Xbox App crashes instantly when opening Star Wars Battlefront II page
Hello everyone, I am having a specific issue with Star Wars Battlefront II via PC Game Pass. Every time I click to open the Battlefront II game page inside the Xbox App, the Xbox App instantly crashes and closes. Through testing, I found that the crash only happens when the EA App integration extension is enabled in the Xbox App. If I disable the EA extension, the app stops crashing. Other EA Play games work completely fine; it is only happening with Battlefront II. I have already tried a massive amount of troubleshooting, including: - Reinstalling the EA App, Xbox App, and Gaming Services - Clearing all app caches and updating Windows - Relinking my EA and Xbox accounts - Completely formatting my PC and reinstalling Windows Since it persists even after a full Windows format, it seems to be a specific account-level integration bug between EA Play and the Xbox App for this specific game. Has anyone else run into this or found a workaround? Thank you!

and XBOX player here, and will it be coming? I understand you guys have already got plenty of complaints already on it, although we are being very patient, and this is one of the events/reasons some players even still play (I play regardless, my love for this game is unbeatable) but we are a smaller community now and have been since EA's leave on the game, and I pray yall will return, but until then I hope no more strings will be broken cause of potential failures like this. ill be paying attention to this post and forums for updates. till then May The Force be with youAbility Cards and Boost Cards Not Working
So my heavy is level 80 and when I used to play the game I had all the ability and boost cards unlocked but I got back on the game yesterday and now it says I don’t meet the level requirements for the cards. Does anyone know what to do? I want to start playing the game again but every match my characters are all reset to level 1 and I don’t know how to fix it.Falsely Accused
I know I’m not the only one who has had this happen, which is why I decided to finally create this. I have been extremely disappointed with EA, and their lack of professionalism. my account for Battlefront 2, was banned a little over a year ago now. The claim was that I had cheated. I tried appealing it (knowing that I had not ever cheated, and don’t even know how to cheat). I’ve tried every avenue that I could find to try and appeal it, but always get same automated bull crap answer, “we have done an investigation, and you have been found cheating. We will not change our decision”…. Something along that line. I was finally able to find out the supposed reason I was being labeled as a cheater, and that was where I was reported to be using weapon”enhancements”. I’m sorry, but the only weapon enhancements I even know about are the in-game mods that you can equip, which everyone else has access to if they’ve unlocked them. I really wish a real person from EA would do an actual investigation, and not use an automated response to lie and say an investigation has been made. If a real investigation were done, then I should not be banned. I don’t know what kind of software EA uses to find irregularities, but may I dare suggest, that those are not infallible. They are made by man, which automatically deems them prone to mistakes, and irregularities of their own. People are not perfect, so if you’re suggesting that the software is unable to make a mistake, then that is making a major faulty conclusion that the creator/creators of it are incapable of mistakes. please do a real investigation, and find the real error. I can assure you that I never cheated, nor plan to cheat. I find it frustrating to play against people who do. There’s still plenty of them out there, I’m sure.
How can we reach Dice to explain how much we need a 1v1 saber only gamemode?
First of all everyone who likes to play more than a foot soldier desperately wants this gamemode. We all go into 2v2s just to isolate and 1v1 anyway. Its fun to try to win the 2v1 but the point is so much time and serverhopping could be saved if we could convince the devs to give us this one thing. We cant do custom 1v1s with sabers with our friends, nor can we duel 1v1 online if it wasnt the for the community. So many lobbies are created and time is wasted on queues when ALL we have ever wanted is 1v1s. Please help me reach out of dice to let this be someone's passion fueled weekend project. | This gamemode will not cost you more server space, I am sure that it will actually be more efficient on the servers because people will not be constantly leaving and rejoining lobbies. Please give us the 1v1 gamemode or at least a way to setup 1v1 custom games.... ideally both. Either way please help me find a way to reach out to Dice about this.EA is the most useless customer support ever
I loged onto my Xbox two days ago and tried to play BattleFront2. i got a error code [inside the game] ive never seen before and it said to restart the game. i restart it and open it. i have two crates waiting and i look at them. they are the beginner crates. At this point im worrying because i just went on a grind for a quest. i look at my quests and they all say they and complete. my characters still say they are the same level. but when i click on a character they have no cards and the cosmetics i earn through quests arent there. i check my EA account for my xbox games and my xbox is unlinked. I then check my mobile gmae account to make sure that data hasnt erased too and come to find my xbox linked to that account without my knowing. i unerstand that sounds crazy but i have no clue how it unlink and linked by itself. i went to unlink it and it say i have to wait until August, same with linking it. I contacted EA support and Versha C told me she could help if i went to my mobile account and started a case. i did switch accounts and i could not contact a advisor. the option is clouded, does anyone know why?
