Coliseum rewards bugged
I only get the reward from the highest tier beaten. So if I get to 60% I only get the 60% reward and nothing lower than that. Its hampering my progress and considering I spent money to be competitive it's highly annoying. I'll add a screenshot tomorrow if it happens for a third day in a row. I purchased the Taron Malicos Lightspeed Bundle on the webstore on 12/24. The purchase said it was completed. When I went back into the game, a message said there was an issue processing the purchase and I was given crystals instead. I do not want crystals. I’ve been stuck on the loading screen for hours today. I was able to play this morning, but now it just says loading cantina in the bottom left corner, and nothing works. Ally code: 354-871-271 Issue: Purchased the Malicos LBS (I've confirmed money has been taken and I have receipt from PayPal) but the LSB hasn't been sent to my account in game. I also purchased the Trench LSB which has worked fine. Attempted solutions: I attempted to Restore Purchases in game, and even purchased a conquest ascension tier in game to prompt it to properly update, and still don't have my LSB for Malicos in my account. Had a moment of lag while scrolling through the store and went from scrolling the store in instantly having purchased a Finalizer pack for 1500 crystals, all to be turned to shard currency as I have everything there maxed. I've had 1 accidental purchases before and used the in game support and got a refund. So I did the same this time. I’ve talked to atleast 10 diffrent “people” now they all just ditch the conversation after 1 to 2 responses and passed me on to the next. so far I’ve had 1 person offer a full refund only to immediately pass me off to someone else, who said they can’t refund it and then pass off again. One offered a 50% refund only for that to get rescinded by the next. This is absolutely bonkers, I would never buy this pack it’s shard shop currency to me. I was simply scrolling the store to get to look for the free offers because I had a red “3” there and boom no warning there goes 1500 crystals on garbage I have. Then to get strung along by multiple people to be offered a refund then told to pound sand 3 times then offered a 50% refund then get told to pound sand 4 more times. I have come to the conclusion that I need to delete my old Email account. However, my game progress is linked to my Google Play profile which is associated with my old Email. I have tried to link a new Google Play with my new Email to my in-game account, but I keep getting an error that I cannot fulfill this action. Is there a way for me to link my new Google Play profile so the old one can be dispatched? Hey all so I've been playing on and off for awhile I just got through medical master kenobit galactic legend and was gonna start on Palpatine but noticed every campaign mission I do I dont get any dark side currency so I tried light side and have the same issues it's stuck at 3 light and 4 dark the only way I can get them is through shard store but problem is spending enough shards to get the 100 currency if anyone knows how to fix please let me know.cody1233053 days agoSeasoned Newcomer20Views0likes3CommentsEA connect issue

Every time (100%) Summarize your bug I have not been able to connect to the EA webstore to get the rewards and anything in it. I have been trying since starting the game November 22nd 2023. The in-game help tried to help me in multiple ways but in the end referred me to this site and to submit as a bug report. The email address for my game account is "[edit: email address removed]" as I had an old account attributed to "[edit: email address removed]" that I did not wish to continue but start anew. The only reason why it is not working that I have found might be that me email has an underscore in it. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, use the explanation I came up with from the internet? Please see the chat logs with me and the ea support to see what I have said before. Connection Type Mobile Please select your region Europe Country Finland When trying to connect gives me the following error: {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"sig is invalid","code":102105}. I would love to play the game but by now I am super behind on the shard that enjoying the game at the moment (waiting for new LSB😕 before spending) is hampered.
