheme Fit and Injury conversations for Players Added Scheme Fit conversation for Coaches Scheme Fit Topic Scheme fit conversations with players allow the user to match a player’s strategy preferences to the Coach’s scheme for even strength lines or special teams. Players can only be persuaded to fit on lines at or above their role and potential. Successfully persuading a player will impact how they fit on other lines and special teams. With owner mode on, the user can also persuade a player to use the same preferences as a Star player on the team. Scheme fit conversations with the Head Coach allow the user to match their AHL Head Coach’s strategies with the NHL club or vice versa, allowing for full unity within the organization. Fixed an issue where every goal scored by a player would be treated as their "first goal" when playing in the AHL. Arcade - Fixed issue where fireworks SFX were playing during game intro Arcade - Tweaked volume levels of some powerups Fixed an issue with broken goal horn previews Cameras Fixed an issue where players would become invisible when skipping through the outros of games Fixed an issue that was causing one of the behind-the-net replay cameras to float 10ft onto the ice in front of the goalie. Broadcast Fixed an issue that caused the Goal Player Indicator to stop following the goal scorer when some celebrations were triggered Group celebrations now exhibit the right level of emotion on late goals when the scoring team is up by more goals than we predict the opponent can score in the remaining time (the game is out of reach). This also applies to the scenario where the scoring team is losing by more goals than we predict they can score with the remaining time. This logic is not used in the playoffs or high intensity games (Stanley Cup final, tournament elimination games) Fixed an issue where the digital dashers would continue to show the countdown timer when rolling into continuous OT in EASHL Quickplay 3v3 Arcade - Fixed an issue where occasionally the post-game player lineup was missing the players. Well guys, i have my doubts regarding any thing about revamping BAP in the version 2025.We have , news regading the game play, AI , the confrontations, even the new Franchise mode , but !!!NO NEWS regarding Be a Pro! this would be AN INSTANT BUY ! Why so? If EA doesn t care less , just remove it ! take care of the needs of your customers !,