Nvidia support for EA Games from Epic Games
Currently, several EA games owned via Epic Games Store are not supported on GeForce NOW, even though the same titles are playable when owned through Steam or the EA App. One example is Star Wars Battlefront II where Epic Games Store owners are unable to authenticate and launch the game on GeForce NOW despite having their Epic and EA accounts properly linked. This limitation appears to affect multiple EA titles on Epic Games Store, including games such as Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars: Squadrons. I wanted to ask whether there are any plans for EA to enable GeForce NOW support for Epic Games Store versions of EA titles, so Epic owners can access cloud gaming in the same way as Steam or EA App owners. And if there are none, please start to consider it, there are many of us waiting to join the lobbies, hopefully EA and Nvidia can collaborate to end this once and for all.
Game keeps crashing when trying to sign in to EA
I've played battlefront loads, but on a ps4. Now I'm trying to sign in on my brother's Xbox One. I get on, load until it pops up and tells me to put in the email for my EA account. And I usually get as far as putting in my password, but it crashes before I can even click enter. I tried like three times and it didn't work. Then I went onto my brother's account and it loaded just fine. I was even able to play a full game. Then I went back to my account and the same thing happened.Make Battlefront 3 EA ur greedy
I still am amazed that There is no Battlefront 3 , idc how much money it takes to make , they will literally make more money on Battlefront 3 than GTA6 will make , I will assure that , EA doesn’t even look at their own game stats , Star Wars Battlefront 2 sold more copies than all the battlefield games besides Battlefeild 6 and yet Battlefield is still going (which I’m fine with).If EA really has no plan on making a Battlefront 3 than their company is going to be as broke as activision , the next gen they will make will end up like black ops 7 , A failure. It just amazed me how greedy EA really is , they don’t care what millions of people want instead they just give us the same old games but reskinned. By abandoning Battlefront II, you haven't just walked away from a game; you’ve armed a social bomb that will explode even louder than the original loot box scandal. The problems you have created for yourselves: Veterans are killing the future: Since there is no "gate" (skill-based matchmaking) between beginners and veterans, pros are literally "spawn killing" new players. Beginners cannot evolve, they immediately ask for refunds, and they delete the game in frustration. Technical Injustice: You expect a beginner playing from mobile or cloud (GeForce NOW) to compete in the same lobby as pro PC veterans. It is impossible to improve when the yellow victory bars can only be earned by keyboard-and-mouse pros. The "Dead Server" Trap: If beginners leave, veterans will have no one left to play with. Sooner or later, even they will say, "we’re done with this," and the game will finally die. The Price of "Silent" Development: Giving the game away for free while refusing to fix the core issues only breeds more angry fans. The tense 1v1 duels seen in clips are just the surface; the reality is a slaughter of new players and unplayable servers. Put a gate in front of the veterans or make a new game, because the fans will not let you destroy their favorite universe like this. Battlefront 2 has received so much attention , the game has broken records and has been my go to game since 2017, I would poor my wallet into a Battlefront 3 which has similar aspects to Battlefront 2. I want to tell you that Star Wars Battlefront II is not just a game; it teaches you how to fight in real life. Life is not easy, you have to struggle and suffer for success. Just like in the game, you have to 'die'—meaning you have to fall down—only to stand up and try again. This is how it works in reality too. In this game, you don't start as a millionaire or someone who has already achieved everything; you start as a beginner. Those who begged for this game to be free or cheap only did so because they refused to put in the work to improve. They gave up the fight, but fighting is the only thing that brings results. Please don't listen to those who threaten you with lawsuits; a court would only laugh at them and hand them a bill for wasting everyone's time. Don't let the game die because of people who don't want to struggle for their progress!

I have been playing battlefront 2 since launch i am a literal veteran or grand master(in star wars terms) and i never in the years i played have seen such toxicity in a heroes vs villains,Hero showdown,supremacy and other multiplayer modes. starfighter assault is the only mode where you can enjoy the game without getting an entire enemy team on you. i am so tired and so is everyone of these people bein toxic in this game. its been a problem for years you guys need to do something because this is a form of harassment and unsporting behavior which i thought is against the EA code of conduct suspending them wont do a thing you guys need to ban these players. atleast have someone monitor every lobby and ban players that are toxic this game literally has been the most toxic star wars game recently. PC is unplayable the console version is unplayable at times due to people duplicating,4 vs1ng everyone in HVV and on top of that harassing players even after the game is over we need better support we need a team that actually bans these players on site because i cant see how a game that was supposed to be the best star wars game of all time turned into a toxic playground for people who are mad at life. EA i kno battlefield 6 is your main thing now but please we all beg you guys have 1 team assigned to ban toxic players on console we need them removed from the game entirely turn off their connection to the server so they cant play online something. im not the only one if you go on you tube and search of toxic players in battlefront 2 their are hundreds thousands of videos showing evidence of people doin what i said. we all beg you do something!!!
