Kyber LST from Andor Event resetted
As I didn’t get a response yet, I’ll try again… Ally code: 537-718-895. After completing Tier 2 of the Cassian Andor (Undercover) event one gets three Kyber LST. These LSTs should upgrade the toons to Relic 6 and ability class 7. I applied them to characters (Mara Jade, Savage Oppress and I think Bo-Katan Kryze) that were listed as possible as they were on relic 5 or lower before. When I restarted the game again later on, the upgrades were “resetted” and all characters were on their previous relic level but the Kyber LSTs didn’t reappear as well. As the Tier 2 of the Cassian Andor (Undercover) Event is behind a paywall I demand to either get back the LSTs so I can apply them again or to reinstate my correct progress or to refund the money I had to invest to unlock 5* CA (Undercover). I hope to find a quick solution here as the “EA help” ingame seem to not understand what they’re doing and only provide answers to not-asked-questions…Applied kyber LST were resetted

Twice now I have run the training droid Datadisc in CQ with Leia (raddus drogan r2 and jyn) to try to get the sector 5 fracture feat and both times the disc worked well for about 4 minutes and then suddenly the enemy leader could die. The way it is written he shouldn’t die unless it is an instakill and there isn’t one available on this team. does the datadisc lose its effect at some point?Cannot load my account
Hello, first time I'm posting because I am unable to load my account. My phone is logged into this email address as the Google account on my phone, my Google Play account is under this email address as well, when I attempt to load my Galaxy of heroes account I get an error message that indicates that I need to log into this account with my device... Please fix this. This is remarkably frustrating.
Did not get era compensation
As the title says I did not get the era compensation in my inbox. I have restarted and talked to support multiple times and they aren't able to help. I have sent a DM to CG_Meathead. I believe I didn't get it because I purchased the packs from the extra life event the same day the compensation would have been awarded. I am unable to complete the Andor event even though I have all characters 7 star and spend hundreds of dollars on this. I would just spend more money at this point to buy the missing mats and complete it but the purchases have been disabled. As it sits right now I need someone who can verify that I did not receive the compensation and award it to my account, otherwise I spend 600 dollars for nothing.Missing Webstore Coaxium From Purchase
Hello, Yesterday I purchased the Era Pass, to which it says within the webstore includes 2,000 coaxium with purchase of it, but I received none of the coaxium to push my rewards along. I waited until today to see if anything updated, but when I went into the Webstore, nothing had changed. I would like to know how to receive this coaxium or compensation as it was included with the money I spent yesterday. My ally code is 553-397-877.No Shards Received - Rey Journey Guide
I have been asking for help with this on and off for years now. I finished the journey guide for Jedi Training Rey and did not receive the final shards. This locks away a significant portion of the game, and in-game support is entirely unhelpful. I thought I was getting help on the forums here but I was ghosted after being asked for my ally code. Please if there is anyone who can help me let me know as this has significantly screwed my in-game experience.Finished journey guide but did not unlock character??
I’m absolutely at my wits end with in-game support. I quit the game because I finished the journey guide for Jedi Training Rey and did not get the character unlock. I went back and forth with support for days and all they would tell me is that I had to finish the journey guide - and I told them over and over again that I did. I don’t get why they cannot help me with this obvious in-game error. I really want to return to playing but it’s hard knowing the grind never payed off. Help anyone??All Mods disappeared
Well Support is a blatant joke: short: returned on monday after years long break and all was like i left behind. Yesterday my Account went from 7.2m Gp to 6,5m because all equipped mods were gone. I can not farm new mods because as soon as I equip a second mod, the former disappears. Posted a vid on reddit showing the bug. Support People introduce themselves within 5 Minutes with always changing names and are not even able to read my bug report or to review the screen Recordings they explicetly asked for. I went through all troubleshooting guides with them. But now they simply closed the ticket. playing without mods is a huge disadvantage. Anyone has an idea ? I would even consider to start farm new mods… but i need to be able to equip them at least.Problem logging into SWGOH account
I haven't been able to connect to my SWGOH account for 4 hours. When I log in, I get the message "Connection error. Unable to access a required internet resource. Possible service interruption or poor internet connection." The problem occurs on both cellular data and Wi-Fi. Resetting my phone and reinstalling the game didn't help. My ally code is 932351894.
Tarkin ship shards missing
I've made this post three times now and still havnt received help at all and Im losing faith in any support from EA. My account never received shards from the challange after I disconnected and returned softlocking me in the game as not having these shards prevents me from farming mk3 ship abilities and zeta shards as well, it's been over a year of me not being able to farm so my ships suck and my friends I was racing whooped me. I just hope to resolve this soon and maybe receive compensation for my wasted time.Rancor raid ends automatically
Hi! Can someone help us finding out why the raid always ends like this? (see short (28s) video)The only person earning anything is the guilt leader, everyone else in the guild earns 0 raid points and doesn’t get to battle the rancor at all? (edit: for someone who might not want to watch the vid: I select my squad, press “battle” the rancor appears, roars, then a second later it falls over and is defeated. I can’t do anything before that happens. Then the battle is over. Raid points 0.) We can’t figure out why (and we’re all relatively new to the game too). But most are at lvl 85. Any help/idea/suggestion would be greatly appreciated!! thanks!
