Banned for no reason
Good day. I and several of my guildmates have been banned due to achieving high ranks in the Coliseum. I do not understand the reason for the ban, as our rankings were earned fairly and without any violations. My account has a 7-9 year history, and I kindly request that my account and the accounts of my fellow guild officers be unbanned. Hello, My account access to the game was blocked without any explanation. I have never violated the game rules or used any prohibited software or exploits. I have been actively playing for over 3-5 years and have invested a significant amount of both time and money into the game, so this situation is very upsetting for me. I kindly ask you to review my case and investigate the situation carefully. This issue has affected not only me, but also 7 other accounts in my guild, as well as players from other guilds. Not sure if anyone else has had this but in conquest sector 4 (hard) on the Mon mothma team battle when it loaded everyone was bugged, couldn't auto, attacks didn't load and characters were poking through scenery. Assume it's an issue with the map loading? Think it was a rebel hangar scene but not 100%. Lost energy on it as it timed out.Banned for coliseum glitch
Hi. I logged into the game and discovered my account was banned. I've never used cheats or exploited any vulnerabilities. Some members of my guild were also banned. I can't understand why I was banned. I bought shards for new characters in the Ages, spent crystals, and because of this, I had a good rating in the Colosseum. My guild members were also banned, even though they were also successful in the Colosseum. Please look into this strange ban. I have been playing this game for over 7 years and I really like it because I am a Star Wars fan. My code is 861-712-947
Normal conquest sector 2 broken
Im stuck on an unwinnable battle in conquest sector 2. All characters appear to be unkillable. They have instant defeat in vulnerability and I have the entire team in the red for over 2/3 of the battle. It shows them taking damage, but the health bar never changes. Can't beat them at all. Tried all 3 of Mt GL teams wh8ch have been fine up until now.Aphra AOE in Traya Guild Event
Against Darth Traya in the guild event, everytime i use Aphra AOE the match is stop, even if the sabers are gone they stay in the list of attack so the game is stop. Its happend the 3 last times ive played against Traya with Aphra, so i can restart the match but kinda annoying.Banned for no reason
Hello. Today I got banned for my account. I’m very surprised. I have played these game without cheating and bags. I don’t see reason why my account was block. In my guild my friends told me that it could be by collessey. But I paid for this game, buy every episodes pass, so my scores bigger than another player, because I playing a lot and spend my time and money, it’s okay Please, help me. A fellow guild mate has had his account banned close to 48hrs ago now. I’ve spoken to him and we can’t seem to think of a reason why he would be banned. As a member of a 730m+ guild his account plays an important role especially in this TB week. If you could please communicate why he has been banned we would be grateful. Ally code 457-311-343
