I recently purchased PvZ Garden Warfare 2 Deluxe Edition on Steam, launched the game and mapped to my EA account. However, when loading in, I haven't got any deluxe edition packs, even though even my EA app even states 'Deluxe Edition Through Steam'. I've been in contact with EA support over the last day, and actioned the following things: - Only launch through Steam - Verify steam game files - Uninstall / reinstall game I was advised to contact steam support, however as this is a third party EA game, the support is: 'Unfortunately, Plants vs. Zombies™ Garden Warfare 2: Deluxe Edition does not utilize Steam to manage its items. You will need to contact their Support Team for any questions about your items in that game.' I was then finally advised to request a steam refund and buy the game again... not sure how that really helps me, as I'd have to wait weeks for another sale in the hopes I can get it at the same price, as well as not be able to play. Hello Everyone As most of the community is aware, players are running into some network and character issues specifically when they hit or are level 46. This may seem like the account is banned or bugged. There is also an issue after this resolves itself (for the most part) that some if not all characters are maxed level when they should not be. This is an issue I have been tracking and now I need some info from the community so we can get this looked into further for you.
